I have applied for fastag for my new car with application reference no: hfr01532159 on 28 feb 2020. But i haven't received my fastag till now.
Earlier i had closed my fastag account for my old car as i sold it then applied for new fastag for my new car. When talked to your customer care executive he told me that as i have registered with same mobile number for the new fastag, the issue of fastag is not possible. He told me to send my complaint to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com by email. But, when i tried to send email it was found that the mail id does not exist. I tried calling customer care multiple times but they are saying to wait for a week, but after the wait there is no progress.
So, i request you to cancel my application and refund the fee of rs500/- i have paid for new fastag. When i closed old tag i got my wallet balance but not received the returnable security deposit of rs.200/-. Please take necessary action to refund these amounts.
