[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Life Insurance Company — Hdfc life insurance policy 18565617 being mis sold through fraud agents linked to hdfc life

Dear Sir/Madam,

A fraud was done to me by agents who earlier said that they are linked to HDFC Life but were agencies and their details were shared and pre intimated to HDFC Life officials and they accepted and are processing my refunded my money of 90000 Rs linked to Policy No: 18545121 and the complaint about the linked policy 18565617 was informed to them on the same date and time. But the HDFC customer grievances department is mentally harassing me without any basis where in I got everything in written and also marked to them over the call and email to their officials but yet denying to refund my Parents sum of money of 1.44 Lacs. Request you to intervene and please check that these insurance brokers stop the harassment wherein they have left linked agencies/brokers to work for them and get their policy done in the market. Please check below in inverted wherein I have written the whole case to them and their harassment reflects about denial to refund the money.

Thank you for your remarkable services and your thorough investigation which clearly states that even HDFC is linked to fraudsters in the market.

Please explain me the basis of your investigation and your glorious analysis to say that it has not been missold.

On 8th August 2016 somebody Mr. Akshay Ahuja from Delhi gave in call to me who said that he is speaking from HDFC customer complaint/retention team and I told him clearly about the fraud issue with cancellation and refund. On 12th August he again gave in a call to say that mark two emails with different policy numbers and intimate regarding the issue. Also he said that there can be an issue with Rs 90000 refund of your policy on your name but the other on your mother's name shall be refunded immediately as in the free look up period. "My recommendation to you people that please cross check with your staff before arriving to conclusions. Also please let me know that on what basis you people agreed to refund the other policy and refund of 90000 Rs if it isn't a fraud. "

Let me tell you that I marked a written complaint on 12th August on the 15th day from the issuance of the policy with the below mentioned subject on [protected]@hdfclife.com

Please let me know that why there has been a constant mental harassment when it has been a linked policy as told by those fraudsters who named them as HDFC people and all the details were pre-shared with you about the fraud. Above are the facts and please let me know that when was the free look up start and end date and exactly on what basis and ground you people have accepted mistake regarding my policy and refund of 90000 Rs. Also please check my email dated 08/08/16 marked to your ID below after which Mr. Akshay Ahuja gave in a call and I asked for cancellation and refund. Please let me know further that are you people trying to harass me with your late responses and multiple calls through different departments and not willing to understand when everything is crystal clear and on written basis over emails which were well shared to you as dates I have mentioned. Now please do complete the homework before writing and concluding the case as seriously this seems a case of mental harassment which I get a feeling off with your organisation getting associated with fraudsters left open in the market to cheat people and get your HDFC policy done. Please do let me know after re-investigation that if I am wrong and do provide me the free look up start and end date and do consult with Mr. Akshay Ahuja of customer retention team in New Delhi before we meet in consumer court as I do know that what I am writing and on what basis I am asking the refund for? Called Mr. Ansh Gujral 45 times who attended call at 10 pm and says that he is Mr. Chindesh Rajput and denied to give the number of Mr. Anurag Srivastava who said that is Sr. RM but now number not working. Mr. Rajput is abusive and no one listening with still to receive bond paper against my policy. I also made another policy of 1.44 lacs after 40 percent discount but things are different as my DAD complaints that he has received the bond paper with all the things different what they gave in writing on mail and now no one attending.
