I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank credit card on 01/03/2020 in the aptronix phoenix market city bangalore. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive a cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month-end) i haven’t received my cashback till now. I hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

      I bought my iphone 11 on[protected], and i was told that i will receive cashback of 6000 rs in my account after 120 days and it has been 5 months till now i haven't received any cashback and there is no response from hdfc customer care. I still have the billing slip with all the details with me.
      Please help.

        I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 06/01/2020 in vijay sales vashi (Navi mumbai).
        As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now,
        It is more than 120 days. I have asked in vijay sales, they said to check with bank.
        Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

            The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 4as mi revenue hold through gefu, ac number is

            Branch: yousufguda
            The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
            First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

              Sir, 15, 423 rs. (5608 + 9815) deducted as (Mctf atw mentioned in transaction statement) from my account no. *664353 from hsr layout branch ifsc code hdfc0004094 on 04/06/2020.
              I call to customer care they said i made a atm transaction of 5608rs and 9815rs. On 02/06/2020. At that time the amount got debited from my account and credited at the same time, but i didn't get any message of these transactions. And now they are saying that transaction have been made succesfully.
              How is this possible.
              Now 15423 rs. Have been deducted from my account as mctf atw transaction.in my statement [protected] reference no. Is showing for this transaction.
              My account have 547rs. But now my savings account is in -14, 875 rs.

              Sir pls revert asap.

As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 7000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in apptronix, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                              I attach a image of two transactions. I didn't get why these deductions are done because i don't do the second transaction in the image and also i didn't get any sms about these. I would like to know about this. And please respond me as soon as possible. I don't like that money get deducted without any information about that deduction. I have tried to talk customer service but didn't satisfied they told all other information except these two deductions (By purpose they are ignoring).

                                I have purchased a macbook pro 13"on 28 january, 2020 with rs. 7000 cashback scheme from hdfc bank. The payment was done using hdfc bank debit card and the payment receipt says""you are entitled for a cashback of rs. 7000 on your transaction. It will be posted in customer account within 120 days from the last date of transaction month on a best offer basis to all open and active card members accounts only".

                                Now, it's been more than 120 days and i haven't received any cashback from the bank.

                                I would like to receive my cashback in my bank account as soon as possible.

                                      My Name is Ritik Tyagi. there were 1152 rupees in my account on 3 June but I don't know how there is show -3847 rupee but I did not do any Transaction. When I checked my account statement its show me two transactions one is 2000 and 2nd is 3000. I want to know how it is possible if only 1152 rupees in my account so how can I withdraw 5000 rupees and there is no reference number in transactions. and I also did not do any transaction. this is my salary account if salary will come then I lose 5000 rupees. please see this.
