HDFC Ergo General Insurance — Amt deducted from a/c but not credited in hdfc ergo

1st floor,hdfc house,backbay reclamation ,h.t parekh marg, churchgate,mumbai-400020

We made a payment of rs.17198 to hdfc ergo on date[protected] and amt also deducted from axis bank. but it is neither credited in hdfc ergo nor it is returned to my a/c .after the payment, i got the transaction confirmation msg also. please look into the matter and do the needful.
