Dear Sir;

I had taken a Two Wheeler Loan from your Bank with the loan Account No. LTABD[protected] in the month of August September 2006 with 16 installment. My installments are got over in January 2008 and now i am in a requirement of Cerficate from your side for making it non hypothicated in RC book.

I am in a urgent requriement of it therefore i am humbly requresting you to kindly do the needful at the earliest.

    I am a salary account(A/c no:[protected] holder of HDFC bank for the last 2 years. But without my consent suddenly hold amount has been credit card payment. i contact hdfc phone banking service but i have unsatisfied his answer. i have taken personal loan in bank and i have ragulaar instollment for bank. my personal loan account record very clean.

    I have saving account from last 3.0 years.(A/c [protected]) in Novrangpura branch . I had given written communication on 25/05/09 at 11:00 to 11: 30 Am at Navrangpura branch to close account & account officer given me promised that it has been closed at evening time around 5: 00 pm on 25/05/09 .

    Now I have received one letter from branch that Overdrawing by Rs. 400.55 as on 31/05/2009 .Once, I had given written communation to branch, How can be Overdrwing of Rs.400.55 after Date on 25/05/09 that i cant understand.

    I think that till date my account is not closed, Albiet HDFC bank is known for good services, How can be it possible can u please clarify that.

    Please do the needful as earlier as possible on that matter.

      I am holding the miracle credit card for last 2 years. with out any intimation they have marked leen on my account and the money is been taken and it has been a mental harasment . So Unmark leen from my account and close my card. People are requested to be alert on this issue so dont suffer like my case.

      I request the higher oficials of centurion bank of punjab of take up this issue and solve this kind of cheap policies.

      I WANT TO TELL U THAT I AM RURAL DEVELOPMENT OFFICER IN CENTURIAN BANK OF PUNJAB OF MUKATSAR BRANCH IN PUNJAB. I HAVE JOINED 14TH OF JANUARY.BUT THEY DID NOT GIVR ME SALARY TILL NOW.       My self is Ravindra Shiledar I was the credit office in CBOP since 22nd Dec. 06 to 19th Jan 08 at Ahmedabad that time was taking miracle card hv spent Rs. 9990 app. and getting bill very late after due date had paid up all amount but bank has charge the 300 late fee which is not meaningful, this late fee increse rapidly and become the large amount . Request you to waive off this amount.

      I am Kuldeep Singh. I work from home on odesk for USA, Canada etc countries. Yesterday, 23rd Oct. 2008. I went to Phase 1 SAS Nagar Mohali (Punjab) at you Bank ATM and tried to withdraw the 2000 money from ATM. First it showed that your payment is under process but after a few second it showed that your transaction can not be processed this time and I went away without get any money from ATM. But when i have checked my online account at my room, it shows that transaction had been done. So Please now let me know what should me do to get my money.

Due to my family as well as religious commitments I am not able to operate the icici account. Only 2 instalments are due the same has to be paid whenever I receive the bill every month.

      Centurion Bank of Punjab — credit card payment

      Hi,

      I have applied for personal Loan through Barclays finance..but my application was returned due to information given by CBIL is written off by Some un disclosed Bank/Credit card issuer.I requested them to provide proper details which they do not have. I am regular paymaster to all my CC payment without any defaults. Pl adv any one that how to approach CBIL to know this details to correct my self if i am due to any bank
      I hold 7cards, this would be the worst card, and worst bank ever on earth.The very first thing i wont receive statements, and if i receive it would be 4days after due date, the customer care numbers wont work.I will wait for 2more months then will use the card and throw it in the gutter and can file a legal case on me, my lawyer is ready to speak.

      Centurion bank Of punjab Miracle Credit card — Alot of extra charges with fac transactions

      Dear Sir,

      I am holding Centurian bank Of punjab Miracle Credit card no [protected].
      There is two transactions of vodafone essar bill

      1. rs 1000 on DATED 17/10/08.
      2. rs 500 on DATED 17/10/08.

      and one more transaction of vodafone essar bill inclued in my previos bill also while I never I made
      such transaction. Apart of those transcations, alot of extra charges are included which is given below :
      1. Overlimit charge 500.oo
      2. Service tax 61.80
      3. latePayment Fee 400.00
      4. Service tax 49.44
      5. Intrest Charges 778.33
      6. Service tax 96.20.


      I am really disapponted with these kind of chagres.

      Dear Sir,

      I am Subramanya holding a Miracle Credit Card (Card No-[protected]) since from December 2007. I am an Ex employee of DL Bottling Company.(No.275, Kallikuppam, Ambattur Chennai).

      I have noticed that my credit card has been deactivated on February 2008. I came to know that DL Bottling company is under defaulter list and also i came to know that all the business activities including credit cards of the employees has been deactivated whoever working with DL bottling company. Since then i have tried to reach your respective senior officials of bank (Surya - Complaint dated[protected] ICICI Mount Road branch (Near Anand Theater) and found no response. Since I was in Singapore and could not communicate you effectively on regular intervals.

      Please note that i am no more working with DL Bottling Company. Hence this deactivation should not apply to me.

      I am paying Monthly due regularly even though i was not in India. My family took care of monthly payments without any due. Hence kindly consider my request of activating my credit card (Card No-[protected]).

      This has been conveyed several times and as per the discussion with my leagal Consultant i should be applying for consumer court.

      Kindly treat this as my humble request on to take an immediate action on deactivation of my credit card.

      centurion bank of Punjab Miracle card — Cheaters

      Hello,

      I am a credit card customer of CBOP and having this card with me for a year but never used it later once
      and was expecting the bill but did not recive the bill . later one day after the due date called the coustomer care and checked the bill details and asked for bill copy and after confirming the amount dropped the cheque for the amount in a HDFC bank miracle card box which was cleared in my Ac 5 days later . Now they have sent a bill from ICICI credit card that there is a due of Rs 493/- in my credit card
      which is cheating first not sending bill on time but paying myself with my effort on time and not reminding the coustomer also on time and later charging late fee

      I’m holding the Citibank credit card past 3 Yrs, even I have maintaining a Saving bank account with Citibank, I made late payment they charged big amount, I have often updated with mine communication address when I changing the Job.. without any intimation now they directly send the advocate notice regarding pending payment with huge amount of interest, and they ordered this payment I should do within 10 days of the received this notice.

      Miracle Centurion credit card — retaining of credit card

      While attempting a transaction at HSBC Vellayambalam Branch ATM, Trivandrum at 0807 hours on 10 February 2009, the Miracle Centurion Credit Card (ICICI Credit Cards) no.[protected] held by me was retained, without assigning any reason thereof.

      I suggest that immediate necessary action may be taken to return the card at the earliest and the reason for retaining the card intimated to me. Further, I won’t be responsible for any transactions held on this card while not in my use.

      I have not used the credit card even once till now, and i had asked for the cancellation long time back. still i am receiveing messages to my mobile for paying the bill. why should i pay it without using it and more over it was a free creadit card without any charges.
      It was surprise to know that a huge come of Rs 13618.78 is due by me.
      Some where in jan09 end, I had received a message that the card will be canceled wef 15th march09.
      Now the SMS is surprising. When contacted by bank I denied the transaction.
      It is purely cheating business by some miscreants hand in hand with Bank officials.

In that credit card my total credit limit was Rs:15, 000/- only for that I made payment RS:19, 000/- and I have closed the account also.       I am Mr. N Shiva Shekhar bearing Centurian Bank Miracle Credit Card No:[protected]. Iam facing lot of problems with this bank. I have received my last statement on 04-JAN-2008. In this cinario I am receiving SMS from CBOP stating to pay Rs.7000/-. when Iam trying to take the details from internet, there is no support from Centurian Bank. In Recent updates I came to know the bank was taken over by HDFC. But phone calls are comming from ICICI for recovery. These recovery people again creating problem . What ever the information Iam asking they are not providing such as latest bill details for payment or executive visit for payment, are not happening. As per the bill I received I am supposed to pay only Rs. 3054.71/-.Recently I opted for a Personnel loan where I was found in cibil. pls suggest me how should I proceed in this case.

      My credit card number is [protected]. I have not received my credit card statement for the last 1 year. I have tried calling the customer care numbers enlisted on the CBOP website and the numbers dont exist. I have also tried speaking with the HDFC credit card department and they have asked me to call on the CBOP numbers that do not exist!!

      Possibly, the amount due would have increased due to the non payment of the amount but can someone please tell me how do I find out the outstanding balance. I also think its unfair to expect the customer to pay the 30-40% interest on overdues without even sending the statement.

        Dear Sir,
        I've applied to HDFC to issuse passbook for my account as per guidelines issued by Reserve bank of India. When i visited to bank, one officer of HDFC bank refused to received my application and told me to leave application without taking receipt of it. i contacted them through e mail but solution of my problem is still awaited.
        At the time of my visit the officer shown me a folder containing some loose pages of statements and said this is passbook of HDFC Bnak and if you will come to get entry in it after six months, you must pay charges for it.
        The question is "What is the defination of passbook according to Reserve Bank of India?", "Why shoud i pay to get entry in my passbook after six month?" "Why they have refused to give receipt of my application and what should i do in that condition?" "They asked me to give consent about i am agree to not receiving my bank statement in physical form as i am getting it free according the condition of account opening, why am i forced for that?"
        Complaint is genuine. Is it not obligatory for bank to satisfy the query of customers?

          I am a savings account(A/c no:[protected] holder of HDFC bank for the last 3 years. But without my consent suddenly amount has been transfered for undue(Got all the receipts of the payments) credit card payment. Despite lodging a written complain(Docket No:B[protected] with the Branch Manager in Salt Lake Branch(Sector-1) on 07/10/2007 the issue never got resolved. Nobody in the above mentioned branch is helping in this regard and the behaviour of the Branch Manager is unacceptable comparing the high standards set by the bank itself. After calling innumerable times to the Credit Card Department I was informed to take this matter with the nearest branch only as according to them its the fault of the bank itself to transfer the amount without my consent and they are solely responsible for the trouble and the fund transfer. Really pissed off with this kind of service and adding to that I havn't yet received my new Debit Card for which the requisition was made on 22/09/2007.

          It really pains to pen down this letter, its really pathetic to know that you have such a system where in HDFC guys dont even have a morale where in your customers have to suffer.

          I had made a settlement of this credit card on DATE[protected]. And i was being told by your location head Mr. Lokesh that i would recieve my settlement letter in 90days.
          In between i got a call in between this time, and the language was ABUSIVE. I dont understand how come you are not even concerned about the customers and their month's planning.
          Inspite of informing them about my settlement, they were constantly giving me BAD WORDS. Is this your system? I havent got my salary for the month of December and you have leaned my account for no reasons?

          I am not threatening you, but giving you 4 days time. Kindly clear my due amount from the balance, after 4 days i will have no option left other than going to media and to consumer protection. Its not a threat but its a plea of a customer who is badly affected with your USELESS system.

          And the another thing i would like to add is after making so many calls & mailed to HDFC bank customer service department they had given me a number of their officer when i called on the same number where i got the answer from their respective debt management officer named sanjay mishra was " do what you wish to do now you have to do what we say ha ha ha..."

            I have been there customer form past 4 years and regularly paying there dues.
            I received a call from there telecaller regarding there payment of outstanding. i was in the office and was busy in meeting because of that i wasnt able to take there call. when i was able to telecaller started using all sort of abusive language. i have discontinued there services and paid all there overdue.
            i want to know the legal implication.i want escalate the matter please guide and advice

            As I am a credit card holder of HDFC bank due to financial problem I was unable to pay this month you can check the past record, when your collection team spoken I have told them to wait for 4 to 5 days for the payment but they started arguing with me I have tried to convince them but still they started speaking vulgarly then also I have kept my self cool and at last I have cut the call. Then after they started calling at residence and spoken vulgarly with the family members (i.e. Spouse and Father) a human being from a good family will never keep quite for such kind of language but still I kept my cool because it is my mistake but today morning the way they spoken to my father literally I have lost my cool and taken a decision and called to the call center they told I will get a apology call but I did not get any call so I have given a written complaint if still this calls are not stopped then I will go to the consumer court then we will decide there.

              DEAR SIR,
              I appled for home loan in HDFC, and they said that they will deduct processing fees only after sanctioning the loan amount .But without checking my original documents and photos of my home they sancioned the loan on paper and deducted the amount.After that they are telling that due to legal problem they were unable to sanction the loan and amount for processing has already deducted.I am in under tension and already I spend 10000/for getiing other documents and amount tension faced by me is more.please solve my problemby returning an amount equal to 10000/incurred by me in going through this process.

              Hi Sreedhar,
              First I want to say sorry about this. Just I want to clear you some steps.
              HDFC sanction the Loan by verify your Salary, Residence proof and your legal documents.First they take photocopy of your all required documents.And after scrutinty they sanction the loan. Before starting the process it is your duty to confirm whether they will sanction and disburse the loan according that papers or any other legal papers required.It is quite possible that the original documents have some problem like overwriting/crossing etc.. So just discuss with HDFC Ltd. staff and they will tell you the way.
              It is the rule in HDFC Ltd. that after sanction the loan they will not refund the processing fees.So it is customer's responsibility to know everything from his Loan councellor. So please ask your Home Loan councellor/Sales Executive regarding this.

              I do agree with Sreedhar because I'm facing the same problem. I paid 5750Rs as processing charges. They kept our papers for a week and then inform us that your loan will not be sanctioned and they are saying that they will refund my amount after deducting 3000Rs as a processing charge. Sorry to say Vijay...they have to check all the papers before clearing the cheque. This is the way they make people fool and fill their pockets... An unhappy customer... Hina

              I need to Convert my land loan (Rs 6.0 Lacs ) to home loan (Rs6.0+3.0Lacs) with additional loan amount to be added for Rs 3.0 lacs. HDFC is asking for P.Fees of 0.5 % loan value+S.T+S.D to convert the loan. I don’t understand why they need P.fees everytime in the same case.
              I am ready to pay P.fees on the additional sanctioning loan i.e Rs 3.0 lacs but they asked to
              pay on the whole amount i.e (Rs6.0+3.0=9.0 lacs) and for Rs 6.0 lacs I
              have paid earlier.
              They have informed that penalty charges at the rate of 3% (along with Service Tax and educational cess on ST) will have to be paid by me if I am transferring the loan to another bank.
              HDFC is just cheating peopl, who have taken a loan from them. they are atracting new customers with interest rate quite lower than what they are charging on existing loans. you are paying more for your longer association with them. what a great customer service (cheating service)!

                Hi,

                I have closed my HDFC Personal Loan in the month of Jan 08 and then gave a call to Customer Care to give request for Return of PDC's , They have took the request and told it will be dispatched in 7 working days. Surprisingly i didnt get that in the said period, wherein i got only closure document returned to my address. I then again called up customer care in Feb 08 and they said that the PDC's will be destroyed and not returned back. But while i took the loan and on their site it was wirtten/told that they will be sent back upon closure.
                I really didnt like this bad cummunication and way of deceving people , i have now decided not to go for any personal loan nor to
                suggest any loan with this bank

                My name is Rajan gupta. I had taken a loan from your bank of 50, 000/- I have already paid 6-7 installments. There has never been a problem in paying the installments. But now a days, I am going through some real problems. In fact, I am out of job from last 5 months. I was previously working for HCL and my life was going on smoothly. At the same time I am not a person who does not want to pay the remaining money. I definetly want to pay that. But I need some time to get settle down. I would really like to request you to please allow me some time to get settled and earn some amount in next couple of months. I will start taking home tution soon and slow but surely my life will come to the normal path. So please allow me about 3-4 months of time to start paying the rest of the installments. I am sure, I will have some money by the end of august and I will surely start paying rest of the installments by then. Please try and put yourself in my situation. I had never thought that I would face such difficulty in my life. So please do the need full.                   I have taken a loan of Rs 7,50,000/= from HDFC ltd on 9.5% interest rate in the month of October 2006. Loan was sanctioned and disbursed in the second week of October 2006. Now I come to know that my loan was sanctioned on a higher intest rate than others 9.25% during the same period.The difference in the interest rate is may be due to .25% discount offer (Festival Offer). When I complined with the HDFC regarding the higher intesrest rate offered to me and discount benefit was not not given to me they are not replying properly. Kindly Help

                    Yesterday, I applied online for pan of my aunt, DEBJANI RAY (Ack no-[protected])
                    I chose Raghunathpur branch (VIP Road, KOLKATA-700059) of HDFC bank to deposit the cheque in favour of “NSDL-PAN”.
                    But the bank authority has not accepted the cheque. They told me that they are not aware of this matter and advised me to approach any other branch of HDFC .I approached several branches to accept the cheque. But any HDFC bank did not accept it.
                    So , what will we do in this situation?

                    My father who is a retired personal deposited a Demand Draft foran amount of Rs. 11, 167/- in the Raghunathpur Branch of HDFC in the month of June, 2008. When my father went to enquire about the clearence of the DD, he was told that they have lost the DD and that they are looking for the lost DD. I personally wrote mails to the The Manager of the said branch a number of times, to which i have replied to keep patience as they are looking into the matter. Today inspite of 8-9 months getting over nothing positive has come out. I have personally mailed them the acknowledment receipt, but still they have done nothing to conclude the matter. The Manager of the Branch is the most irresponsible and incompetent man. It feel sad that, a bank of such repute is of no good if they put such irresponsible managers to manage the issues. I will request everyone through this write up that be cautious whle dealing with such bank/s and such incompetent managers.

                      Interest Charges of 3.15% instead of .99%

                      Iam holding a centurion bank of punjab credit card & when i received the card i was informed that for the first six month the Interest charges will be of 0.99% after that 3.15% will be applicable. But in the second month statement itself i was charged Interest of 3.15%.                       I have a GOLD credit card and its time period is over and i was upgraded to Titanium card. As i have changed my address, i have dropped a letter for address change in nearby ATM and also Faxed it as per customer care instructions. It is been almost 1 and half month i have no CARD in my hand. Am really frustrated that the customer care is not taking care of my complaint and i have called 5 to 6 times and no proper response. I am a customer of HDFC for past 4 years and never missed to pay Credit card bills ever. This is rediculous and absurd.

                      My address has to be updated and my card has to be delivered to me ASAP. Please help me if you can.

                      Take my sincere advise. Do not open account with HDFC, you may consider closing the bank account instead. I hold an account with them at the Dwarka branch in New Delhi. believe me for the past 3-4 months I have tried in vain to get my address changed with the bank. I have posted two requests with all documentry proofs, followed it up with the grievence cell and the bank manager Mr Pathak on e mails and telephones, sent further documentry proofs on assurance that the job is already over. only to be told by the bank SORRY...START ALL OVER AGAIN.I still remember how the agent from the bank pleaded and begged to convince me open an account with HDFC.I am yet to come across a more insensitive organisation.

                      This is to inform you about the unappropriate behaviour and action taken by your bank representatives. The list is as follows:-

                      • My Credit card ([protected]) which has been blocked since mid Jan or mid Feb was not re-issued at that time after even signing the signature confirmation form issued by your bank.

                      • The representative of the bank from rajouri garden who made a call to me regarding the payment to be made on urgent basis due to closing of the financial year as on 29/04/2009 had commited a fake promise to me that if I arrange a partial payment of Rs 1190 then I need not have to make a payment for the next two months and no late fee will be charged. However, I have told him that I was not in position to pay at that particular point of time and will pay by 5th of next month. But he insisted again and promise me that as soon as the payment would be collected by their representative he will issue a mail to my email id regarding the non-payment upto next two months.
                      But that never happened.

                      • Again in the month of May your representative came directly to my home and asked for money. Was they not responsible for even giving a call to the customer before reaching their respective address. WHAT IS THE MEAN OF CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP AND PROFESSIONALISM FOR YOUR BANK…IRRITATING..
                      • I have stopped paper statement and activated for the e-statement because I am in travel industry and most of the time travelling out of the town. But again the paper statement are there……..VERY IRRITATING
                      • And the last main thing that made me not to make any payment was the non-cooperation from your side. Because I emailed the problem regarding my inability to open my e-statement after even following the instructions given for opening it (like typing the first 4 digits of my name….etc ). But again the customer care representative emailed me back displaying all the same instruction which I had already followed. SO WHERE IS THE TACT OF HANDLING THE QUERY OF THE CUSTOMER BY YOUR REPRESENTATIVE. EVEN THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO READ AND HANDLE THE CUSTOMER’S QUERY WITH OPEN EYES????

                      • Also when the representative of your bank from Rajouri garden asked me for the payment and I told him the whole story, He argued me and said that “all customer who do not want to make payment give this absurd excuses...WOW WHAT AN RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER. He also asked me that he will make sure that maximum charges and a case will be levied on me and my individual profile would be damaged.

                      Well thanks Mr. Sai Giridhar for noticing all the points and I hope you will help me to get out of this mess. One thing more I want to inform you that I will be back by 15th of June and will pay the amount. But before that I will be waiting for your reply (which should maximum an action and least a reply).

                      We, Dr. Anil Agarwal & Mrs. Aprajita Agarwal are holding a joint Savings Bank Account bearing No. [protected] in your esteemed branch for quite some time. This is also linked to our locker facility. At the time of opening of locker facility, we were informed to maintain an average quarterly balance of Rs.25, 000/- to avail of locker facility at discounted rates.

                      Subsequently, upon the insistence of the dealing officers, I also opened a new kid’s account in the name of Abhishek Agarwal bearing No. [protected] along with the cheque book and with the “ explicit understanding” that no transaction is necessary, Abhishek being minor.

                      Incidently, upon perusal of monthly statements, I could find that Rs. 500/- is being debited from my Saving Account to Abhishek’s account every month leading thereby to reduction in minimum balance. Accordingly, I rushed to your branch and met with Ms. S. Kotia, Manager. She actually informed about this monthly deduction to which I was surprised.

                      Anyway, in order to maintain minimum balance of Rs.25000/- and also in order to avoid any penal action whatsoever, I immediately deposited Rs. 10, 000/- in cash on 1st July, 2009.

                      Interestingly, till date, I have never defaulted nor even withdrawn a singly rupee from the bank account. Thus, this penalty of Rs. 1103/- levied on me is totally unjust and unfair.

                      Accordingly, you are requested to kindly take a sympathetic view in this case and order immediate waiver of the AQB surcharges including ST & CESS for the period April- June, 2009 due to the above reasons so as to restore customer confidence in your system.

                      My name is Arun Kumar. S, I have taken two wheeler loan from your bank, the loan account number is 90153923 and there is no any pending payments from my end, the loan has been closed successfully on December 2008 and I got R.C book from your Chennai egmore branch.

                      I have sold my two wheeler and my two wheeler buyer have asking NOC (no objection certificate) for releasing my payments, then only I came to know there is a NOC has to be provide from HDFC Bank after close my loan successfully.

                      I have visited to your Chennai egmore branch on 22nd August 2009 for my NOC, they said as my account has not closed. We will request to close the account then I will get the call from HDFC Bank and get NOC after 7 business days and they have given HDFC BANK ([protected]) customer care number and my account number but I have not get any call so I called you customer care, they said as, there is some excess amount is there in my loan account, first HDFC BANK will repay that excess amount then you will get NOC and this process will take 3 business days for repayment and account close, 7 business days for receiving NOC and they given reference number for this, the reference number is[protected].

                      I am following up since 24nd august 2009 and calling your customer care frequently but all the time you the peoples are giving the same answer that, I will get a call from HDFC BANK and close the account and will get the NOC after 7 business days but I am not getting any kind of response from your end up to 03rd September 2009 4.00pm.

                          I would say ,this is a request not a complaint. I have closed my p/loan Id no 10531012 dated on 11.01.2008.I have recieved a letter stating that my existing cheques will be destroyed by the bank.Since I am not employed in India and i will unable to keep a track of my transactions,I would kindly request the bank to return the cheques to my residence.

                              i have a saving bank a/c at stephen house branch ,kolkata(west bengal) in HDFC Bank. I applied for net banking and phone banking facilites to bank, after few days they send me a SMS on my mobile that "your hdfc bank netbanking pin has been dispatched to your mailing address".                                 It is to put your the kind attention on the bizarre transactions happening these days in the HDFC bank. Without providing proper clarification they are pulling out money from the saving account to fulfill the unjustified claim on the credit card.

                                It all stated with a credit on call in the month of 4th Apr’06. After a prolonged follow up for foreclosure, I finally received the letter stating about the current outstanding of the loan dated on 11th May’ 06. Immediately (16th May’06 cheque no 739878) I paid the amount and foreclosed the loan. Surprisingly I was still receiving the statements but no body from call center able to clarify on that. In the mean time I received (5th June 06) a missive stating that the loan has been foreclosed. Though it was foreclosed from my end but astonishingly it was not pre-closed from the Bank end and the statement was reaching me month on month. The only touch point that remained open for me was the call center to lodge a complaint but it was dumb enough to explain the exact scenario. Though I was paying all the principal credits taken by me after that, but the accrued sum was getting accumulated.

                                Collection dept in the mean time started out-calling but “what for” was still unanswered. The overall intra-department functionality was so pathetic that no body resolved my complaint except saying in unison “payment is due”. It was awesome to experience the double standard of the bank - On one side they are sending letter about the foreclosure of the loan, on the other hand they are giving conscious effort in increasing the total outstanding by not foreclosing at bank end.

                                In this juncture I stopped using the card and waited for the resolution. Till date the resolution is still pending but bank has internally pulled away Rs 40741.41 amount from my saving account in two phases. Till date I have received not a single communication stating these freaky transactions. I have already sent a missive to Managing Director HDFC Bank too on that, but yet to receive any clarification.

                                Therefore need your intervention to get back this money in right shape. In this regard I would like to point out the way employees of HDFC bank communicates- rather than service sector it seems like a “command sector” with all sort of “false words” in wrong way during the communication.

                                Hence it is almost like a nightmare for customers of HDFC bank to have a saving account with them, as it is working like having a thief inside your house that can pull out any amount without notification.

You keep on telephoning them and they would not pick up phone specially after 3p.m. Gates are closed after 3.30p. and even challans cannot be collected thereafter. Is it a bank or some school?                                   Since last three months some charges for Real Player is being charged on my card account. i informed them in the first month itself still again same charges were debited on my card account for 3-4 months and finally i told them to block my card.

                                  i sent a dispute redressal form also for the first month transaction and bank told me that they are enquiring on the transaction and same will be reversed but till now nothinh has happened. i have lost more than 3000/- rs due to these transactions.

                                  if required all the communication between bank and my self thru email can be sent to you for resolving the issues.

                                    Was in the process of getting a new car loan from HDFC.These guys after approving the loan want a signature on a form stating that 'i have defaulted on the payment and my car can be taken away'...when i objected to this they say that if one doesnt sign this then they cannot disburse the loan even though they are taking 3 cheques as security.Would like to know if other banks do the same thing.

                                    1. Sir ! Interest rate has revised and it will be 12.25%.
                                    2. You will have to get car insurance from us. It's a condition.
                                    3. You will have to get car from Apra automobile Gurgaon and not from Competent automobile where I am getting more discount.
                                    Now, I can't tolerate such a useless bank and its employees. I will buy my car tomorrow on 100% cash payment.

                                    I would like to bring to your notice about the working of HDFC bank. Do not know how they process Car loans with such a poor DSA'a who don't even know how to dealt with their customer. I am software engineer by profession and belong to a family of lawyers.
                                    Today i received a call from[protected], a man on the other side start shouting and using abusive language. he even warn me that my car will be taken off in next 24 hours. this was all due to delay in their installment, because of shift of my profession. I told them to collect it from my place several times but no one appeared in time and start bothering me at awkward timings.
                                    They have even called up my friend threatning him of his belongings.
                                    I am going to file up a complaint with Consumer court and to bring to notice with general public that HDFC BANK SUCKS !!!
                                    HDFC bank is an irresponsible bank. I took a loan from the bank and closed the dues correctly without any defaults/delay (48 post paid EMI, s). But after ccompleting it the RTO authorities are not accepting the no dues certificates saying there is no company seal. When I approached the concerned bank they say that they cannot issue as they have no seal!!!?????. and say they cannot help. How arrogant and irresponsible fellows.

                                    i am surprised to see such a complains against the bank which is called best in service industry now., i have applied for car loan last year, & as bank pomised i was able to release my CAR within 24 hrs from my request.
                                    I think in most of time problem is with the person we dealing & not the bank policy, Best way to resolve it either contact in branch for any service OR complain at phone banking/email management, they will surely help you out.

                                    HDFC CARD LOAN — Loan Insurance money

                                    Dear Sir

                                    I had applied for car loan 3 month back .
                                    For that i have deposited 8 PDC which include one Sureksha Insurance of Bajaj Allianze PDC too.

                                    But due to some problem from the bank side this loan was not passed but then also HDFC Bank cleared my Insurance PDC .

                                    Since then i have been calling HDFC bank branch offical to repay my sureksha policy amount but till today it has not been deposited in my account.

                                    So kindly look into the matter immediately as it has been a matter of grave concern for me.

All the formalities already completed but till date, i.e. 31st March, 2009 approval awaited from HDFC bank.So we can'nt plan or buy a own car.                                     I Hisamuddin Mohiuddin Kazi bearing an A/C No. 14799639 has taken a loan from your bank under USED CAR LOAN for 29 months with an EMI of Rs.6280/- 1) It took long time for the process than the duration which was promised to me from the HDFC Bank. 2) I got the Pay Order from the Bank of Rs.1, 40, 000/- which I deposited into My SBI Bank, East Street Branch, Camp. but when I went to withdraw the following amount from the bank, the following Amount has not been cleared because of 'Some Other Reason' as confirmed from SBI Bank, then I spoke to the HDFC Bank, with Mr.Saurav, Mr. Jagtap and Manager Mr.Granvil, but they all took my request on grant and told me to Check from my SBI Bank as it is their fault, then again I went to Meet my bank manager who confirmed the problem that it is from HDFC Bank itself and was ready to complaint against HDFC Bank as they were spoiling his (SBI) Bank's name. By that time from whom I have taken the Car (Hyundai Accent Car No. MH.06 M9102) was seating on my head for Payments. But no one was there to understand my problem form HDFC Bank. Then after requesting so many times the HDFC Bank has deposited my Amount. Actually I deposited almost 3 times my cheque in my SBI A/c but the following amount was not cleared and so My name was spoiled in the Business Market for which I am paying till date.3) Before the withdrawal of the following Amount I got an SMS on my mobile phone. (No. +91-[protected]) that Please pay the following Amount Due of Rs.6, 280/- this made a real joke of me.4) All the required papers were given by me on time, but when the First EMI was supposed to be cleared from my SBI A/C through ECS Clearance, which was not done on time from HDFC Bank, the following authorities from HDFC Bank called me that your cheque has been bounced and so I cross checked from SBI bank, which showed that none of the cheque for clearance has come and there was sufficient Amount of RS. in my A/C required for the clearance. They HDFC Bank authorities called me several time for the following issue, I respectfully answered their each query, but they took my issue as a petty one, even they forced me to pay the penalty charges for which I was not liable. The Managers from the HDFC Bank personally requested me to Give a Cheque of the following Amount, and accepted that it is their Mistake and promised me that it will not happened next time. 5) But again this month the following amount has not been deducted from my A/C. 6) The transfer papers which I were supposed to get from HDFC bank after 10 Days were still not given to me after keeping the follow-up from HDFC Authorities till date, it has been more than 2 months now that I have not received my Car Papers. From couple of weeks I am constantly in touch with Mr. Jagtab and Mr. Saurav, but they just fooled me around. They told me to keep the follow with Mr.Prince who handles the R.T.O. issues. I called MR. Prince too but he has not answered to my call properly, but who am I to do all the followups from all these guys. Today Dated 08/072009 I was promised that I will get the papers, but when I called Mr. Prince who told me to send someone from HDFC Bank to collect my Car Papers. I just want to ask that who is he to order me for these petty issues which are not part of my work and then I called Mr. Jagtap and Mr. Saurav they told me that I will get my Car Papers by 11:30 am at my Office but they have not kept their word and so I called them several times, I was told to collect the Papers from Bhandarkar Road Branch, which is far away from my Office, I requested them to drop the papers to my Office in Camp, he Mr. Saurav told me that he is coming to my office by 4:30 pm which he has not come till 9:20 pm, He also avoided my calls since then.********** I have been emotionally, mentally and physically tortured. Till date I was unable to know the valid reason from the HDFC Bank authorities. It has seriously affected my business relations with the party to whom the payment was suppose to be done. My name has been spoiled for the mistake which is not done by me and definitely it will affect me in future relations.

                                    I sincerely think that I should take this matter in a Legal way by taking the Bank and the following Authorities to the Court of Law under Consumer Act. and filling an FIR in Police Station for all the harassment is all possible ways which was done by Bank and its Authorities.

                                    I kindly request you to look in the matter at your earliest and please save me and Bank going to the Court and as well as media.

                                    I M a central govt employee and applied for car loan thru your esteemed bank.But my applcation was delayed several times citing amazing excuses and lastly turned down.What i this, a serving soldier (IAF) ia asked 2 undergo so many formalities whereas a civilian is sanctioned loan in few and simple steps.I m an existing coustmer of your bank for the last 4 years .It is my advise and request 2 you that Don't paste and advertise ads claiming 2 provide loan in minutes and with minimal documentation, It really hurts.
                                    I want to pay my outstanding car loan dues to your bank in one installment. Please suggest me how much extra charges to be paid by me. My loan was for five years started from June 2006 and being terminated in June 2011.

                                    Recently i had approached HDFC bank, for a auto loan and inspite of having a pre approved loan of over 6 lacs i was denied and to my shock i was informed that my name was listed in CIBIL due to non payment on account of 4 credit card amounting to Rs.35K.

                                    This is to inform that for the last 3 years i am without any credit card. I don't have the slightest clue of my due, of which bank are the credit card and what are my dues. There are no Credit Card statement also sent to me.

                                    Request you to give me the details of my credit card dues, so that i can approach the authorities and seek clarification regarding dues claimed by them and if they are genuine, the same would be paid by me.

                                    Seek you help to first get a reply to confirm if my name is on the CIBIL list of credit card defaulter, and if yes, to give me clarity of my credit card dues. Waiting for your prompt response

                                    Yes its true this bluddy bank is playing with the ppl and their own customers. I am also among dos ppl who was pissed by HDFC bank gurgaon. I cld on cust care n askd them abt loan and tld them ma salary . They said i can take the loan . I am on rented in gurgaon. They askd me collect too mny docs, i did all that, so wen their executive came, he denied to take the docs and said my salary is less. Then i applied on my cousins name, she had pre-approved limit of 5 lacs and HDFC says for such custs documentation is less and processing is very quick, but its all lie. I applied for car loan gave all the docs to them, after 20 days they said offer of pre-approval is over from my cousins account, so application will go fon normal procedure. it after 1 month dey said, they are not reliable custs as we can run with the car n will default even though we we ready to make downpayment of 1.50 lacks, then said they will try to get approved if we will hv our own home in gurgaon, then askd me to get a nominee which i did after more 15 days denied the loan . it took them 2 months to decide weather we eligible or not. My god..HDFC sucks

                                    HDFC Bank Ltd — Auto Loan already closed but not updated

                                    I had taken a Auto loan from HDFC in month of Oct-2009, amount 4.40 lacs, but same had been closed due to vehicle not avilable with dealer, and bank had disbursed my case without any intimation. case has already been resolved by bank, but case is still showing pending in CIBIL. and when I gone to another finance for laon, he said me you have one auto loan , kindly give me track recrod. Hence kindly updated the status on urgent basis on CIBIL.

                                    I had opted autocar loan from HDFC bank in Dec 2005 for period of 5 yr,complete payment of loan amount done in 22 Dec 2009,got NOC by 07 jan 2010.But HDFC bank deducted Jan month EMI of Rs 5660 on 8 jan 2010,without informing me.I approach the bank many tme times but they admited the mistake and assured me i shall be getting the amount so wrongly detected with in 30 days.I am sorry to say neither the amount cardited in account nor they are behaving positively in this matter.It seems that they are misleading/misguiding/Harashing me to refund back that EMI amount.
                                    I have no other alternate but to approch our good self kindly to take imidiate action on my complaint,and direct HDFC back to refund my amount with instrest till date.

                                      I am sanal,holding a salary A/C with HDFC bank -MG Road, Bangalore.

                                      I had applied for a new Gold Debit card and got the same by 23 Dec’07.They blocked the old card after issuing the new card. I have not received the ATM PIN number till now.



                                      I called customer care 4 times, last one on 25th Jan. Every time they we not giving a proper response or even ready to give a complaint number. Further I send mails to the relationship manager Mr. Ashish Baijal [ashish.[protected]@hdfcbank.com] on January 09, 2008 and also to HDFC Bank Support [[protected]@hdfcbank.com].



                                      There was no response from the relationship manager, and only an automated acknowledgement from HDFC Bank Support stating Your query is being attended to. We will revert to you within 3 working days.


                                      Still now did not recieve the PIN.

                                      Can anybody from HDFC senior customer service person help me . I am really shocked & i am waiting for the positive reply from HDFC customer service.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I am approaching you in connection with the problem which i am facing for changing my add in my demat acc no 16443159 which is linked with my saving acc no[protected] in your bank.The various problems which i have been trying to resolve since last one month are.

                                      1 My demat account was closed for the want of my pan card which i submited one month back at ajmer branch.Eaven after submitting and waiting for almost 20 days my demat acc was not restarted for which again i had to make large no of calls and trip to your bank at ajmer.

                                      2 on 18 feb after lots of requests and persuation my demat account was restarted but address still remained old one which was not changed.Because of which my cheque worth rs 20000/ is still floating at my old add for which i am again making lot calls.It all happened because the documents for the change of address in my demat account ,which i personally submitted at ajmer branch were not handeled properly.You will appreciate that on the same day i had also submitted documents for change of add in my saving account,which was changed after few days but in demat account it was not changed.I dont understand logic behind this .

                                      3 I again approached customer care for this problem and they want me to start complete prosses of changing add once again.I told customer care that please change my add in demat account as it has already been changed in my saving acc. I had requested them through my registered Email ID with them.They want me to send latest bank statement of saving account to chane my add in demat acc, which i fail to understand why cant the take own ther own, being part of the same organisation.

                                      4 My next submission is that if my demat account was suspended for six years for the want of my pan card, then why annual maintenance charges were deducted and to my surprise, i am still paying annual maintenance chareges for my suspended demat account.

                                      5 I NEVER EXPECTED SUCH TYPE OF RESPONSE FROM YOUR BANK.Yo are once again requested to change my add as per my saving acc add, as being army persons we cant produce documennts as desired by you for changing address ,because of our frequnet posting.Sice i am having saving account in your bank please tell me if the same accunt can be converted to three in one account for trading and demat.

                                      The letter for change of address has been given to the BSNL office at Kodambakkam on 15/12/2008. But the line has not been shifted from old address to the new address til now. But today 2 staffs from BSNL came to the new address at around 4 pm with fully drunk when my mother was alone and went around all the rooms unnecessarily and asked my mother to make a hole on the door so that they can do the wiring work. As she told them you people bring the wire up to our door step and leave it we will put a hole on the door and make a connection. But the staffs said you make a hole first then we will come and give the connection and left, without saying anything about the connection. Considering the case please take necessary action against the people involved in this.

                                      HDFC Bank — Not received the new gold debit card and the old card has been blocked.

                                      I hold salary account with this bank. I have applied for a gold debit card, 3 months back. Two weeks ago I have received a SMS saying my gold debit card has been dispatched. Till date I have not received the gold debit card. Moreover they have blocked my old debit card. This people has one of the worst services in India. I would advice, never to bank with this people. I am going to close all my accounts with this bank as soon as I can.
                                      It seems good to book complaint on this portal but there should be explanations/ reply from the concerned person /deptt so that we also know that some action is being taken on the complaints.
                                      I agree with him.
                                      As a matter of fact, I am also one of the victim.
                                      I am HDFC corporate Salary account holder. I was told by one of the representative from HDFC Bank that GOLD DEBIT Card is completely free of charge & he insisted that I should have it.

                                      HDFC Debit Card/Credit Card — Bad Quality of Service Rendered By Your Bank

                                      I would like to bring to your notice about the service I have received till date.

                                      1. Your bank has penalised me for a sum of Rs. 350/- a number of times when I had insufficient funds in my account & a cheque bounced twice in the month of Feb’09 for an amount of Rs. 980/- and later in the month of March or April ‘09 for an amt of Rs. 6000/- even though I applied for the instant alert at your Bandra branch nearly a year ago... I received no message on my cell about my funds as I could have just walked into branch very near to my place & deposited the funds.
                                      2. I had applied for a trading account nearly 6 months ago at the help desk set up by your bank at my office (Intelenet) even after submitting all my documents I have not received any information about the same.
                                      3. In addition to the above I had a credit card which I hardly ever used in the last 7-8 months. I did not receive any statement but was promptly charged a penalty for delayed payments. But still I paid whatever amount I was aware of. For the final payments as well I am told there is still some amount I have to pay. How can one make a delayed payment when one does not receive any intimation on the same? On checking with the credit card team, I was told that statements were sent to me and signed by someone named Mahesh. There is no one by that name in my family. How can some outsider be allowed to receive documents such as this. Why don’t you ask Mr. Mahesh to make my payments? Had even asked for a No Objection Certificate from Bank, was promised on the same but till date I have not received anything. Spoke to Shreefa (customer servicing credit card) on 15/06/09 call reference [protected] stating wld receive NIL BALANCE in the coming statement. I am only hoping for the same.
                                      4. The latest misfortune, was when I had applied for a duplicate Debit Card on 12/05/09 and was told that I would receive it in 7 working days instead I have not yet received the card. I had put a second written application on 29/05/09. The card is not yet despatched from your end as yet. But I received my Pin Number just 2 days back and that too by sms, I have not yet received anything by post. Whenever I call the phone banking or visit your branch at Santacruz (E) …I am told to “Log A Complaint” …So when the mess is from your end, we have to simply “Log A Complaint” but if the mistake is from my end, I am penalised financially. Why should I as a customer be financially penalised and not you as a banker???
                                      5. Further still I had received a sms from one of the Bank Manager a couple off weeks back that he would take action if there are any more cheque clearing errors….what about the major error from your end ??

                                      I am not the only one who is upset with the service you provide, many of my colleagues too are frustrated with your Bank services & would love to close our accounts.

                                      I am very sorry to say that your service has drop down big time. You have taken your customers for granted as you have too many to handle.

                                      sir... around dec2008, i NEERAJ.K.PATIL applied for a educational loan amounting to 4.8 lakhs in order to support the completion of my PGDM programme in IFIM B-School, BANGALORE.
                                      While the formalities and documents were being processed, I was asked the date of re-payment as to when i would start re paying the loan. My course gets completed on june 2010, and as per the norms available I opted for 1 year time after the completion of the course . But now the bank person from HDFC is saying that i am supposed to start the re payment by april 2010 which is not only prior to the re payment date but also prior to the completion of my course. How can one start the re paying when he is still studying.
                                      The person who was regularly in touch with me to exchange cheques, his name is ISMAIL. I asked him what and why is such a thing happening. He said that I need to talk to the manager itself regarding this. When i tried to speak to the manager over phone, he never picked the call. Iresisting this, I went to the branch where he works, the bank people did not let me meet him giving rubbish reasons even when he was there in the bank itself. The managers name is VENKATESH RAJAGOPALAN.
                                      These both work in the branch which is located in CMH road, Indiranagar, Bangalore.

                                      I am also the corporate salary account holder of the hdfc bank, on 25th of febuary 2010 i went to my branch to withdraw cash through cheque, as my debit card had
                                      been dmaged i was told at the counter that your cheque will be paid only if you make FD of rs 50, 000 or 30, 000 otherwise you will have to wait till my debit card
                                      is received, and also you will have make atleast 10., 000 balance in a/c.Being a salary account holder i don't need to maintain balance.in my account don't trust on HDFC it is looting the people in the name of services but as matter of fact there service worst of its kind.
                                      Monday September 6, 2010 : on september 6th entire day HDFC BANK Netbanking not available. Whenever I call customer service I get answer "we apologise" this does not make sense to me as I had to make urgent payment to my credit card failing which I will have to pay 3.5% penalty ..if my credit card charge me extra 3.5% will HDFC Bank re-emberse me? HDFC Bank customer service does not exist on first working day of the week which is Monday! HDFC has become shameless bank..

                                      I am complaining regarding no Rs.100 notes from last 1-2 months in HDFC ATM, Brach-Sunder Nagar, Malad(W)
                                      Same i complaint to HDFC Bank same branch but they replied ATM Guard to paste slip of only Rs.500 Notes are available.
                                      Such a condition where passengers come by auto & withdraw Rs.500 note.Auto rickshaw driver says sorry no change.Then at that situation what a passenger will do.
                                      Also CMS(Cash feeding Dept.)says we also have no Rs.100 notes.Kindly take some strict action or close the ATM.

                                      I maintain a savings bank at HDFc BANK bearing the account no-[protected] and went to Central Bank
                                      ATM of HINJEWADIA on 31/07/2011 to withdraw cash Rs 2500 and the remark came'' sorry unable to process". But to my utter surprise I saw that my account was debited erroneously with a reference no[protected] but cash was not dispensed with. On that very day I went to PNB ATM to withdraw same amount but that was successful with a ref no-3821. Now I request to creditt Rs2500 erroneously debited with a ref no[protected] through Certral Bank of India .

                                      IPIN CHARGES

                                      Hi, I have a query regarding the charges billed for (IPIN REGEN CHRGS FOR[protected] in the amount 56.18 on 18th march 2014. As per my knowlrdge I have not applied for any pin. Please look into the matter for the same.

                                      No response from bank

                                      Fifteen days ago I have posted complaint that I am unable to link my debit card to my paypal account. I have received no response from the bank. This is a regular feature.
