HDFC Ergo General Insurance — Claim

I have Insurance from HDFC ERGO, as per my policy I am entitled for Rs.5000 reimbursement for preventive health check up.

I completed the same but I am following with company to reimburse the amount to me.

I have sent many emails and correspondence to get the reimbursement but still I am not receiving any response from the team.
