I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr 431132. I have uploaded scan copy of rc. On 24th nov i got my wallet and customer id but still no update on fastag sticter dispatch.

There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

    I purchased a hdfc fastag more than a week ago and i received a mail stating that the fastag is been issued and 200 rs have been credited but till date i haven't received any fastag also i tried contacting mailing hdfc but no one responds looks like hdfc is least intrested to help customers
    I have been a hdfc customer for last 5 years didn't expect such kind of treatment from them

      Hdfc fastag support team is not responding. I paid for 2 vehicle registration and then got email of i will be contacted by hdfc team in 7 days and guess what no updates. The service number [protected] is not working. I have sent email to support hdfc they never respond. I'm getting frustrated to see such a nonsense service from hdfc. Pl help since hdfc is don't care about their customer. Let me know any media by which these guys can be contacted

        Hello,

        My application reference number is hfr411936

        I have submitted fastag application on 19th nov 2019. I received mail mentioning wallet id on 22nd nov 2019. But till today, i haven't yet received any mail or call from hdfc representative for further status. As per message displayed on application form submission, "you will receive fastag within 7 days and our representative will contact you", but no update received.
        I tried customer care number 10-20 times a day. Most of the time it is busy orsome music is playing.
        I am very disappointed by hdfc procedure of fastag. No proper updates/sms received.
        Let me know, when my fastag will get delivered.

          The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 39.63 as mirevenue hold through gefu

          The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
          First of all, it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a lot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful.

          And also can i get my money back if i added a sufficient amount in account???

            Really worst customer support. I have been calling them since two weeks after i paid amount 200 for replacement of fastag but still it is not yet dispatched. And also have sent mail with my current address to update in fastag profile but still not updated.
            Even i called today but still not dispatched after more than 10 days from the day i requested and paid.
            What is the issue with hdfc fastag. I need it as soon as possible to my current address.

              I have applied for credit card from hdfc bank application no :19k[protected]s3 and it was declined without stating any reason, when i inquired through hdfc branch they are not able to provide any help stating that in their system it is still showing as in review however to me it clearly state declined.. 2 months bank also it got rejected without sighting proper reason.. When i complained customet care they trapped me and applied for another credit card online... Such a pathetic and disgusting way to treat hdfc customet... Only thing i wanted to know why it is getting constantly declined and they are keep asking me reapply... My credit score will also take a hit because of that. My contact no

                I have applied fastag on 19th nov, i haven't received any confirmation. I was trying reach the customer to get the status of my application.

                But unable reach out to them the number is always busy or not being attended.

                I am not aware to whom we should reach out or escalate on this issue.

                  I applied for fastag on 25.11.2019 at the website. I got an application reference number as HFR540676, where it is mentioned that representative will contact me. I have already made payment of rs. 500/- through online transaction.

                  But i have not received any notofication/mail/message regarding fastag.

                  I am trying to call the toll free number provided for fastag helpline [[protected]] but its not connecting. First time i am facing such horrible service from hdfc.

                      I made an online recharge on 20th Nov, 2019 but the amount is still not credited to fastag A/C. Whenever I tried to call customer care I get a busy tone. I have the transaction Id. Now I doubt that this Fastag thing is not working fairly eventhough the Govt. has made it mandatory to collect all Tolls on Fastag from Dec 1st, 2019. I'm afraid to make further online recharges doubting that I just lose money on this. Please help!

                        I paid for HDFC Fastag and an application number was generated for which I received an email as well. I have been trying to call the customer service number mentioned for HDFC Fastag i.e.[protected] however i can only hear 1 thing "the subscriber is busy at the moment. Please call after sometime". I have made 30 attempts over the last 4 days to somehow get in touch but to no avail. I have not even been contacted by any representative as promised in the email but that too has not taken place. So all in all, money deducted from my HDFC account but i dont know if ever I will get the Fastag or when will I get it. There is no email address as well to complain. My application number is HFR441401.

                            Its 15 days passed now and still i am waiting for the fastag, i have ordered via HDFC site. IF you guys cant do the job well then you should not take this on you. I have got the Cust ID and all via a Text but the HELPLINE Number is always sucks it seems they are blocking the users to call them, ### service from HDFC. All of their customers would calling on this number [protected] but it never goes through, tried complaining before once here but except resolving it, they have given a ### email address on which we can never sent an email, well this is how HDFC making its customers fool, i should have collected the Fastag from NHAI directly or should have used another Bank or PAYTM, that would have better option i guess.

                                I have been with hdfc for 7 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
                                The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                                  Hi, I have filled and submitted request for Fastag from HDFC and received application reference number HFR375262.

                                  Received email confirmation stating tag issued successfully. But i have not received the tag nor the dispatch details.

                                  I have tried reaching the helpline number [protected] but no luck. Number is most of the time busy, and by chance if it gets connected we hear only music (IVR) and no one to assist.

                                  Spoke to my RM but he has no clue on how to support this case.

                                  Please help to sort this out ASAP.

                                    I have applied for the hdfc fastag on 23rd. Once 8 had made the payment, the message said that a pdf version has been sent to my email address which never came. For queries, there is a number to call which is constantly engaged or switched off. So much for 24/7 support. Tried calling the 1033 number that is given on the website. No response on that either.
