I Did Not Ask ONE ASSIST MFEE so how can deduct Rs, 1899 / - without my consent from my card. better refund my money Rs. 1899 / - which has been deducted from my card on 14, 04, 2020 immediately and cancel this subscription or plan from my card. I don't need it.

    I have done payment through HDFC Credit card via Payzapp to the merchant M/S SAI Tyre Banglore IND was successfully done and amount was debited from my HDFC credit card too but neither merchant's account was credited nor amount refunded in my account ever.
    it's been almost 9 months completed to my complain in which i have provided each & every document requested by HDFC Bank.

    Payment done from my side but merchant not received/deny to received payment, and provided account details which was of HDFC. also visit to his branch to HDFC Bank, and discussed to branch manager for this transaction but as per branch manager, merchant not received same amount.

    What can you do regarding this transaction please.

      We are unable to liquidate your fixed deposit since the source account from which your fd was originally booked is closed/blocked. Please visit your hdfc bank branch for liquidating the fixed deposit.

      There is employee available to reply my query and no option to get the amount.

      Due to lockdown effect, no one available for reply and they blocked my amount simply.

      Bank people should notify, if they are taking such actions, in locking period how can i get my money and utilize for treatment.

        I took a personal loan from hdfc bank a few years ago. I was able to pay my loan at the emi time, but 1 year ago, some of the family's problems did not pay their loan emi. My loan emi would have been pay from my axis bank account. But hdfc has held my hdfc bank saving account.ac. No is [protected]. I made a lot of requests from the bank please removed the hold from my bank account. I was already pay my pending emi with interest. But they did not remove the hold from the account.

        I am neither able to send money or get money from anyone because of my bank account held. I'm also having a lot of trouble getting into my everyday household expenses.

        At this time, situation is very critical due to lockdown. I am not able to do money from any other account. So that i am not able to meet my daily needs. I request to you that. Please remove held from my account. So that i can complete my essentials and your emi has also been successful in time.

          First time my feb hdfc charge 2500 membership charge on my card 9566 last 4 digit, feb 15 bill
          i try to conect custumer care service many time no person wil attend me, and then i pay all due amount as per due date, now i want revert from hdfc bank soon
          first time i got charges from my credit card, its amount too high, not buddy concern me before that

            I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank credit card on 26/1/2020 in apple iphone delhi. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now,. I have asked in apple iphone, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

              I had bought my Iphone XR in the last week of December through HDFC credit card as there was an offer of 10 percent cashback it. I was told that I will receive a cashback within 90 days of the purchase m. It has been 4 months, I haven't received my cashback yet. Please look into this as soon as possible. Thankyou

                    I had done transaction using debit card ending 4600 on various platforms, these transactions got cancelled since the orders couldn’t be fulfilled due to covid19, hence the company reversed the payment& asked me to wait for 7-10days for it to reflect in my bank account, now its more than 27days in some case still the refund money hasn’t reflected in my bank account in spite of it being processed, i have every details possible and confirmation email that refund has been processed from their end, i also contacted the branch a few weeks back to verify and have provided every details to track the refund including arn number for reverse payment but haven’t got any response, the payment gateway gave confirmation about successful refund issue from their end (Email attached), also i have attached my bank statement till today, please verify:

                      Received call from hdfc bank for continuing credit card service with them from [protected]. After saying I want to discontinue the service he used abusing language and disconnect the call.
                      How can they use such abusing language to the customer which not interested to continue the service at all.

                              Please check, i have opted for morotorium for my car loan instalment. My car number is pb10hd7785. My instalment is deducted from my savings account. I have opted to not to deduct the same. Refer screen shot attached with the pic.

                              Kindly find this through car number. Not sharing account details for security reason. Call me if required in other detail. Even after banks confirmation i will refund back the deducted emi on 17th. I still not recived any penni. Refer screen shot.

                                Monotorium enabled without permission and received bill of Rs. 65000 which is not spend by me.ans moreover ask pay immediately, tried customer care so many times and paid Rs. 20000 already so that there will not be any dispute later on and also levied late fees also unnesseaey kindly call back and solve this on urgent basis as I have never had any dispute with HDFC CC always pay my bills on time. Tree times I said no no for moratorium still they enabled it ams don't know why they are asking for Rs. 64500/

                                We wish to inform you that all HDFC Bank Credit card customers who were regular in their payments on or before 01 Mar 2020 and unable to make any payments from 01st Mar 2020 to 31st May 2020 will be automatically made eligible for the moratorium. Customers need not take the pain to call the Bank or send any email / SMS confirmations to the Bank to avail moratorium on Credit Card dues. Credit card customers with Autopay option active for payments can use NetBanking/MobileBanking to switch off their Autopay Instruction. Your EMIs if any, on your credit card will be automatically deferred to Jun'20 onwards. Post the moratorium period, your Autopay will be automatically enabled / reinstated by us so that your scheduled payments are back on track. You have complete discretion to either take advantage of the moratorium or to continue with your scheduled payments. Your credit card statement / Insta Jumbo Loan statement, will carry the total amount due and on non payment of the due, the customer would be deemed to have availed of the moratorium benefit. However we wish to advice that you continue to pay your dues in order to avoid interest charges. Hence the choice to avail the moratorium is purely voluntary with applicable interest charges. Minimum card dues along with accrued interest during the moratorium will be liable for payments post the moratorium period.                                     I did not select one assist on my credit card but the amount debited from my account pls refund the amount by cancel that one assist fee and do needful pls dont recomend these types of fees without knowledge of customer.
