I am sanket janwalikar owning credit card from hdfc. I am using credit card from 2016.
My cc number is 5459 * 0462 5432.

In this covid situation i am facing some difficulties in repayment of amount outstanding.

From last few days some of my friends and family members are receiving threatening calls from recovery officer and constantly harassed to core.

I was going through hdfc policies to respect individual in compliance to recovery.

But i feel its going far from that and breaking all trust i had in hdfc bank.

With utmost respect please help in stopping such harassment or i have to publish on public platform of such aggression harassment to family and friends.

Also escalated to mr aditya puri for the same

      While applying I was told that the credit card would be lifetime free. Now i am charged Rs.3000 as membership fees. I am cheated by hdfcbank

        The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 3475.09 as mi revenue hold through gefu, ac number is

        The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
        First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

        No steps taken Till now. I wasn't contacted nor notified by the Bank or and Customer service from The Bank. My amount is still on Hold. I'm a student please help.. they marked it resolved without solving it.

        Why it's showing my complaint is marked as resolved?? No action taken from the bank side to resolve my issue and still my issue is not resolved.

          I shared my medical reports with the hr and head supervisor so that i can be transferred to my home place so that i can continue my job along with my proper treatment but they stated that it cannot be done. I asked them to consider it on early basis to which they are not even responding me on mails.
          My supervisor humiliates me... Working in such environment is depressing me... NO ABOVE SUPERVISOR IS RESPONDING TO MY MAILS NEITHER MY HR IS SUPPORTIVE IT FEELS INSECURE WORKING AT SUCH PLACE...

            I have made a transaction on 1st July 2020 and money is deducted from the account but the money is not credited to receiver bank account. And Nobody is responding over customer care number

              Ad hoc statment charge ₹118 deducted from my account
              Without information dated on 02/07/2020.

              My Account number is [protected] and Cust ID is 75940092.

              I have visited the bank for the EMI moratorium and requested for the statement to give complaint regarding the moratorium not being applicable even when i opted for it. So the person provided me the Email statement without informing the charges or anything.

              I want the amount to be refunded.

ON 2ND OF JULY your honorable Manager Mr. Rattan visited my house in the morning with one guy from agency in absence of me they again threatened my wife opting to do physical assault publicly. Find no positive response I am bound to file CP Case against Mr. Rattan as well as HDFC BANK. THE COPY OF THE FIR WILL BE SENT TO DC DHANBAD ALSO.

                    My name is Shehryar Khan and I had ordered Mi Bluetooth Earphones of RS 848 in Amazon and I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 30 June 2020
                    Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but HDFC Bank doesn't have such policy. So

                          I have been charging unnecessary changes. And form last 2 months i didn't receive any statement till now.

                          From last 10 days, i have been trying to contact every hdfc number that i got to contact customer care, but very dissatisfied, that no customer care is available at least once.

                          I always thought that hdfc offers very good customer support, but now it is clearly proved wrong. Felling regret that i have selected hdfc instead of many other good banks which offers good customer service even now.

                            refund of failed transaction

                            My customer id 71290424. I transacted an amount of rs 505.27 for payment to 1mg thru paytm on 26th june 2020 vide ref.[protected] but said amount not credited to the payee and amount got debited to my account. I waited for refund of this amount but so far not done. Kindly verify and reply.

                              I moved to a new place and i applied for credit card and i changed my address after applying from old to new address under the guidance of a bank agent. But, the credit card got dispatched to my old address and i asked the agent to stop it and redispatch it to my new address. But it was returned to origin location and i couldn't find the option to redispatch the credit card to my new address. When contacting the branch, they said to try in toll free number, but i didn't find any option for the same in toll free number.

                              I got a phone call from the HDFC bank on the day I posted the complaint i.e., I lodged the complaint in morning and got the call in the evening from the number +914068241600 and said they will reinitiate the card delivery to my new address in a week and they started the delivery after a week and I got the card delivered in few after the starting of the delivery.
                              HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              I got a call stating that the credit card will be redispatched and delivered in a week. But, I didn't get any message that my credit card is dispatched. Please redispatch the credit card to my address.

                                  I have bought my iphone 7 with hdfc bank credit card in january this year from croma store in mumbai. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 3000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in croma store, they said to check with the bank.
