I have a salary account at hdfc bank. I didn't have enough funds in it for the past 20 days. I had an outstanding payment which amounted to 650 rupees. I don't know about the late fee or debit return charges but my account went from +100 to -1164. I don't know why the charges are so high but i want my money back. This is absurd. I mean, they should at least inform us about these kind of policies at the time of account opening.

    I am first time user of fast tag & set wallet id as user id also set pass word. But there is no option of wallet id showing now. Alsotried putting all ids & my pass word but cant login & recharge.

        I have applied for fastag online with reference no hfr01062852 and paid 500rs.. After two to three days only i got mail about customer id and wallet id, but still i didn't receive my fastag and it's been about 10days, even if i call the fastag customer service, the line will be continuous busy or no one will pick up the call..
        I have been with hdfc for past 5years but didn't face any issue this worse,.. I don't know whether i will get my fastag or not..

          On 2 december2019 i had applied for hdfc fastag card through online mode. I had paid rs 500 as fee. I had received a message on my registered phone that i would be receiving a pdf in my registered mail and the card in 7 working days. My application no was hfr853723. But i have not received neither any pdf nor the card.. So far. On 6 of december i received a mail in which i got my wallet id and user id. An another mal also received which contains message "your fastag has been successfully recharged for rs. 300 on 12/6/2019 8:27:08 pm. Our reference number for the transaction is[protected]. Balance amount in the account is rs. 300.00 - hdfc bank ltd". But i did not receive my card. I tried to login online as a first time user (With the help o[censored]ser id and wallet id provided to me) but it showed the credentials "invalid". The toll free number[protected] does not pick the call... Always busy... Now what to do?

                    I availed loan rs.16342.61 on[protected]. 1st installment effected my union bank account on[protected] without any information on phone & email and it has bounced.
                    Next bounce on[protected] from union bank, while there was sufficient balance rs.3733/-
                    After this one emi bounced on[protected] since balance was rs143/-, basically two emi were bounced and its charges are genuine to recover from me. Bounce on[protected] is not right while there was balance available for emi rs.2042/-
                    I am not understanding why customer call tell me outstanding rs3954/-. What should i do please tell me.

                      I have two credit cards with same credit limit and in 2018 on person from settlement team called me and asked me to pay 15000 to close it and i have paid, but not my credit card ending with 0910 amount was held with my salary account which is completely insane, i was calling to customer care several times but no one cares about it.                       Thank you for the wonderful support ...it's very pathetic that when I complained here the closed credit card also linked to my account... before I complained it was one and now it's two ...good so bank only intention is to suffer the customer...I have two credit cards with same limit of 60k and when the bank person asked me to pay 15k to settle it I have paid, now the lien amount showing is 164000 how come it is. Very bad situations bank is pushing me into ... without my salary bank is trying to kill me ...when I'm trying to close this no one is helping me to resolve but interested to suffer the customer...thank you Hdfc bank kudos to team Hdfc bank

                                I had applied for hdfc fastag on 20th nov 2019 with application ref hfr426924. It is one month and still not received physical fastag. I received details of cust id and wallet id on 23 nov. On 28th nov i received sms stating fastag will be despatched within 3-4 working days. The toll number provided for help does not work.

                                I am an hdfc bank account holder. My virtual relationship manager now avoids my calls. I complained to his senior via email but no response. I had a planned vacation next week but seems i have to cancel it. Very pathetic attitude of hdfc. If you are unable to provide service on time you should not have taken applications.
                                I could have bought the same from some other source. Now i am stuck and frustrated.
                                Have always received professional and prompt service from hdfc till now.
                                Request prompt action in this regard.

                                    I have a hdfc credit card which wasnt used for last few months. It now doesnt work at all, payments are declined, i cannot set a pin via ivr. I cannot even see any transactions or anything via netbanking. It gives error -

                                    I applied for hdfc bank fastatg on 2nd dec 2019

                                    Since then i am regretting why
                                    #no communication whatsoever after registration
                                    #few days later got sms saying account created
                                    #where is my fastag... What should i stick to wind screen
                                    Do you pay the fine for not having fastag
                                    #trying to reach customer care from last 10 days... Out of 100 s of efforts only succeeded once... He also cut the call before i could complete... Great
                                    #no mail or any update about status
                                    Why did i opted for hdfc... Regretting and helping my friends to not at all think about hdfc fastag

                                      I online applied for fastag on 27/11/2019 & my customer id is[protected] . I had message received from hdfc that my fastag has been issued on 4/12/2019 . And it will be delivered to me within 4 working days. But yet not received my fastag. Why this facility is too slow and time consuming. waiting for reply from HDFC...
