Address: East Marredpally, besides HDFC bank

I’ve never been told or asked about variance of cards. The card issued to me was clearly on the employee stance. Where as i’ve mentioned suresh-east marredpally branch employee that this account is just to use at its minimal. Yet i’ve received a fancy debit card which is not of any use to me and sms charges, i don’t receive prompt texts when there are transactions whatsoever. Then why charge for it and now “brn txn charges” what’s that for? I want all these excess charges to be reversed else i’m not likely to bank with hdfc. Any bank would suffice for my needs.

    I purchased an i-phone in Feb-20, during that time I was eligible for HDFC bank cashback offer. But it has been 150 days that I never received cashback. They asked to fill a form, write an email to card services customer care, but no soul responded back for the tickets whichever I raised. Unsure if I will receive cashback.

      Hi

      As per my cibil report, there is written off amount against my hdfc credit card. Complete settlement was done against the account by me and i was said that accounts are closed, however my cibil still reflects written off and payment due till date. Ideally cibil status should have been "nil" against the card. I also hold hdfc bank account more than 10 years.

      What should i do & whom to contact for this issue?

        Dear sir/madam,

        On 4th november 2019 i made a purchase of television using hdfc credit card. I had made the decision of the purchase because of then-existing cashback offer. This is to bring to your notice that i have not received cashback. I have made all the payments dully on or before the due date. Till date, i have completed 5 instalments. During my purchase, i was informed that i will be receiving the cashback after completing 3 successful instalments but i haven’t received any cashback till date. I made this purchase only because of the cashback offer and was dependent on the cashback for the future instalments.

        I have spoken to the customer service provider about this issue but my issue was not solved. As they were unable to solve the problem, i was recommended to mail my concern to the support team. I have already mailed my concern to your team number of times. I am never contacted by your personnel for solving my problem. I feel betrayed. This was not expected with such a reputed bank. I hereby attach the purchase bill and repayment schedule (For referring to the loan number or any additional information).

        I believe that my problem will be taken seriously an immediate measure be taken on this as i still have 4 future pending instalments.

        Hi I have purchased Iphone11 (128 gb) on 11/feb/2020 from retail store with offer of RS 6000 cash back with in 120 days (Means with 4 EMI completed) clearly mentioned on bill as well as confirmed by HDFC personal also now my all 6 EMI completed its been more than 155 days I haven't received my cash back, seems like bank is making fool o[censored]s. I tried to contact customer service many times but there is no response even I went to HDFC bank gangtok branch but still no solution came out.
        please help me to get my cash back. below mention are the complete loan details

          I am continuously trying to contact hdfc credit card phone banking services past from one month to resolve my issue. But their is no proper response from credit card department. Due to covid 19 not able to visit nearby credit card department branch. Please do needful as soon as possible.

            I have purchased apple iphone 11 from hdfc credit card in which there was offer of cashback of rs 6000 and same is in mentioned in chargeslip. The amount is to be credited in 120days from last tranaction but still amt is not credited. Please check on this issue and do needful

              Ad hoc statement charge ₹118 have been deducted on 06 july 2020 from my hdfc salary account without any information.

              How can bank deduct money without any acknowledgement

              A cash equity account is oepend by myhdfc bank account and amount of rs118 is deducted .the broker for the demat account is hdfc securities .I have not initiated to create my account and rs 118 is deducted from my account without my knowledge.customer care is not available to pick up my call I want action to be taken as soon as possible

                Transaction of rs. 2899 is reversed by amazon yesterday but amount is not credited in my bank account.

                Transaction was done through hdfc debit card.

                I have attached a screenshot of the message that i got from hdfc bank after the transaction was reversed, but i checked my bank balance and found that amount hasn't been credited yet.

                Kindly consider my request.

                      Today, 9th july, i received a call on my mobile from someone called sujata kakkar claiming to be a representative of hdfc life. She informed me about a policy that i purchased in 2012 and was lapsing as i did not pay renewal premium. She offered to re-instate the policy if i deposited 50k and then i would be immediately able to withdraw 1 lacs. On inquiring about my sum assured of policy - she did not understand and was very rude. I asked her another number for her manager. She provided me with another mobile number of mr amit kakkar. He also, sounded fishy to me and i disconnected the call.
                      Surprisingly they had my name, mobile number.
                      Hdfc life shoudl immediately look into this matter

                        I bought an iphone 7 in february 2020 from imagine store in forum mall, bengaluru on the name of pranjil shukla.
                        I was supposed to get a cashback last month for 2000 ra but have not received it.

                        Check this asap. Everytime i buy something from hdfc i have to face rhis cashback problem. If you cannot provide the cashback, don’t promise to your customers and make a fool out of them.

                            Refund not credited in credit card

                            Cancelled an item from amazon after the money is debited and loan account is created in credit card. Amazon initiated the refund 4 days back. Yet, the amount is not yet credited in credit card. It is showing the loan is still active.

                                  Do note, due to the current COVID-19 situation and to prevent further spread of the virus, courier services are suspended. Once the lockdown period is lifted and there is normalcy, the consignment will be dispatched phase-wise. You will receive the dispatch details via SMS on your registered mobile number once the chequebook is dispatched. Alternatively, you may visit the nearest branch and apply for debit card. If you wish to have instant non personalised debit card, visit the branch with photo id proof and cancelled cheque.

                                    Amazon has sent a mail saying the amount has been refunded back into the hdfc account through net banking but the amount is not reflecting in my account. It's been 5 days since the message came.

                                    Amazon company has sent me a reference number for the refund. When will i get the refund back into the account? The amount is huge.
