    I am debayan paul i am using hdfc credit card from long time on 18-june-2020 my 12442 has been debited showing in my credit card statement but without any clarification. Hdfc customer care number is also not recieving any phone call even bank personnel also unable to clear about the transaction details

      I had applied for a replacement fastag and paid rs 100.00 on 1st march 2020. I am yet to receive the new fastag. My request to you to help me get back the rs100 and the deposit of rs 300 from them.

        Welcome kit not received

        I opened a digisave youth account a month ago in a nearby branch and i was told that i will receive the welcome kit in under 7 working days. But it's been a month and i don't think it's even dispatched! Their e-mail ([protected]@hdfcbank.com) doesn't even respond after multiple e-mails and their customer care on call requires a 'tin' which am supposed to receive in welcome kit. But that's the reason i tried to call them. I haven't received the...

        Adhoc stmt chgs

        Ad hoc statement charge rs 118 have been deducted on 16 june 2020 from my hdfc savings account without any information.

        How can bank deduct money without any acknowledgement.

        So i need clear clarification from hdfc bank and reverse my rs 118 to my account....

          I had taken hdfc life sanchay plus policy no 22596545 on may 28, 2020 and while paying online premium of rs 104500/- double debit happened to my account. My bank had confirmed through mail on may 30, 2020 regarding twice payment received by hdfc life which has been agreed by hdfc life officials also. However, no refund has been received so far even after constant follow up. I am not happy with the services of hdfc life and requested for cancellation of my above policy also with in free look period. I request you to kindly arrange total refund of rs, 2, 09, 000/- (Rs104500/-as refund against double debit and rs. 104500/- towards cancellation of policy)

                Cancellation of one assist membership
                I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has debited without my knowledge rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 6967 without my concern on date:28.05.2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-
                I already said the same thing to the executive that i am not intrested in this scheme but still they have processed and deducted the amount.

                        The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 589.40 as mi revenue hold through gefu, account details is

                        The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
                        First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a a lot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful.

                          I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 09/10/2019 in sangeetha mobiles, dilshuknagar, hyderabad. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in sangeetha, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                              I have purchased iphone xr from imagine store. I have not get 10 % cashback in 90days. Same ways i have not received cashback in 90 days for my camera also for 5% i think hdfc bank is cheating customers by saying cashback

                                    This is to bring to your kind notice that on 29th april’20 early morning a call came from a person (Mobile no. [protected]) who said he is an agent of paytm mr. Sunil verma & asked me to install few apps like quick support & team viewer in my mobile. Then he asked me to transfer rs10 to my paytm through my credit card. Once i did rs. 10 transaction to my paytm then suddenly i found there is transaction of rs.1, 000, 00 & then rs.48, 000 from my hdfc credit card, no: [protected].
                                    Please find below sms which i received after transaction.
                                    [08:29 am, 4/29/2020] swastika chakrabortty: alert: you've spent rs.1, 000, 00 on credit card xx5912 at raz*digital gold india on[protected]:08:28:58. Avl bal - rs.49378.07, curr o/s - rs.100621.93. Not you? Call [protected].
                                    [08:39 am, 4/29/2020] swastika chakrabortty: alert: you've spent rs.48, 000.00 on credit card xx5912 at raz*digital gold india on[protected]:08:38:16. Avl bal - rs.1378.07, curr o/s - rs.148621.93. Not you? Call [protected].
                                    Immediately within 5 min of transaction, i called hdfc customer care to intimate the dispute transaction & block the card. I received below sms from hdfc bank within 10 min.
                                    [8:52 am, 4/29/2020] swastika chakrabortty: dear card member, this is to confirm that your hdfc bank credit card ending *5912 has been blocked for security reasons.
                                    I have also filled up dispute form provided by hdfc bank & raised dispute complains to hdfc bank on the same day, 29th april’20 at 12.16pm. Dispute case no: [protected]. Dispute reference no: 'hbl=[protected]' which i received on 29th april’20 at 12.25pm
                                    I have also reported this incident to national cyber-crime cell on 29th april’20. Please find attached reference letter. I had also lodged a gd in local police station. Kindly take necessary action against this cyber-crime to refund above transaction amount.
