I, hdfc credit card which detail given below, holder, herein kindly requesting to intervene and recover the unauthorized amount.
On 22.07.2020, early morning one message received from hdfc bank portal:
Alert:rs.3311.00 spent via credit card xx5228 at sbilife10983 on[protected]:06:17:53 without pin/otp
The same amount has been debited from my hdfc credit card.
Here i want to mention that i don't have any insurance in sbi bank. And moreover, i have never share my card credtentials to any body.
Please kindly requesting for your intervention and recovery for the same.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Chokkanadhan Suresh I had receieved same message in april and same amount was deducted from card. I had raised complaint to hdfc bank and sbi life. but none was able to resolve the issue. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
I had checked in google and found that similar unauthorized transactions were done at sbilife10983. I request to investigate the details of sbilife10983 and take action on the person responsible or else this type of transactions will continue.
