    Hi,

    I have a HDFC credit card from 2008 and it was issued in Indore (M.P) and then I have moved to Chennai on Nov 2009 and i asked the bank for change of address for my billing. But i didn't get any response from them and I was using my card and i was paying for my card without knowing the bill amount. I have paid about the amount which i have used near about 22000rs. So i stopped paying. Suddenly one day a call is coming telling that your card payment is due. At last they came for settlement and i have settled the amount more than what i used. But the bank has given my name to CIBIL. If i have paid the amount why should the bank give my name to CIBIL?

    Is I am fraud or the Bank? I want my name to be removed from the CIBIL black list immediately or I am going to file a case against the HDFC bank regarding this issue with consumer court and the bank has to face the problem. I have the payment details clear and the mails which I have sent and the reply mails from the bank regarding this issue.

        Dear Sir/Madam

        I have purchase a policy ( Sampoorn Samridhi insurance plan) from HDFC Life Insurance on 16th October 2011, with this assurance that you will pay Rs. 30000/- P.A. for 5 year total deposit 150000/-( One lacks fifty thousand), after five year you will get Rs. 240750/-(Two Lacks forty thousand seven hundred fifty) and up to 99 year life insurance of Rs. 1 lacks & a tour package worth Rs. 21000/- . On 22nd October 2011 I got a call that your Bond has been sent to your address through “Tri chakra courier” within 3- 4 days you will get it. But I didn’t get the bond. I call to customer care so many times in November 2011 but didn’t get any satisfactory answer.
        On 16th November 2011 I’ve get a computerized call that your bond has return to us with the note “address sifted”.
        Then I call to customer care and tell them that my address is the same as mentioned in the form, how can you say that address has been sifted?
        They give me a complaint no. and tell, within 15 days you will get your bond.
        On 26th of November 2011 I get the bond through “Overnite express”. I open the bond and read it I found that I’ve been cheated. As per the commitment of the HDFC people ( Vishal Malhorta –Cell no. [protected] & Vikash Kapoor cell no. [protected]) there is not any single word match to their commitment as they told me at the time of selling the policy. These people are black spot for the company.
        So I decided to cancel the policy and get my money back. On 28th of November 2011 I went to the HDFC Life Halwasia Court Lucknow office. They told me that your look-in period is over and you cannot cancel the policy, I told them that I have 30 days look-in period after receiving the policy bond as per mentioned in the bond. On 29th November I again went the branch after so many arguments they received the policy with an application and told me that the consumer grievance cell will look into the matter within 10 days you will get the call from there.
        You are requested please look into the matter and do the need full and get my money back ASAP.

            I HAD APPLIED FOR A LOAN FROM HDFC BANK CAR LOAN ON 4 TH OF NOVEMBER 2011 AND ON 9TH OF NOVEMBER I GOT A MESSAGE ON MY PHONE THAT MY LOAN HAS BEEN APPROVED....ON 21ST OF NOVEMBER THE LOAN AMOUNT WAS DISBURSED TO TATA MOTORS...


            1> WHEN SIGNING THE AGREEMENT THE AGENT TOLD US THAT YOUR PROCESSING FEE APPROVAL HAS COME AND YOU HAVE TO PAY RS 2120.

            2> AFTER THE SIGNING OF THE AGREEMENT THE AGENT TOLD US THAT WITHIN 48HRS UR AMOUNT WILL BE DISBURSED TO TATA MOTORS.

            3> AFTER 48HRS I CALLED UP THE AGENT HE SAID "THE TATA MOTORS ARE NOT RELEASING THE AMOUNT AND THAT IS WHY THE WHOLE PROBLEM IS HAPPENING.

            4> I CALLED UP TATA MOTORS AGENT HE SHOWED ME ALL THE PAPERS AND THE AMOUNT RELATED TO MY CAR WHICH WERE SENT TO HDFC BANK.

            5> AFTER 5 DAYS I CALLED THE AREA MANAGER MR SURUJIT SAHA.HE SAID HE WILL GET IT DONE IN 2 DAYS.

            6> AFTER 2 DAYS I CALLED THE AREA MANAGER HE SAID IT WILL TAKE TIME AS PROCESSING FEE APPROVAL HAD NOT COME YET.I TOLD HIM THAT UR AGENT HAD SAID TO US THAT THE APPROVAL HAS COME AND THEN ONLY WE SIGNED THE PAPERS.HE ACCEPTED THAT IT WAS THE FAULT OF THE AGENT.AND AFTER THAT HE DISCONNECTED THE PHONE ON MY FACE AND WHEN I CALLED HIM BACK BUT HE DID'NT BOTHER TO PICK OR REVERT BACK.

            7> AFTER 12 DAYS MY AMOUNT WAS DISBURSED....

            8> AFTER THE APPROVAL THE COMPANY HAD BROUGHT THE CAR TO THE SHOWROOM AS THE AGENT TOLD ME THAT IT WILL TAKE 2 DAYS TO CLEAR THE AMOUNT AND ON THE 3RD DAY U CAN TAKE THE DELIVERY.

            9> THE COMPANY HAD TO KEEP THE CAR IN THE SHOWROOM FOR 7 DAYS WHICH CAUSED SOME SCRATCHES TO MY CAR.....

            10> I WOULD LIKE SOME TO CALL ME BACK AND PROVIDE ME WITH COMPENSATION.

            AS THIS A STRAIGHT CASE OF FRAUD AND CHEATING AS NO COMPANY CAN SIGN A CONTRACT BEFORE GETTING A PROCESSING FEE APPROVAL.

            THIS WAS NOT EXPECTED BY HDFC BANK AND I AM NOT AL ALL SATISFIED WITH SERVICE AND THE HELP GIVEN TO ME.

            I WOULD LIKE THE BANK TO TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST THE AGENT AND THE AREA MANAGER AS THEY JUST COMPLICATED THE ISSUE AND WERE PLAYING THE BLAME GAME.

            I WAS HARASSED AS EVEN AFTER CALLING 15 TIMES IN A DAY NEITHER THE AGENT NOR THE AREA MANAGER PICKED UP MY CALL.

            WHENEVER THEY PICKED UP MY CALL SAID I AM IN A MEETING WILL CALL YOU LATER....

                FOR 5YEARS I HAVE BEEN AN NRI, AND HELD A CREDIT CARD IN MY NRO ACCOUNT. NOW THAT I HAVE BECOME A RESIDENT INDIAN, I WANT TO CLOSE MY CREDIT CARD AND TRANSFER ONE PENDING CREDIT TO MY OTHER CARD. THE CREDIT IS IN AN 0% EMI, AND VERY BENEFICIAL SINCE I CAN CONTINUE PAYING A SMALL AMOUNT EVERY MONTH.
                NOW THAT I WANT TO CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT, THE BANK IS ASKING ME TO PAY THE LOAN IN ADVANCE ONLY THAN I CAN CLOSE MY NRO ACCOUNT.

                    I am unhappy with the quality of customer service of HDFC Ref-55K20459,ref[protected]] Bank has offered to me from the past couple of weeks and I am writing to seek a remedy. I had opened a NRE A/C No:[protected] NRO A/C No:[protected] also given a cheque of $600 dated 15/08/2011 is not yet credited my account also i cant do the third party transfer so that the amount which I had already send to the account is blocked.

                    After reviewing there reply letters from HDFC bank also refereed to previous communication From HDFC bank Representative and in particularly they had looked into this mater I can't wait for so long.this is totally unfair.and causing me a lot. I really felt that the concerned section must have resolved this problem today but unfortunate.

                    I would like to have this problem resolved quickly, I will consider lodging a formal complaint.

                      So Dear HDFC Bank ,

                      I am approving the above details myself as i am the victim of taking personal loan and not paying the further installments after 1.3 years of my loan disbursement.

                      Summary: As i already stated that I only paid the 1.3 years installments out of 3 years installments to HDFC Bank and still there is 2.75 years installments is left for paying out to HDFC Bank,,,So i noticed from few last months that the HDFC Bank collection agents started harrasing me.......That is very natural i do not have any complaints regarding this from HDFC bank.

                      Reason for not paying out my installments: Dear HDFC Bank, I am a victim of recent recession , as when i was working in a good CMM-Level-4 company ( R Systems ) then i have taken a loan from HDFC Bank and as when recession comes then after that I was lay off from R Systems and this leads to the non payment of my further installments due to the non availability of my saving account balances.
                      and after that i was tried for a job for two months but i could not find that and after that i have been married and i was left to my home place after my marriage due to the Most worst Recession Period that we faced all indians.
                      And after some months on my marriage i again decides to get a good job as i am B.tech. Computers that why so.
                      But unfortunately after trying some time i was met to a severe accident and my right leg was got fractured and i again set to bed for next 5-6 months......

                      This is enough and i just want to say that i am still is JobLess and as the HDFC Bank harrasing me day by day now a days so i have decide to settle the whole amount at one time with the help of my Relatives/ friends and Parents.......

                      So I requested to you Dear HDFC Bank Please show your mercy on me and please call me and please settle my loan account as soon as possible as one time settlement.

                      I will be very grateful to you.......

                      Hi,

                      I am Subhashini. I am not paying my loan emi's from 2 years after my marriage because of some family problems.
                      And this year in the month of January 2018 i got a call from Mumbai HDFC bank people for settlement amount.
                      After speaking with them they asked me to pay 72 thousand as final settlement amount. I stated paying the amount from 1/20/2018 till 2/17/2018 i paid 35000. And i said that i will pay the remaining amount 37000 on 2/28/2018.
                      After going to Begumpet HDFC branch one of the bank employee said that your settlement amount is approved for 79000 not for 72000. And he is asking me to pay 5000 extra and he said that final amount is 84000.
                      Some one please give suggesting and help me out in this. I need to pay 37000 balance amount.
                      It is becoming a big problem at home with my husband because of this Loan. I a ready to pay the amount for what they approved starting for 72000. After paying 35000 not they are playing games and they are playing with my life as well.

                        I have applied for Personal Loan vide application reference number is 19721086 dated 10 Sep 2011 based pre-inquiry done with HDFC Bank. The rate of Interest was fixed as 15.5% after 4 stage of discussion i.e. preliminary inquiry with HDFC Bank rep, during documents collection and verification and during HDFC welcome call. Please note that the Welcome call has been telephonically recorded at HDFC side and the rate of interest of 15.5 was very well discussed during the time of discussion. At later stage, I have lodged complaint for vast delay in sanctioning loan as they promised within 3 days during initial commitment. However, HDFC later they came to me verbally and in writing that they have communicated to me only 16.75% during Welcome call. I have asked the HDFC to play the Welcome call recorded. They have denied to do so initially. After repeated complaints with HDFC PNO office, they have informed that they have not recorded the Welcome Call at all.

                        In view of the above, I understood that HDFC Bank is a fraud bank. Later on I have asked the Policy of Customer Complaint Handling, Compensation, Teleettiqutte and personal Loan processing procudure from the Bank to disclose the documents for Banking Transparancy. Tilldate Mr. Ratan Kumar Kesh, Who is the PNO was not replied to the documents, Which i have sought.

                        In view above, I request all our friend do not even think of HDFC FRAUD BANK .

When i sent all the original to their chennai office after 2 months i got a message saying HDFC claim is under srcunity on 26th March 2013. Still they have not settled my claim of 10000. And now my policy is ending on 31st May 2013 and i said i no more want it and said give me my claim as i paid premium for 2 years they are saying no .I need to take a legal action again . Never i will suggest this policy

                              This branch makes their employees work from 9 am to 9pm which is strictly against labor laws of our country. The manager here sucks and is a beast , in getting work from his employees. I suggest all customers to be not selfish and think of poor employees working there. Customers come out in public and stop using HDFC abnk till they realise employee worth. We cant serve u better till we can serve our family better.

People on phone are shame less, and very nonsense, they are abusive and say i will come to your home and will screw you. they are threatening on phone.                                 Yes recently getting calls from the same plus few more numbers and they say calling from PAN India - then they ultimately revealed from HDFC Bank
                                When I tried digging more info and he unable to convince, person said that - I know your address, I want to come to meet you in my city.

                                With few members (according to the person called - those were senior) gave the Chennai address of PAN India Plot 828, Shanthiban Colony, Anna Nagar, Chennai.

                                  This call is against the harrasement calls done by the recovery agency of HDFC Bank of recovery of the Credit Card Payment which is in dispute with the Bank since October 2010. The recovery agency is been giving harrassing calls both in my office and home both. In office they are calling to the whole office and harressing the my other collegues in the organisation. This kind of calls is also affecting my reputation in the organisation and also affecting my job. Wherin i am continously attending their calls and responding them on mails insite of continious response to them, they are calling and harressing me with calls.

After spending more than 30 mins your team is not in a position to give the justification for my card rejection( appl ref num :[protected].It is surprising for me to know that my credit card application has been rejected though i have been the customer of HDFC for years. I have availed my two wheeler loan, which was completely repaid without any delay in my EMI payments and am the current four wheeler loan customer from ur bank.                                       My policy no.15262521 & client id.59246484. i riceved my policy document . but complaint is that
                                      This policy I collect to tellecalling agent to mr. anuj pawar hdfc standard life, india infoline tower, 2nd floor, Road no 16, near bradma company thane (west).
                                      This agent to give us totaly wrong information to me regarding this policy.and we are not satisfy this term and condition about this policy.
                                      Whatever they promice & guarentee given to me on behalf this agent.. its totally wrong and incorrect.
                                      The who sold this policy to me his not receiving our call from last 2 months and after such enquiry we ara come to know that that mr. anuj pawar he left his job before 1 month as he on the contract basis in the company.& we was send email on there [protected]@hdfclife.com . but they can not take any action and not replyde me its totally cheating to me & my family memebers.
                                      I m requesting to you Pleses kindly look into this matter urgently..i hope u will take a quick action..and give me favorable reply..

                                        hello sir, i applied for the credit card in hdfc bank.but my application is rejected due to some cbill problem,. what is this cbill.if there please send the details which bank and how much amount. how to get the clerance.
