I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank credit card on 29/feb/2020 from unicorn store, defence colony, delhi. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive a cashback within 120 days from the transaction day and time) but i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have tried to connect hdfc customer care but unable to connect to them. Also, i have tried to contact the showroom from where i have bought the iphone so they said to check with your bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

    I have purchased iphone 11 with hdfc bank credit card on 6th feb 2020 from reliance digital, bangalore. As mentioned by hdfc bank there is a cashback of 6000 that supposed to be credited with in 120 days from the last date of the transaction month. I haven’t received my cashback till now.

        There was some transaction through my account which seemed fraudulent and my account got blocked. My debit card, netbanking all got blocked, i cannot access my account. I urgently need the money that i have saved there. Please look into this issue.

          I got a msg without otp 999 rs deducted on 6th july 2020 at 12:30:50 but i have not used that, dont knw how that ppl have got my details is hdfc security that low that my card details are known by some other people. Below you can see actual message.

            The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 5298.67 as mi revenue hold through gefu, account details is

            Branch: vasai east evershine branch
            Account type: salary account
            The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
            First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a a lot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful.

As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in apptronix, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                  I bought a new iPhone11 on 28th February
                  When it comes to taking EMIs, bank need it on 5th of every month. But now when it’s bank’s turn to pay 6000 cashback as promised, where are they. Will they pay extra for the delay, like they charge for the delay in EMI deductions? Pathetic experience HDFC bank

                    Today[protected] i recieved an alert msg from hdfc bank
                    Alert msg - rs.199 spent via credit card xx (Last 4 digit no). At amazon1258399 on[protected]:52:48 without pin/otp. Not you? Call (No.)
                    How can this be possible?
                    I havent done any transactions
                    Please resolve it as soon as possible.

                        As i purchased a samsung mobile on reliance digital and they told me i would receive my cash back after 90 days and i have been waiting and it’s six months now that i haven’t received yet.. Customer support is also not fixing it yet.. Seriously worst cash back service from the hdfc team.. I really regret buying from the hdfc cards..

                          I have bought my iphone xr with hdfc bank credit card on 13/02/2020 in aptronix chennai. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 5000 within 120 days from the date of purchase) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in aptronix, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                                    I purchased iphone 11 on 17/feb/2020 on 12 months emi on hdfc credit card, i was promised a cashback of 6000 within 120 days which is not credited so far, on the POS slip its clearly mentioned that i will be getting 6k cashback within 120 days but its more than 135 days already, i sent mail also but no revert.

                                      I have applied for fastag through hdfc using my hdfc credit card on 24.11.2019. Rs.500/- also debited to my credit card on the same date. I have sent so many complaints over mail but till date no response. Understand through local hdfc branch that rs.500/- is still pending in my credit card account & not transferred hdfc fastag account. I am felt tired and unhappy with hdfc credit card department for such irresponse. This is final reminder to you to arrange for credit of rs.500/- to my credit card account.

                                        Based on the hdfc bank's cashback option, the purchase was made in one of the authorized stores in february 2020.

                                        120 days was the time duration for the cashback to be credited to the account, but the duration as long passed and the bank is not providing any proper update.

                                        As the customer pay 3.49% interest for availing emi moratorium, request the bank to pay the same interest rate for causing a delay in returning the cashback amount.

                                        Or provide the cashback at the earliest possible.
