Hello all,

I had applied for the fastag using hdfc bank and i got my confirmation from hdfc bank on 04-dec-19 that my fastag has been issued successfully. Your customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected]. I am able to login to my fastag account and see that it has the recharged balance as well.

But till date, i havent received the physical fastag. Please help with the courier number, so that i will be able to track it.

HDFC Fasttag user id[protected] opened last week and i need to travel on 24th dec for personal and business need.

but FASTAG is still not received. Also no one is picking call on helpdesk no.

Pls help me with urgent delivery of FASTAG
My Fastag by HDFC Bank Fastag was successfully generated on1.12.19.
It was charged for Rs 300 on 5.12.19.
So far I have not received my Fastag by Post or Courier.
Please provide dispatch Particulars to track . I am in a remote area of Solan District of Himachal. So need to track myself at delivery station.

I have recharge my hdfc fast tag account for rs 500 via upi the transaction was successfull but it fast tag account does not show the money i called hdfc fast tag customer care but they dont listen and not ready to help. i am unable to trace my money . attaching photos of successful recharge message.

I have applied for FASTag online on 4.12.2019 and necessary charges of Rs 500 paid but till date not received physical FASTag
I received a message on 12.12.2019 on mobile stating as under

tiil date we donot received tag or any information.Please see urgently. Pl.Call us on [protected]

    Last year my written request for change of a home branch submitted in hdfc pattabiram branch has not been actioned till date, hence my account is - ve and 4962/- been deducted from my savings balance???!!! I need my hard earned money back..
    I've been following it up with a staff and after promising this will get solved by her its been 3mnths yet no response and from my account entire amount been washed off..!!!???

    I applied a hdfc fastag on 3rd dec but tag sticker not receive I also pay 500 and fastag wallet id and customers id received but tag not received it's delivered in 15 days but not delivered my application number is HFR866532
    Money on hold n the transaction is not show. In statement amount rs2276 on hold
    I am also facing the same problem. Have got the Fastag ID but no Card received. The Customer Helpline is also not working.

      fastag suspended, wallet freezed

      I have purchased a fastag and linked to hdfc expecting seamless service. I am a 10 year old customer with hdfc and were very happy till i purchased fastag. The fastag worked initially in all the toll booths. Meanwhile i tried recharging it said my wallet freezed.
      Tried calling the toll free number of hdfc fastag. Its very pathetic service. Need to wait half an hour to get connected and need to wait another half an hour to get to know...

      Hi,
      I have applied for hdfc fastag online and also made the payment of rs.500 with all the required documents. I have received the customer id & wallet id on 23/11/2019 through sms and email and my wallet is also recharged but still i haven't received fast tag sticker. The hdfc customer care number of[protected] absolutely doesnt work. I have been trying to reach them from almost 15-20 days and it never works.
      Havent been expecting this from hdfc bank at all. I am happy to cancel the fastag but wanted to understand where could this have gone wrong. Its almost been more than a month from the day i applied and still the fastag is not yet received.

        I purchased new fastag for my car from hdfc fastag. Reference# hfr831370
        Customer id[protected]. I haven't received fastag yet.

        I tried to call customer care number[protected] but it is not working as it is busy all the time.

        I called hdfc bank customer care and they requested me to send mail to status. [protected]@sahaj.co.in. But my mail got bounced back.

        Can you pl. Help with this.

          I purchased furniture from home centre in pacific mall, subash nagar on 28.07.2019. At the time of purchase we have been told that there is the scheme of 10% cashback on hdfc credit cards and i also received the sms for the same advertisement. Cashback was supposed to be received within 90 days. But now its been almost 5 months i. E. 150 days and still i haven’t received the cashback of 10% on my purchased amount.           Hi my reference number is hfr646787 i applied for fastag on 27-nov-2019 it hasn’t been even dispatched till date many time i called even mailed regarding same but no customer care responsiveness...!!! Its really pathetic experience...!!! Kindly take some responsibility

          Kindly don’t advertise to take your service thought it could same me from half hour pain of getting at tollgates directly but u gave me a month torture with no track of my application though my wallet was created on 4th dec itself.

              Hello,

              I have a hdfc credit card - my registered phone number is [protected]. The card number ends with 5340. I have made payments (All pending) as 3 payments on 20th and 21st dec 2019 each and i have records for all the payments. When i got the sms from hdfc bank, it says that card number ending with 6048 - and i still keep getting calls / whatsapp from hdfc bank folks saying pending payments are there. Over last 1 week i have got several calls without respecting my privacy or personal commitments. I was in a bunch of death rituals (Of a family member). I want hdfc bank authorities to quickly close this issue and ensure i have a fair treatment. I also request to help close my credit card account.

                  Fastag not used for sometime and now it is not working. Wallet number not available as well.
                  I trying to contact the customer support no response from them., no one is picking the call.
                  No mail id provided as well. No idea what kind of customer support they are providing.
                  Even i try to login online but there also shows no records, no idea what is the issue here.

                  Hdfc fastag have 0% support for the customers.

                    Hi team,

                    I have been trying to call the fastag customer care number[protected] since last 10 days, the number keeps giving a busy tone. Unable to reach anybody from the department. Also the email to reach out to customer care does not work, it keeps throwing failure message error.

                    I had applied fastag for 2 of my vehicles on dec 7th. However i have received the sticker only for 1 of my vehicle. I need to know the status of sticker for my second vehicle.

                      I am nri customer, registered my mobile with hdfc and never receive otp.
                      I even changed the mobile number but sill dont receive otp.
                      I get sms from all other banks across the world and india but not from hdfc.
                      Getting tired and frustrated.
                      Unfortunately to reset my password they require otp from email and sms
                      Axis is much better.
                      Apparently otp in sms from hdfc seems to be a common issue.

                        I have applied for hdfc fastag on 12th dec but i have not received any email communication/confirmation. I have paid inr 500 from hdfc bank.

                        My hdfc fastag reference no. Hfr01049267.

                        The toll fee number is of not use. It will be always busy or unattended.

                        I have also no received the fastag to the address mentioned.

                        I am having the hdfc account for more than 6 years.

                        This makes me feel so uncomfortable with the activities that hdfc is doing.

                            On saturday, 21st dec'19, i was going from pune to kolhapur. I crossed khed shivapur toll naka nh-48. While crossing toll as fastag didn't work, i paid toll amount by cash, return journey rs.140. After sometime, i received sms saying that toll charges for those the toll has been deducted from my fastag account as well. While returning, i raised this concern to the lady at toll naka. She suggested me to contact hdfc fastag cc no. [protected]. I never able to talk with hdfc cc executive as every time i called this no. Either it is coming busy or i hear a caller tune. I am frustrated with this pathetic customer service.

                              I have applied for hdfc fast tag on 6-dec-2019 and paid inr1500 for 3 vehicles. Initially, it was told to me that i will receive the fast tag within 7 days, however, until now i have not received it. Online status still shows as yet to be shipped from almost a week. Recently received an sms from hdfc stating due to surge of application hdfc cannot process the fast tag now and it will be delayed for another 15 days. I am really wondering as hdfc being reputed organization in the country giving silly reasons as they have failed to keep up the tat. This is an absolute failure from hdfc and the worst service.

                                  I applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of inr 500 (200 for security amount & 300 as the top up amount) on 04/12/2019. The reference number of the application is hfr899685. I have uploaded all the required documents.

                                  Received an sms saying our application processed and you will received the fastag slip. Till now nothing has been received.

                                  There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                                  The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.
