Deactivate my agency code on irda portal

I have never worked with hdfc but there is a code showing active on irda portal.
I have contacted many time to my local branch also customer care but no one help me so that I am facing problem for getting job.
Please remove it within 7 working days on irda portal.

    I am Abhay Kumar. My PAN is BRQPK3275D.
    I had an agent code in HDFC Ergo general Insurance company. My code was HCG[protected].

    I have got NOC from HDFC Ergo general Insurance company but still my PAN is showing on IRDA portal.

    I have applied as an employee in other Insurance company and they demanded to remove my PAN from IRDA portal before joining.

    So I request you to please remove my PAN from IRDA portal as soon as possible so that my joining will done easily.

      Trust You are well.

      Critical Illness covered in Original Policy with Apollo Munich (Later HDFC Ergo) with Member ID - [protected] | [protected] | [protected] of INR 3 Lakhs for each of the members in the respective policies.

      (Refer Page 8 Clause 4 of attached Policy and First Premium Payment confirmation - Page - 1 dated 24.06.2011)

      As of 19th June 2023, per Renewal Notice dated 10.04.2023 by HDFC ERGO - Although Premium was enhanced from INR 37, 551.00 to INR 50, 752.00 i.e. 35.15 % - Alongside the critical illness cover amounting to INR 3 Lakhs for the insured member was removed from the policy.

      Requesting quick intervention and resolution on the matter to restore the critical illness benefit as per original terms. Attaching the document for your reference. You can reach me out on my registered phone number should you have any queries.

        I K Usha Rani i was agent with HDFC ERGO GENERAL INSURANCE in the year 2020 to 2022.But due to some problem. Now my pan card number is not remove IRDAI site.please remove my pan card number in IRDAI site.My agent license number HCG[protected], my pan card number BJOPR5274F.So kindly remove it my pan card number in IRDAI site quickly. Facing a lot of problems.

            Totally disappointed with the service which has been provided by your policy and service provided by your team.
            I have received the crash photo through the support team by mail .But actual photo uploaded against my claim C[protected] having someone vehicle combination.Regarding this I have asked surveyor and support team received with different answers.
            The person Who has confirmed and uploaded the photo online about the damaged photo is not yet confirmed.
            I have hand_overed the vehicle to VKG showroom karur as per surveyor reported.
            They have cheated without estimation done and shared the estimation copy to your surveyor.
            While enquiring surveyor stated showroom upload the copy of photo.But show room person said surveyor has upload option.
            He also agreed with that foolish copy of Estimation around Rs.9743.
            After I found these types of wrong proceedings.I have changed the other show room and submitted the Estimated copy which has been provided from that show room is around Rs.4921 which is 50% lesser form VKG estimation.
            While I am shifting a vehicle surveyor has said 80% can claim is possible while doing service in other showrooms.
            Right now the surveyor is saying that the estimation is too high and 50% only can claim around Rs.1500 has been released as liability.
            This is totally discouraging a normal consumer who has faith in your service and support.

            Regarding above issue i have continually shared a mail to '[protected]@hdfcergo.com'
            Not yet responded correctly.

            Through call and chat and mail and your surveyor communication no way getting a correct resolution

              I've been charged with certain fraud amount on my credit card for this policy without my knowledge and consent.
              The credit Card customer support provided me 28605319 policy number, about the amount is generated.
              This is completely a fraud amount, i never opted this policy. This policy is definitely imposed by the bank. Provide me the KYC paper for this policy inposed on my card .

                Sir I had purchased online portal 4 wheeler insurance policy on 15th jan'23 in this company, at that time online verified my vehicle with vdo and images in every angles, they had not highlight any objection and gave me one year insurance and also third party cerificate, but now when I had send my vehicle for claim insurance because my car had damaged front burnet and wind screen, their agent mr Umang had came and verify my car at showroom and said that these damage are before taken policy no new damage so no approval, but my question is that if my car have any issue then why they had not highlight at the time of renew my policy, so sir please interfer in this matter and gave me justish

                  Sir I had purchased a four wheeler insurance policy from this company through online portal after online video and images verified, as per add photo but niw i had claim insurance benifit after accident my car, but this organization had not gave approval, they had told that it was not new, all r old, if my damages were old they how can gave pass policy withot any complain( in which I gad purchase that policy after expired my previous policy

                              I have had a pathetic experience with this Company.
                              My mother was admitted for the ailment called "Urinary Tract Infection" or UTI and is still being diagnosed for the same. The denial was based on the USG test report stating "Uterine fibroid and was managed surgically with hysterectomy" for which she was neither admitted nor is being currently diagnosed.

                              I think these guys are sitting there just to reject and deny claims by giving unfair reasons and then forcing the customer to run behind them, sending them documents in emails for reimbursements to which they do not even reply.

                              I sent the following mail on 3rd February 2023 to which I haven't received any reply as of now. They don't even have mere professionalism to answer queries of their customers.

                              Hospitalization Period : From 01/02/2023 to 10/02/2023
                              My Mother, Saroj Sharma was admitted to Calcutta Medical Research Institute on 1st Feb 2023 and I applied for a cashless claim which was denied on 2nd Feb 2023. She was admitted for an ailment called "Urinary Tract Infection" which is very common but even then the claim stands denied.
                              This denial from your end raises the following questions:-
                              1. My mother was admitted for the ailment called "Urinary Tract Infection" or UTI and is still being diagnosed for the same. The denial was based on the USG test report stating "Uterine fibroid and was managed surgically with hysterectomy" for which she was neither admitted nor is being currently diagnosed. Is it justifiable to deny the claim based on an uncertain future course of diagnosis which may or may not be availed?
                              2. If above is Yes, then point out the exact Section Nos. from the policy document where a policy claim can be denied for not the current diagnosis but for a future diagnosis.
                              3. Is it possible to apply for Reimbursement for the above claim and if yes then how to proceed for the same? At the very least for the period before the diagnosis for "Uterine fibroid and was managed surgically with hysterectomy" has not begun subject to if it ever begins.
                              4. Your website mentions claim settlement of 97% of claims and this is the 2nd time in the span of 10 months that my claim has been denied. So am I the person who always remains in the 3% of people whose claim gets rejected?

                              The mail said i will get a reply within 2 business days But I have not received any reply.

                              My claim was rejected for wrong reasons and now your team does not have mere professionalism to reply to Customer’s queries.

                              Is this the service your customers get?

                              Pathetic service

                              I have the discharge summary in which the diagnosis clearly says that my Mother was not treated for Uterine Fibroids but my claim was rejected for the same. The rejection is done on unfair grounds.

                              This is final reminder. If i do not get a Reply within Friday evening i.e. 10.02.2022 I will lodge a complaint in Consumer forum.

                                My Health Insurance claim rejected by the HDFC Ergo without any details provided for rejection.

                                I am following with the Customer care team and Greviance cell but No revert received.

                                Two month passed now. I am totaly frustrates now.

                                I did not expect this kind of service with HDFC Ergo. I paid all my premiums on time. Dont know when I need for claim then its rejected with no reason.

                                  विषय – मेरे गाड़ी के इन्शुरेंस क्लैम मे लेट होने के कारण हुए परेशानी ।

                                  मैंने बुधवार दिनांक 04/01/2023 को अपना गाड़ी मारुति स्विफ्ट बीआर31AM 8543 हाजीपुर के सर्विस सेंटर मे क्लैम हेतु दिया परंतु दिनांक 09/01/2023 अभी तक क्लैम सेट्टल्मेंट नही हुआ है । इतना लेट सर्विस आपलोग देते है, मोबाइल पर मैसेज आता है की 6 घंटे मे सर्वे हो जाएगा क्लैम करने वक्त और इन्शुरेंस लेने / कराने वक्त 1-2 दिन मे हो जाएगा ऐसा बोल के कस्टमर को गुमराह करते है । इतना खराब सिस्टम आपलोग बना के रखे है । कस्टमर क्या करे आपलोग के चुंगुल मे फस जाने के बाद । एजन्सि और इन्शुरेंस कंपनी मिल के यह स्कम आपलोग कस्टमर के साथ करते है । पहले बता देते इतना लेट होगा तो मै खुद से जाच देख के अलग से करता तो वो मेरी जीमेवारी रहती । परंतु आपलोग का काम रहता है कस्टमर को फसाना । किर्पा कर के मेरा क्लैम जल्दी से जल्दी सेट्टल्मेंट कर के मेरी गाड़ी को ठीक कर के देने की किर्पा करे । इसके लिए मै श्रीमान का सदा आभारी रहूँगा ।
