I placed an order for two fastags for my two private cars, paid online rs. 1000 on 14/11/2019.
They haven’t supplied tags till date, there is no provision to track online, none answers customer care number [protected]
I am unable to contact the concerned for finding the status of delivery. I did not expect such callousness attitude by a company or bank, when they made tag as mandatory at toll plazas, collected money online from netbanking but failed to process such orders
