Hey,
I had applied moratorium via SMS link sent from HDFC for settling the due of my HDFC Credit Card on 4th October 2021. I received an approval for moratorium via email and letter for the same. It explains that the moratorium is for 6 months (till 29th of March 2022) and post that, a 24 month restructuring repayment period.
Sadly HDFC decides to send me legal notices from varies firms and I also got a call to pay the whole due and cancel the restructuring - because the lady on the phone believed “I’ll be unable to pay monthly on time”. I cordially asked not to cancel restructuring.
Now I receive an invitation for conciliation from Ms. Nikita Indoria asking to come down on 23rd Feb 2022.
I humbly request HDFC to rectify this horrible mistake which is also affecting my CIBIL score on monthly basis and to issue a legal repayment statement to continue with my moratorium.
Emails sent to Grievance.[protected]@hdfcbank.com, TermLoans.[protected]@pic.hdfcbank.net, [protected]@hdfcbank.com, emailreplylegal.[protected]@hdfcbank.com, customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com, anil.[protected]@hdfcbank.com (one of called in Feb asking to pay full amount, then when this situation was explained there was no reply) and [protected]@gmail.com (one who emailed for conciliation) has been of no use as nobody replies or updates anything over emails. Its just been a long trail of SMS for someone assigned for recovery and letters asking to pay overdue.
Please get me out of this mess and let the moratorium course apply with the credit card for healthy repayment.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
