My Health Insurance claim rejected by the HDFC Ergo without any details provided for rejection.
I am following with the Customer care team and Greviance cell but No revert received.
Two month passed now. I am totaly frustrates now.
I did not expect this kind of service with HDFC Ergo. I paid all my premiums on time. Dont know when I need for claim then its rejected with no reason.
