    I am ajay. K worked as a sales officer in classic on phone department and i have resigned on 27thfeb 2020 and my last work day is 27th march 2020 but i did not receive any official confirmation if have written so many mails to exit officer on the same issue but iam not getting any reply from them because of this iam loosing my opportunity in my next company iam trying for this from past 20 days please do need full

      I purchased iPhone 11 - 128 GB on jan 20 2020 at iplanet Bangalore, but I didn’t receive the cashback yet. The retailer said me tat I would get the cashback of amount 6000 within 90 days. Kindly look into this as priority and I Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible. Thank you .

        These are the mails sent to hdfc card customer care.
        On 3rd'april

        Dear concern from yesterday onwards i receiving messages from hdfc bank to use my credit card 5000/- for apple. Combill for 5 times and total transition is around 20300/-
        1st message receive on 2nd april yesterday @13:41 of amount 5000/-
        2nd message receive again on 2nd april @ 17:15 of amount 5000/-
        3rd message receive again on 2nd april @17:31 amount 5000/-
        4th message receive today on 3rd april @13:41 amount 50000/-
        5th message again today @15:05 of amount 219/-
        6th message again of declined transaction due to wrong pin expiry and cvv.
        Please take note i have not done these all translations and please help to stop all these, just not i have requested to block my cc.

        Dear ajay ji as per telecom with you regarding fraudulent on my card, yet i haven't received any revert from customer care.
        I have blocked my card on 3rd and after that continue to receive messages for the wrong cvv.
        On 7th i recieve message from hdfc bank my new card generates 2490, but on my mobile i receive on 4th wrong cvv on this new card.
        Please suggest or help in this matter when yet i haven't received my card how come this is possible.
        Earlier on 4th i have also informed you ajay ji because customer services are limited due to covid 19 lock down world wide.
        On the 3rd morning i informed abhishek mishra (Bm hdfc bank sipri branch) and he took mr. Tripathi area sales manager credit card department jhansi and i informed him all the things happened, then i sent the mail in the evening and blocked my card too.

              Hi team,
              My hdfc credit card has been hacked and it has been used in an unauthorized transactions in simple mobile merchant on 20th january 2020 of total amount in three different fraudulent transactions of 11371.75/-.

              Hdfc bank is given one case no i. E:[protected]. But hdfc bank is sending statements cumulating fraud transaction amount plus intersert charges for that.

              So please look into the issue and help me.

              Hi Team,
              My Credit Card was blocked and temporary card assigned to mine. But I am not received any new card, So I am unable to the payment for new card.
              So I am requesting please send the new card to details below email id or my native address because I am not staying at current address in the card statement.

              And for immediate payment share my new card details in pin security code formate to my register email id.

              So that I will pay the amount in oder to avoid the late fee and other concerns.

              Without the card how I should I pay the amount. So please exclude my late fee for the months of
              February, March, April months and interest fees also .

              Because it is not mistake, it's bank issue with card details how is the customer should the pay the amount.

              Yesterday I have done 1000 sample for crediting to my old CC or blocked ([protected])

              So please send my card details to my register e mail for the immediate payment.

                  Hi, i have purchased iphone 11 on 21/12/2019, i have not received the cashback yet, i was told that i would receive the cashback in 3 months, i have purchased the phone in reliance digital koramangala branch. I was also told that my cashback would reflect in this month's statement, i have mailed reliance digital guys they are asking me to send them the bank statement to them from the date of purchase. Bank statements are personal details that also contains the other transaction which i have made. I don't wish to share it since they are password protected files.

                      In the atm during the withdrawal amount is debited after completing the primary steps but cash is not come out from the machine. I got a message that i have taken rs 6500 from my account.
                      The following is the message i received:
                      Alert:
                      You've withdrawn rs 6500.00 via debit card *2749 at + kamarajar street on[protected]:09:08:39.

                      But the cash was not dispensed by the atm. Please do the needful at this

                          I had bought one product thru my credit card dated[protected], and that product is offered by hdfc credit card cashback of rs. 5000/- with in 90 days of purchase. Its been more than 90 days and i havent received such cashback. I am not able to connect with customer care call of hdfc so i launch complaint on hdfc site dated[protected] but i havent received any revert from the bank as well. Please take an appropriate action. Further in case any detail required by bank can reply on my mail.

                            I have bought my iphone11 pro with hdfc bank cerdit card on 11/01/2020 in apptronix batala. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 100 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 100 days. I have asked in apptronix, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                              My name is jay parekh and i hold a saving account, credit card and multiple loans with hdfc bank, i would like to inform that i have a jumbo insta loan going on with the bank and the bank has created a dummy no ending with 9380 now let me tell you that i haven't opted for any moratorium and have infact paid the bill of 15225.26 on 17 th april, i have just disabled the auto pay because i pay every month manually, you can check your records, from the time i have taken this loan i have paid manually before 25th of every month so i just disabled the auto pay option thinking that when i am paying manually why should i keep this option as auto pay enabled and i have already paid the bill also because i dont want any kind of moratorium, today on 19th april 2020 i am getting a message that my moratorium has been availed and it will again be set up on auto pay from june and i will be liable to pay for the intrest of these 3 months but kindly check your records i have always paid manually and infact have already paid the current bill aswell, i dont wish to pay even a single penny of intrest towards the moratorium as i have not availed it, i want a call back from the senior management asap

                              Did you read my complaint properly and you guys are responding after 22 days, i have just cancelled autopay and today on 16th May i am receiving a bill os Rs 0 to be paid, i had just cancelled the autopay why did you guys apply moratorium on my jumbo loan, reply quickly, dont reply after 15 days

As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days.                                       My account has more than 7 thousand rupees under hold. I dont know what's this for. Please release my funds without this type of charges.

                                      Also i have not paid emis from march. Also applied for moratorium and it got accepted from hdfc bank. I have received messages regarding the same. I have my account credited with some amount and that amount got adjusted for march and april months emi. I want that money back. Please help regarding the same.

                                        I bought an iphone x, transaction amount was 49, 900 inr and was entitled for a cashback of 5000 inr.
                                        Its been more than 130 days & i have not received any communication yet.
                                        I have been using hdfc's credit card since more than 10 years & never felt this kind o[censored]ntrusted behaviour.
                                        Please provide an update asap.
