I initiated a money transfer of rs.3805 on 01.04.2021 money is debited from my account but still I received the timed out issue

    My salary account in hdfc bank but from month October to April 590 and more different amounts asACH charges are Debit from my Account, , narration ACH (auto debit return charges)..why are you debit these charges without giving any intimation and i repay all the amount and but still from october ..as per the RBI guidance 3 month relief will be provided to all due to covid 19 and this really rubbish bank my situation very low till time and am not have in the situation to pay that some ach debit return charges without any action and without giving any reminder or notification please i request to refund this amount back.. Kindly help me as soon as possible.still my account is debited and one part of my savings is on hold.

      I submitted a complain regarding my transaction in HDFC bank here today morning. Later someone messaged me asking for my registered mobile number. He called me and asked for transaction number. and asked me to pay an amount to resolve the issue. I had to disconnect the call immediately.

          Hi, I did a IMPS transaction of 1, 00, 000 RS from HDFC to other bank. The money got deducted from my account. But was not credited to beneficiary. I got below message to my registered mobile.

I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/-...

            I have salary account on hdfc bank account but without any reason bak has deduct 8077.66 on 1-apr and 16-feb[protected].97 while i am seen on mobile app show mi revenue hold bank has not informed me any reason for it i need money as possile as soon due to covid 19 time how can bank hold without any reason and without informed me while i have salary account so do not need any AQB balance for it please realse it as soon as possible otherwise i need to closed this account

                    Offus Emi PRIN

                    I can see that my bill statement is viewing the OFFUS EMI PRIN status with around 3k and offus emi interest with 382 rupees from last few months.

                    Above thing is getting included in my bill statement and why would I pay the due charges if they are not being used by me at all.

                      I had provided a written request to HDFC Bank on 17th Nov, 2020 along with all necessary documents to close the current bank account of my company, Zoctr Health pvt. Ltd. Some charges were applied to the bank account to the tune of Rs. 66, 100/- for which I had requested a detailed break-up and expressed my willingness to settle the matter after getting the details. Based on a decade long relationship the branch manager had also assured me of approving necessary waivers to minimise the expenses and close the matter amicably.

                      The bank has till date not responded to my request inspite of repeated follow-ups at multiple bank branches in person, over phone and email and has illegally kept on applying charges even after the closure request and the current charges stand at Rs. 1, 02, 000/-. The financial year is over and the bank account is still open and the matter is not being resolved by the bank officials. I also have my personal bank account with the saiid bank from where my monthly EMIs go and I am concerned they might misappropriate funds in an unauthorised manner from the same. Please advisee.

                          My salary account blocked without a single notification

                          My salary account blocked without a single notification because of -VE CPV, House was vacated due to Covid Work from home and working from Native.
                          I am an HDFC bank account holder for the past 12 years and also using an HDFC credit card also many loans, Never delayed EMI or Credit card payment, and never paid a single Rupee as penalty for delay.

                          Since 1 yr, I've been trying to resolve this issue with HDFC. I had requested HDFC for my CC cancellation. However, they still renewed my CC & wrongfully charged me renewal fee. Here are details
                          -15 Mar 2020-Last usage of my CC; I never used the CC again
                          -18 Mar 2020-Contacted Customer Care via phone asking to “CANCEL” my CC. The rep informed that PhoneDesk is short-staffed due to covid & can't take my cancellation request
                          -Between 18 & 19 Mar 2020, I spoke with 3 different reps on phone. However, they kept convincing me to keep using the CC & NOT cancel it
                          -23 Mar 2020-I sent email to customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com & [protected]@hdfcbank.net requesting to CANCEL my credit card. No response from HDFC
                          -1st April 2020- I sent another email to HDFC asking for status on my CC cancellation request; No response
                          -24 April 2020- I sent email asking for status; No response
                          -13 June 2020- I rec'd email HDFC. However, the email had no response to my CC cancellation request. Instead, this was a mass email sent to all HDFC customers saying “due to prescribed COVID-19 protocols, our offices are operating with limited staff. Please use our digital channels to address your needs”
                          -14 June 2020- I responded to above email & informed that neither HDFC's website, nor email & phone communication have been able to help me. Please look into my CC cancellation request. No response
                          -21 June 2020-I sent email to the bank asking Why no action has been taken on my CC cancellation + instead of cancelling, why HDFC renewed my membership & put charge of Rs 2500+GST+Finance charges. No response
                          -25 June 2020- I got email from HDFC. Again, it was a mass email sent to all HDFC customers & had no mention of my pending request for CC cancellation
                          -28 June 2020- I sent follow up email; No response
                          -2 July 2020-I sent follow up email; No response.
                          -After above email, there was no communication for the next 6 months until Dec 2020
                          -4 Dec 2020- I received email from HDFC's CC team. However, there was no mention of my CC issue. Instead, HDFC offered that they will roll back GST charges but I will have to pay the card renewal fee.
                          -10 Dec 2020, I replied asking HDFC to pull out all my previous emails. I had requested cancellation in March through email. Still, HDFC did not cancel & rather renewed the membership forcefully without my consent.
                          -15 Dec 2020- I sent email asking HDFC why they're not investigating & reversing membership renewal fee, which was wrongly put by them.
                          -16 Dec 2020, I sent another email asking if there's someone in the CC team that I can speak with or meet at HDFC branch to settle this matter. No response from HDFC.
                          -Between Jan 2021 & Feb 2021, I started receiving calls from HDFC’s Collection Department asking me to pay the renewal fee + the interest fee put by the bank. I tried explaining the reps that this was actually a mistake from the bank’s end, but there was zero level o[censored]nderstanding. Within a month and a half, I received more than 160 calls from HDFC’s collections department, sometimes at 6:30 am in the morning. The Collections Department harassed me by constantly calling and not listening to what I had to say about the wrong charges put by the bank.
                          -Till date, there's no response from HDFC reg:
                          1.Why my request for CC cancellation was not acted upon?
                          2.Why my CC was forcefully renewed even after requesting cancellation?
                          3.Wrong billing of CC renewal fee+Interest+Financial Charges+GST.
                          4.Mental agony & continuous harassment through Collection Agents & Wrongfully impacting my CIBIL Score.
                          5.Wrong reporting to Credit Information Bureau which lowered my CIBIL score.
                          6.If the bank was short staffed in March 2020 & could NOT work on my cancellation request, why should i pay the renewal fee for the card which has been wrongly put on my account by HDFC?
                          I have complete Documentary Evidences in this regards. Please help me in getting a logical response from the bank and get them to correct their mistake.

                          The link that you have shared is of no use to me. It does NOT accept my Complaint Number. I keep trying to enter the Complaint reference Number which was provided to me by HDFC Escalations Team but the link does not recognize it. This is the Complaint Number : <AUTO> 'HBL=[protected]'
                          and the text that i'm trying to enter is "[protected]" but it doesn't work. Please suggest.

                            Hello HDFC Team,

                            First of all i did not get any mail regarding this and since last 2 weeks it is showing -1768 by MiREVENUE HOLD THROUGH GEFU.
                            As this is a salaried account and while opening the account itself it was earlier mentioned to me like we can make it to 0 as it is salaried account .
                            Then why this things happening now.
                            Remove this type of things or else i expect a call from HDFC team on this and try to fix it asap.
                            What the heck is this as no one told and now showing this type of stuffs.
                            Is this a way to handle salaried customer like that.
                            Resolve this issue asap please.

                                I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto Generated Rs 1899/- in my credit card number ending with 463917XXXXXX1372.

                                I don't want to avail this type of membership, so cancel the membership and remove the auto generated amount i.e. Rs 1899/- Please take the necessary action as soon as possible. otherwise i will have to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation.
