I purchased a Series 7 Apple Watch on 20th Dec 2021 via Credit Card and was supposed to receive a cashback of Rs 3000/-. I havent received the cash back yet not any information regarding the same. Kindly inform what is the status of the cashback and when can i expect it to credit in my account. I made a payment with HDFC Credit Card. The Scheme was to receive Rs Flat 3000/- cashback on payment via HDFC credit card or EMI options. Kindly check and resolve the issue.

    My name is Sandesh Kurane. I have recently applied for Credit Card on online it has been apporved application. I have shared proper address but Bank has not put complete address.in this cause bluedart courier not deliver this address. Courier person told me update the address on bank. So iam change to change to address on my hdfc bank.in this bluedart tracking it is pending.in this bank was no response. Bludart no:([protected])
    My credit card application no:[22D[protected]WG]. Pls solve this issues as possible as well.

      This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimation by the HDFC bank.

      Kindly be informed that an amount of INR 885.00/- was deducted from my HDFC savings/salary Account No. [protected] on 21st April 2022 under the name of DEPOSITORY CHARGES MAR[protected]

      Please do the needful as earliest and Provide Solution for Reversal of DEPOSITORY CHARGES MAR[protected].

        I made 1 transaction on 1 april from hdfc bank official app using barcode scan and i got timeout error in it and money debited from my account but not received beneficiary account. Also got message that final status update in 3 working days so i wait for 3 days bt didn't received any money so i called to customer care they said that we are creating a complaint and they will contact you in 7 working days ..then i waited and 12 april i received one call regarding that complaint they said me that money had received to beneficiary account and they said me that the beneficiary bank is bank of india bt that beneficiary doen't have bank of india bank account. And the transaction done on that upi which is connected to benificiary bank acc that is kotak bank . Then i called again to hdfcbank they said that money send to beneficiary account on 2 april and actually he didn't received any money yet i don't know where this money gone ...totally disappointed by hdfcbank i have my salary account in hdfcbank i thinking tho close it and open in other bank

            I Vishwarajsinh Chawda from Jamnagar member of HDFC Bank since 4 years or more and was also a credit card holder 3 years back with card no.xx7238 and had paid all the outstanding dues which were charged and then after I was not using any credit card of any bank. Just before 2 months I got a text from HDFC Bank that there is outstanding dues of my credit card ending with 8231 which I am not having nor I have heard of that card before. I visited the bank and asked for this. There CC representative spoke to credit card customer care on toll free number after contacting them they come to know that card is not been issued by me also asked me to write to the Head Office Chennai and then call came from Ahemdabad Credit Card department of Mr. Dilip that there are dues of my credit card but I cleared and specified that I am not using that card also he told that transaction has been done to this card and also send me an email for the statement but when I am not using card why are they giving me statement for that? Meanwhile, I requested many times to block my credit card by which the usage of that card can be stopped but still at present my card is active and for proof I have received text message of outstanding amount of my card. Please help me out from this fraud services of credit card of this bank and kindly help me closing/blocking this card because the fraud has been done with my name .

              I ordered an aristrocrat 34 ltrs sea green laptop bag on 26 feb 2022 in 1170 rs from amazon .
              I retured it and return was on 13 march .
              And refund initiated on 14 march, refund must be completed by 19 march but yet not completed. Total refund is of Rs 1170 .

                    I applied for opening of ppf account in hdfc bank online. However my account was opened in anna nagar branch, chennai. Whereas i reside in Maharashtra. I cannot go to chennai everytime i have some issue with respect to my ppf account. So, you are requested to transfer my ppf account to my home branch in Dhad, Maharashtra where i hold savings account.

                          I have paid on 03/03/2022 the amount of 17626 for hdfc credit protect plus for sum assured of 15 lakh olny but my insurance was made in three parts. any my home was wrong filled in my insurance paper. and also i have received the hard copy from bank . i have called many times but no any response in two months approx .please do the needful action and correct my home address. i feel the form right but they filled wrong address

                            My Netbanking has been blocked twice in a month due to security reasons. Therefore i had visit the branch again and again which was stressful. Currently, my Netbanking is blocked again and when i contacted brand they say that its working from their side. However, when i tried logging in, it still says its blocked. Please solve my problem

                              This is regarding phone calls am getting from legal department. I had a personal loan from hdfc. Instead of calling him directly, legal team is making call to references saying he had missed to pay the installation so inform him the same. Why? Why are they troubling references?
                              I was patient at start but after that they started calls monthly saying the same. I asked the ladies on other side instead of bothering references directly call the loan holder but then they were not at all ready to listen and started taking some random names from the locality that we will notify this and that person. Even once lady called me just to say we will send notice to this person and cut the line, she is not ready to tell her name. Why should not i file a case for mental harassment against legal?
                              I am getting calls from this no -
                              Can somebody take any action?

                                    Hello,
                                    I was using a credit card of HDFC bank . i used the credit card for approx 2 years without any issue . I was payingall my bills on time etc . After that due to some circumstances i used my card for approx rs 25, 000 and was not able to deposit the credit card bills . i inform them that am not in a very good financial situation due to two years of pandemic, then in September 2021 I received a sms stating that either I can go for full payments or go for settlement.
                                    My total amount went till 67, 000 then I opted for settlement of ₹ 45, 000 in 3 installments, which I did by paying 15, 000 every month starting from oct, niv, dec... After completing my settlement offer towards HDFC Credit card, I received a NDC (no dues certificate).
                                    After receiving the NDC from hdfc credit card department I didn't received any call, nor any sms nor any emails, but since April 2022 I have continuously receiving sms n calls to pay my credit card dues, which after adding their interest rates+late charges has now the amount of 22k

                                      Opened HDFC Securities Demat account without my consent

                                      Address: C/O Ashok Kumar, Chhoti Rukunpura, P.O.-B.V.College

                                      They opened my demat account without my consent. I've complained a number of times but they don't answer mails. They have not closed it for last 1 year and now I get a bill of approx 900rs to pay my depository fees. I have no idea about these things and have not used it ever....

                                      An amount of Rs. 517/- has been deducted. It is related to EMI payment. Please refund it as I made payment of Rs. 11890/- every month for my personal loan. How can you do this? It is like robbing in the day light. As a faithful customer of your respected bank, please refund my money.
