Hdfc fastag not yet received... Really very bad service from hdfc bank.. Applied on 11 Jan 2020, without any intimation through sms or tracking number they dispatched. Since i was not available on that day, so Blue dart told collect it from courier office. After when to the courier they asked for ier they asked for SMS from HDFC or Courier details. I failed to show because no information HDFC. I contacted customer care they told we will initiate Redispatch. After contacting customer care with multiple calls no response. Till now i didnt receive new tracking no or sms after redispatching... How a person know that whether it is redispatched or not?? How can i track it??

Every call customer care connecting taking 30mins for one call. After connecting the call Customer executive simply telling network issue call after 10mins or 1 hour.

This the value HDFC really giving for his own Customer !!!

    I was charged rs. 2500 as renewal fee and rs. 450 as gst. The renewal fee was refunded while gst was not refunded. I asked for a copy of the rule from gst council. I have not received the same.
    Please guide in getting back the gst charged.

      I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank credit card on 26/01/2020 at Reliance Digital, Phonex Market City, Chennai. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month-end) I haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in my store too, they said to check with the bank. I hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

            I've cancelled an order from amazon. After that i got confirmation message from hdfc on saturday i. E. 30th may that the amount is reversed. I'm quoting the message below:
            "ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending xxxx for rs. 9988.00 has been credited/reversed by amazon on[protected]:20:31:20"

            Till now i. E. 1st june i didn't get the refund reflected in my account. I tried calling customer support but it's not connecting to human representative rather the automated voice is just doing whatever is pushed into it.

            Please revert back to me asap.

                I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 12/01/2020 in reliance digital inorbit mall, hyderabad. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in reliance digital, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                  I tried purchasing in amazon so my first transaction money deduced and after sometime payment decline. So i tried again second time same happened. Totally twice money deduced and twice payment declined.
                  Next day morning i got two messages saying amazon is credited/reversed transaction on[protected].
                  So i waited a week and checking my card statement but funds are not credited. I tried contacting hdfc customer care not even taking this things.

                      I purchased iphone 11 on 9th oct, 2019 from iconcept store, phase 7, mohalli. Using my hdfc credit card. There was an offer of rs.6000 cashback on hdfc credit and debit cards on purchase of new iphone within 120 days.

                      I am posting this complaint on 1st june, 2020.
                      There is still no trace of cashback even after 8 months.

                        I have ordered a mobile Iphone11 through HDFC Smartbuy Amazon offer through my HDFC Infinia Card offer, which enables me to get a cashback of Rs.19200/- after 90 days of invoice.                               The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
                              First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

                                On 18.05.2019, i approached the kottar nagercoil branch for financial assistance to purchase a new car for my own use by giving quotation through whats app.
                                On 22.05.2019, the bank released a sum of 6, 30, 500/- (Loan no.[protected] to the showroom who gave quotation, without my knowledge. I took delivery of the vehicle on 28.06.2019.
                                Later the bank informed that, an amount of 24, 470/- has been deducted towards gps, insurance & processing fee and demanded to remit rs10, 467/- per month.
                                Based on my complaint, the bank again collected 1, 000/- and rescheduled the loan by fixing loan amount as 6, 11, 000/- and emi as 10, 143/- (No. 6756544).
                                The bank further informed that, the old loan (No.[protected] was closed and the new loan will be alive. While going through my credit health report i came to know that, the above loan was not closed and the amount of 6, 30, 500/- is till pending payable with my account.
                                Therefore, i made complaint on 07.04.2019 and 22.05.2019 through email to close the above loan (No.[protected] and to clear the amount of 6, 30, 500/- from my account.
                                But, till date i didn't receive any reply from the bank in this regard. Therefore, once again i request you to close the above loan.
                                Further, i request you to return the amount 1, 972/- [amount collected by the bank rs1, 000/- + excess emi paid 972/- (July 2019, august 2019 and september 2019 ie, 324 x 3 = 972/-)] at the earliest.

                                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 1663 without my concern on date: 30/05/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                                    Hdfc customer support is very bad. They mark my complain as resolved without resolving my issue. There is no call from hdfc credit team. And if you are calling to hdfc executive and senior sale executive they are not picking your phone. Sales person only completing their target. And when you applied in hdfc after that there is no support from hdfc. I have applied in hdfc for home loan. On the time of applying executive told me loan will approve with in 7 days. But after applying and paying processing fee there is no proper response from hdfc. I don't know what is going on. 10 june is last date of disbursement to builder after that builder will charge me interest. But there is no call from their side. Hdfc customer support is very bad. I do not think my loan will approve and disburse on time. And i have to pay interest amount to builder. I do not recommend to any one to apply in hdfc if they need urgent loan. Now what can i do i don't know. Please solve my issue.

                                      I contacted irctc about my refund issue. They said that their refund is processed and money will be reflected in bank account within 3 to 5 days. Its been more than a week since my amount isn't refunded. I contacted irctc and they told me to ask from the bank end. Kindly help me.

                                        I bought iphone 11 with hdfc credit card. As per the norms i was supposed to get my ₹6000 cashback within 120 days. It has been more than 120 days but i haven’t received my cashback yet.
