I bought an iphone 11 on 04 Dec 2019 paying through my hdfc bank debit card. As per the offer, I was entitled to a cash back of Rs 6000 within 120 days from 31 Dec . The last date for which was 30 April 2020. But I have not recieved the cashback amount till date ie 13 may 2020
I had bought an iPhone 11 on 26th Jan 2020 using HDFC card and was supposed to get a cash back in 4 months. I’m willing to know when will I receive cash back since only 12 days are left to the completion of 4 months. Please resolve and help me with the issue

I have bought my iphoneX with hdfc bank debit card on 26/1/2020 in Mumbai. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.
I have purchased an apple iphone 11 128 gb from imagine store at mgf metropolitian mall, m g road, gurgaon on 03 dec 2019. I have done the payment from hdfc bank debit card so i am eligible for the 6000 rupees cashback that were supposed to be credited in my account after 120 days from the last date of transaction month.
It has been more than 120+ days now and i have not received any cashback.
Kindly credit my cashback asap.

I haven’t received the account opening kit. It has been a couple of months since I have opened an account in HDFCBank. I have several emails to HDFCBank regarding the issue but to no avail. My registered mobile no. Is [protected]. Please look into the matter....
transaction not done my me/ expired card being billed.
This is regarding the credit card of hdfc i have been using.
The card has been expired long back but the credit card department keeps charging the interest and other fees without issuing a new card.
The complaint via phone number does not work at all and also the web link does not work.
The request for a new card was simply dismissed saying the signature was not correct.
Am trying to close the account at one shot but the bank keeps additional fees.
Need justice or a fair deal to close the issue.

I am staying for a longer period abroad
However not receiving any otps on my international number after multiple retries and failed transactions.
This is happening from two days. I had the last OTP received on Apr 12 after that I did not receive any OTP. Could you check why?
Respected Sir, I have already submit a request for EMI Moratorium but my EMI for the month of April and may deducted from My Account, my reference no is DMO[protected] and DMO[protected].
I want to unblock my account.
Dur to some unauthorised transactions, i had to block my hdfc bank account.
The customer care executive says to get it done at the nearest hdfc bank and the bank says to get it done by the customer care.
I have called the customer care several times and all they do is transfer them, put the call on hold and eventually the hung up without resolving the issue.
How am i supposed to unblock my hdfc bank account.

cashback not yet received for apple product purchased in december (worth rs. 5000)

I had purchased an apple product on 30th of December 2019 using HDFC Debit Card.
As per the scheme I was supposed to get the cashback within 120 days of purchase worth Rs. 5000/-
It’s almost been more than 150 days kindly address the issue as soon as possible.
My main concern is I bought iPhone 11, on credit card with sceme of 6000 cash back, I dint received any cash back which was said to me in 120 days, you will get an EMI of 5650 but still you guys deducted 11650, I am really very disappointed by your service, I use to think you are the one with standards very first Time I used your service

Recently I got a message from HDFC saying that Rs. 199.00 was deducted from my account. This transaction happened without my knowledge.
Below is the message which I received.
"ALERT:Rs.199.00 spent via CREDIT Card xx9970 at AMAZON1258399 on[protected]:19:12:31 without PIN/OTP.Not you?Call [protected]."
Could you please look into this issue and refund my money back. I guess if I leave this then in future the same repeats. Please resolve this.
