This is the complaint regarding My four wheeler car Maruti Suzuki Swift MH47AN8795.
I bought insurance from HDFC Ergo in Jan'21 and they committed to give best service in all terms of damage of my vehicle.
in June or July'21 my vehicle got damaged (Bonnet damage) due to natural cause heavy wind a brick fallen on bonnet of vehicle and i was not available in my working town Mumbai due to pandemic and lockdown situation when building security warned me abt incident i came and taken back my vehicle to my native and represent to local Maruti Showroom 'Rukmani Motors' in Indore there they (HDFC & MARUTI) deny to take this damage due to unavailability of parts and full staff but they accepted other small damages repaired and passed the claim and asked me to check this Bonnet damage after a month or two.
16th of Nov i came back to Mumbai for work and on date 29 Nov'21 when I visited to 'SAI Service Andheri' Maruti showroom and represented again but HDFC surveyor has deny again to take this damage under my insurance claim policy and stating this one is a old damage but accepted to take other old small damages.
here i want to understand if the damage caused to my car whether its new or old it should get accepted and pass under insurance claim for which i paid the fees as i am not at fault here have already intimate to HDFC and Maruti both in the month of July 2nd week only. (you may ref OLD pic. taken by HDFC) they had not accepted this bonnet damage claim but repaired and passed other damages. please help me out here.
I had written to HDFC support team also but did not get any response and when i called to their officer they are stubborn and stating we are clear on our stand and you may go and file complaint to consumer forum happily. Was this information helpful? |
