      I have bought my iphone11 pro with hdfc bank debit card on 20 december 2019 in delhi. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in store, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

        I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 20/02/2020 in delhi. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it has been so many days now. I even asked unicorn, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

          Date: 10 May 2020, Time: 5:30 PM
          I tried to withdraw money from ATM using my debit card. But the transaction was unsuccessful. So money got reversed immediately (Got messages as well). I tried again but happened same thing.
          Ref No:
          1. 942117 (Deduct), 942117 (Reverse), Amount: 2000 RS
          2. 942124 (Deduct), 942124 (Reverse), Amount: 2000 RS

          Date: 12th May 2020.
          On 12th May there were 2 deductions of 2000 each with narration in both of them "MCTF ATW 10-05 `Card No` Howrah" without any ref no.

          Those are two unauthorized transactions by HDFC Bank.
          Please reverse those amount ASAP.

              I am a HDFC Bank credit card holder.The bank has auto debited rs.1399 from my credit card ending 4583 with out my concern on dated 20.03.2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want any more. So please cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs. 1399

                I bought an iphone 11 on 04 Dec 2019 paying through my hdfc bank debit card. As per the offer, I was entitled to a cash back of Rs 6000 within 120 days from 31 Dec . The last date for which was 30 April 2020. But I have not recieved the cashback amount till date ie 13 may 2020

                        I have purchased an apple iphone 11 128 gb from imagine store at mgf metropolitian mall, m g road, gurgaon on 03 dec 2019. I have done the payment from hdfc bank debit card so i am eligible for the 6000 rupees cashback that were supposed to be credited in my account after 120 days from the last date of transaction month.
                        It has been more than 120+ days now and i have not received any cashback.
                        Kindly credit my cashback asap.

                          This is regarding the credit card of hdfc i have been using.
                          The card has been expired long back but the credit card department keeps charging the interest and other fees without issuing a new card.
                          The complaint via phone number does not work at all and also the web link does not work.
                          The request for a new card was simply dismissed saying the signature was not correct.
                          Am trying to close the account at one shot but the bank keeps additional fees.
                          Need justice or a fair deal to close the issue.
                          Kindly help.

                            I cannot find my debit card emi loan number under NetBanking, the status of debit card emi loan also not in NetBanking.

                            I am calling them they are not responding, I gone through mail loan support. No reply from them.

                                I am staying for a longer period abroad
                                However not receiving any otps on my international number after multiple retries and failed transactions.
                                This is happening from two days. I had the last OTP received on Apr 12 after that I did not receive any OTP. Could you check why?

                                    I want to unblock my account.
                                    Dur to some unauthorised transactions, i had to block my hdfc bank account.
                                    The customer care executive says to get it done at the nearest hdfc bank and the bank says to get it done by the customer care.
                                    I have called the customer care several times and all they do is transfer them, put the call on hold and eventually the hung up without resolving the issue.
                                    How am i supposed to unblock my hdfc bank account.
