Subject :- To Reverse Cash Handling Charges.

It is most respectfully submitted as under :-

1. That M/s Uppal H.P Gas Service is having Current Account No.[protected] at your Sultanpur Lodhi branch. From 1/04/2017 to 10/01/2018 we have deposited Rs.1, 87, 84, 427/-.
2.That our other firms M/s Manohar Lal Sunil Kumar, M/s Shiv Kumar Sunil Kumar and M/s Uppal Trading Co. are also having current accounts at your branch. All three firms are having 5-6 crores transactions annually. We also have 4 saving accounts at your branch and also many of our farmers are holding accounts at this branch.
3. That M/s Uppal H.P Gas Service is a LPG distributorship and mostly sale is in cash.
4. That your bank deducted Rs.63, 000/- approx. as Cash handling charges which was not at all expected as while opening account we were verbally promised by the Manager that cash handling charges will not be levied.
5. That we have requested your branch many times to reverse cash handling charges but no action was taken.
6. That as per my knowledge other banks at Sultanpur Lodhi do reverse cash handling charges as per norms.
7. That if cash handling charges are not reversed we have to take action, we will close all our accounts in your bank and will take appropriate legal action. We will also inform our near and dear ones regarding your worst dealing and will ask them to stop dealing with your bank.

    Dear Sir/Ma'am,

    Please let me know what is DC INTL POS TXN MARKUP+ST. From last two weeks, my account is getting deducted from above narration. However this happened twice in this month. First time it was 3.62 Rs and second time it was 16.21Rs. The amount is getting increasing.

    Please note that i am purchasing products online from Aliexpress. and using my debit card for it.

    Please advise me what is these type of charges.

        I am nimithashree i had a zero balance account in kanakapura branch [protected] and also i had car loan 41831293 in the month of jan i got a cal from branch due to some higher transactions i need to submit kyc so i visit submit all the kyc jan month but feb 2018 3th my ac was blocked due to higher transactions i contact branch manager nd account was unloacked in that time i hv to pay car loan amount in my account money already is der but my cheque was bounced nd charged rs 649 wat reason for tiz plz refund the amount resolve it soon

          I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1799 from my credit card. You have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

          Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1799.

I am faithful and honest employee of hdfc life from the first of day of my joining. I have done tremendous job for this organization till date. I have awarded many times by my higher officials in company meetings.
            Sir, i want to bring your attention on my following requests and your interference is highly required in this matter:-

            1) my termination is illegal void and is having no value in eyes of law.
            2) my termination under is arbitrary.
            3) i have not prepared any draft from any bank account.
            4) there is no evidence against me.
            5) the whole evidence is against branch head hari bains during case of investigation. This come to my knowledge that hari bains (Branch manager) has prepared draft of payment of rs. 99000/- and 20000/- from his icici bank account.
            6) i have not committed any mistake which effect the reputation of mine and the company.
            7) i am innocent.
            8) hari bains branch manager has full knowledge of insurance business.
            9) i am working with your company last 3 years there is no role of mine in preparing third party drafts.
            10) i have never received any payment in cash from any customer.
            11) clause e4 & 18b are not applicable on me.
            12) clause e7 is applicable on hari bains branch manager.
            13) i have only collect drafts from my financial consultant (Fc) along with necessary documents & the said financial consultant (Fc) has

                My brother has taken a loan from hdfc couple of yesrs back.in the interim he had moved to us for a short term work and during the last 2mnths his emi dint get deduction from his savings account due to some issue. He had realised just recently and hence had decidednto close the loan account while he came for 15dsys to india. He had been to the hdfc branches for the loan closure process but since the process was a little lengthy and he had to leave he left tge details with me to help close. While i have been working on it i get a call from one of the collection executives about the non payment. I had told her that we are in the process of closing it hence should be able to do it soon. But she dint seem to be ready to listen to me and started a very harsh rude tone cornering me and pointing me as i was a fraud and beyond. While i told her we had already been to hdfc branch spoke to the officials and are on the verge of closing. But no. But she was justadamant to even hear me out. Behaved as id she was being paid to bully corner and insult us. One cant treat every one like this. Not all non-payments are fraud. There has to be some sense o[censored]nderstanding. What rudeness was that? Unable to digest it till now. Are they paid for bullying and cornering ppl. I would agree of i disagreed to her words. But she had all mouth and no ears. I would seriously need an apology coming from her. Am sure the bank would have records of all their calls. Pls pull this call and you may want to listen. She was so on n on in rude manner with absent ears that i had no option but to disconnect the call. I would need an apologyfor such unacceptable behaviour. No one has such right.

                  I am using hdfc credit card. My minimum balance was not paid as got salary late. The collection team was following up. I had given them a date but an executive name sachin jhingam from kandivali branch was abusing me and using very rude language over the phone. He also threatened me. A day after i had made the payment he called me without checking the system and stated abusing me. When he called me his person was standing in my building premises who also was on conference call. I was not home and without checking the system how can he send someone to my house and also abuse me. His so called # boss also came on the phone and was threating me and abusing me. During this conversation they came to know on their system that the payment was done. Inspire of apologising me they still were abusing me.
                  I am harressed by this so called person sachin jhingam. Please take necessary action against this person.

                    As they said if we cancel the membership with in a month time..they refund the whole amount for the same.i am expecting the same from them too.kindly do needful.

                      Hi -

                      I have a salary account with hdfc bank and the customer id is 69741737

                      I have linked my car loan to my hdfc to deduct amount via ecs, every 15th but bank/loan institute has not debited my account on the said date/time and i haven't noticed that used the amount for some other thinking that the ecs was executed.

                      So i have paid the loan institue, the actual amount inclusive of fine. But hdfc bank has deducted rs. 413.00 in the above deductions, i not even received any intimation via call/email/sms from the bank before deductions.

                      Request you to consider my complaint and help me to get my money back and also to avoid further deductions in my account. Thank you.

                            People are calling one girl with whom i met only once now she is getting call stating that she is my wife and she needs to pay.
                            What rubbish is this
                            She is harressed alot by my name she further will go to police along with deligates.

                            As per law this is not a good practice and banks should notice this.

                              Hi,
                              My policy no is [protected]. I have started paying policy from november 2015 to november 2017 and awaited for 2 years as per your policy.
                              I have taken policy for my mother heena trivedi age 53 years and father tushar trivedi age 54 years.
                              In may 2017, tushar trivedi had pain in stomach and when we consulted dr he told us about the hernia and suggested for operation. I had called hdfc ergo to assist me for operation. However they told me to wait till waiting period november 2017 and after that i can take my father for operation and company will pay on behalf of me.
                              I have waited till november 2017 as per said by your concern team. Now, in february 2018 my father was suffering from pain and we had taken to hospital on urgent basis where dr suggested for urgent surgery.
                              On 22nd february 2018, at 11.30 pm i had taken my father in optilife hospital where we came to know that there is no tie up with hdfc ergo. So i had called hdfc ergo for hospital list and i have shifted my father in aims hospital 421203 by 1.00 am on 23rd february 2018 because this hospital was under hdfc ergo list. On the same day i asked tpa group to send you the required documents for approval of claim however your team had rejected my cashless request on 24th february 2018 due to some pre existing disease. I am not sure how the disease is pre existing as the disease started from last 9 months. Even i am not getting satisfactory answer from your team regarding rejection of cashless request.
                              I am from middle class family giving you the premium every month on time and when i needed money on time from your company i have not received any help. Till now no one from your company had given me the satisfactory answer for rejection of cashless request. First i have been told that i will receive cashless so i shifted to good hospital but when your company came to know that the amount has crossed 1 lac so without baseless reason you had rejected my request.
                              I request you to give the money whatever i paid in 4 years. From 2015 to 2017 rs. 24693 and from november 2017 to november 2019 rs. 25932. So adding this amount of rs. 50625 i request you to give this money back as your company has cheated on me and disappointed me.                                 Dear sir/madam,
                                Iam not at all using one assist service and i have already intimidated one assist team that i am not interested in this service and not to recover money towards this service. But inspite of my request, your team is recovering the amount periodically as and when it needs renewal and debiting on my credit card [protected].
                                Now also rs.1399/- has been debited on my credit card towards the said service in which iam not at all interested. Please see that the amount will be refunded as soon as possible and please deactivate my one assist membership.

                                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 1489 without my concern on date:24/02/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                                    Dear sir/madam
                                    It is very sorry to say you that i have very bad services from your hdfc bank.
                                    I am sachin s/o mr. Chandrabhan singh. I had visited your bank branch dhampur (Bijnor) u. P on dated 02/12/2017 to open an account (Farmer account). I have been advised one of your official that kindly submit all required document with 2500 rupees. According to her advise i have submitted all documents with 2500/- rupees. After many follow up i have been told that your account is on hold and you have to visit bank once again i have visited once again on 19/01/2018 then they told me you have to submit 5000/-rupees instead of 2500/- they torn my old deposit slip which was of 2500/- so i deposit 5000/-
                                    Again in spite of several remainders to bank officials and bank manager they had not issued me my welcome kit. I have also visited several times in bank for asking about my welcome kit but the behavior of bank manager and official was not bearable. Then i have requested closed my account otherwise.
                                    Before two weeks i have received my kit but still not received my debit card.
                                    And bank official still speachless about the delivery of my card.
                                    Kindly intervene into and arrange to deliver my card or close my account immediately.

There is some business slags going on thats why unable to pay dues on time.. Several times i have communicated & did the payments.. I dont know who is making calls, but today i met with an small accident while driving my car due to unstoppable phone calls, i m requesting you to kindly take some serious action against these element...
