Hello team, hi i have purchased iphone 11 from reliance digital on 11th of january 2020. I was supposed to get inr6000 cash back within 90 days. But no cash back has been credited in my account till now. Kindly look into this matter and resolve. Loan ref no: [protected]

I have also raised complaint regarding the same in [protected]@hdfcbank.com. But still i have not got any response from bank official or via mail.

Already more than 120 days have past but still didn’t got my casback.

      [resolved] hdfc bank — iphone 11 cashback not received

      I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 1/1/2019 in unicorn pume. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in apptronix, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

        I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 30/12/2019 in imagine store jaipur. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in imagine store, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

          Hi team,

          I got debited 590 rs from bank side but there is no statement for debiting this amount. I don't know why they debited this amount. It not showing in the transaction itself.

          I called the bank but no response.

          Also raised many ticket still no response from them taking covid-19 as advantage in this situation

              I purchased my iPad from iworld ambiance mall vasant kunj, delhi on 31 December 2019. That time there was 10% cash back on hdfc debit or credit card within 120 days but as of now I don’t receive any cash back

                  Even in moratorium i am paying all my EMi's properly without fail.I am maintaining sufficient funds for all my EMI's from 1st day of month. on 5th may they debited with Rs 236 /- for RTN charges.i don't why they charged.

                    cashback not received on consumer durable loan

                    I have taken samsung s9 plus on emi from the hdfc bank with a cashback offer of rs. 6000. It's been more than 6 months since paid all the emi but still, i have not received the cashback of rs.6000 which i was supposed to get after 3 emi.                     I got personal loan from HDFC Bank, every month they are collecting 16664 as an EMI, Jan I don't have sufficient funds for that they charged 649 as the late fee, and after 4 months they collected 236 as EMI RTN charges, plz make a complaint on HDFC Bank.

                      Dear all,

                      I was working with hdfc bank home loans department as executive (Hbl global pvt ltd staff) from dec 2005 to aug 2007. My emp i'd is v04750. I have not yet reimbursed or transfered my pf amount till now. I don’t have my pf account number also.. I have been trying to send mails to pad. [protected]@hdfcbank.com but no response
                      Kindly advise me how to redeem my pf amount and pls let me know any contact person.

                          HDFC Bank,

                          I had purchased an iPhone XR on 29/12/2019 with my HDFC bank debit card from Maple Store, Khar(w), Mumbai. As I was informed that the cashback shall be credited within 120 business days from the last date of the transaction month. Now it is more that 120 days but yet I have not received cashback. Now due to this lock-down all stores are closed and only emergency services are provided with HDFC Customer care. I request to HDFC bank to please co-operate and resolve this issue by crediting cashback as soon as possible.

                              hdfc - emi rtn charges

                              I have hdfc sal account and get personal loan from hdfc bank i paid every month emi 7200 but once i coudn't maintains balance in account and that time i was charged with overdue charge which is around 649. Now, after four month they charge me 236 rs for emi rtn charges. If i have already paid overdue charges then why hdfc is again charging with emi rtn charges....

                                I made a purchase on 17.12.19 using my hdfc debit card. I was told that i will get a cashback of rs6000 (Even mentioned on the receipt). I haven't received the cashback yet. I was supposed to get it after 120 days of the last date of purchase month. It's 7th may 2020 already.
