On[protected], i have attempted to pay an amount of Rs 50000 from my savings account using my debit card, however, the transaction was failed but money got deducted from my account.it has been five days and amount is yet to be credited back to my account.

I have, first, tried to contact my branch, but the branch was closed due to lock down.
Before writing here i have registered my complaint on hdfc website, but no response was elicited. and i have contacted the customer care, my concern is not enlisted in the given options.

it has been 5 days since my account was debited for a failed transaction.In these 5 days i received no postive response from any of the hdfc platform.

I expect a positive response to my issue here.

      sir sanjay arora here.sir main bahut pareshani me hu.ye log bahut pareshan kar rhe hai ek card ke payment k liye. sabhi relatives ko phone or msg karke mujhe chor bata rahe hai or gaali galoch kar arhe h. ap please is matter me dekhiye nahi mere pas or koi rasta nahi bachega sucide k alawa. maafi chahta hu ye sab likhna pada. par mai payment dena chahta hu card ka lekin is tarike se main nahi jee paunga. main maansik roop se bahot pareshan hu.

        Hi,

        I have done a transaction on 12-jun-2020 in myntra.com, but the transaction was declined and a message was displayed in myntra site that in 2-3 days the amount will be refunded. Now it is almost 10 days over and i sent a mail in hdfc netbanking on 15-jun-2020 and sla for any issue is 3 days. Still bank have not reverted on my email. When i am tried calling hdfc customer care final moment when it about to connect a customer representative it is getting disconnecting. Why so much harassments to customer.

          I have tried recharging the mobile number in airtel.in website for mobile recharge. I had tried two times for recharge amount of 548 rupees, for both the transaction i have received the email from netsafe that the transaction is declined in the www.aitel.in website. But the amount is debited from my hdfc credit card.

              Sir, i am applying moratorium on 22/06/2020 for selecting three months for june and july and august 2020. My charges of interest is for two months or three months. If three months means the june emi, which i already paid will be refunded or not.

                I have negative balance of 1702 in my hdfc account as mirevenue hold. Called customer service they took the complaint and said i will be getting a call back. It's been more than 24 hours there is no call back.

                What is this charge for???

                    I am debayan paul i am using hdfc credit card from long time on 18-june-2020 my 12442 has been debited showing in my credit card statement but without any clarification. Hdfc customer care number is also not recieving any phone call even bank personnel also unable to clear about the transaction details

                        Welcome kit not received

                        I opened a digisave youth account a month ago in a nearby branch and i was told that i will receive the welcome kit in under 7 working days. But it's been a month and i don't think it's even dispatched! Their e-mail ([protected]@hdfcbank.com) doesn't even respond after multiple e-mails and their customer care on call requires a 'tin' which am supposed to receive in welcome kit.                         Adhoc stmt chgs

                        Ad hoc statement charge rs 118 have been deducted on 16 june 2020 from my hdfc savings account without any information.

                        How can bank deduct money without any acknowledgement.

                        So i need clear clarification from hdfc bank and reverse my rs 118 to my account....

                          I had taken hdfc life sanchay plus policy no 22596545 on may 28, 2020 and while paying online premium of rs 104500/- double debit happened to my account. My bank had confirmed through mail on may 30, 2020 regarding twice payment received by hdfc life which has been agreed by hdfc life officials also. However, no refund has been received so far even after constant follow up. I am not happy with the services of hdfc life and requested for cancellation of my above policy also with in free look period. I request you to kindly arrange total refund of rs, 2, 09, 000/- (Rs104500/-as refund against double debit and rs. 104500/- towards cancellation of policy)

                                Cancellation of one assist membership
                                I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has debited without my knowledge rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 6967 without my concern on date:28.05.2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-
                                I already said the same thing to the executive that i am not intrested in this scheme but still they have processed and deducted the amount.
