Be aware of Purchase CPA Policy in HDFC ergo., they're try to cheating innocent and unawares peoples of INDIA.
HDFC Itself don't know about CPA Policies.. without any knowledge of CPA they just Selling CPA policies together with motor policy to Loot Money from innocent Peoples in India
when claim arises they're find the way to escape that CPA claims.. It's very harmful to the sad demise faced Families, HDFC Intention is to make more trouble to already suffered families..
I'm Raised CPA claim be half my sister throw Customer care support on 31.08.2024 which was sad demise happened to insured person of my brother in law due to road accident while driving they owned two wheeler vehicle
when registering claim customer care person assured it'll settle within 30days.. But, it's not settled that stipulated time.. after many follow-ups later one of person in the name of surveyor visited to the our location for collect necessary documents and investigation, we are all co-operated to him and requested to settle the claim at the earliest due to we're suffering more for this uncertain demises.
then another 20-30days gone.. no one updated further regarding our claim.. later I've contacted available cell number of surveyor in HDFC self care portal, they are told it'll take some time to settle claim please wait I'm processing some cases will take 3 months to six months.
after that we are discussed 3-4times and clarified the all things and questionary's.. later they asked again already given all documents with legal heir letter.. that's all we sent by courier on 20.11.2024 delivery confirmation given on 22.11.2024
after that we are follow-ups regularly regarding our claims, many times they are not attending our calls properly whenever attend the call asking more time settle the claim., it's repeatedly continues another 3-4 months
finally they're provided another person number to contact on 25.02.2025.. I'm contacted that person and asked for this how many time do you need to settle this claim already gone 6-7 months of our claim request still it's kept pending means what's this..?
I wonder within a week they told it'll not possible to claim.. your claim will be rejecting our legal team says not possible to claim
I got Shocked and asked the reason to the CPA claim reject, They said improper things and against the rule of CPA further I had gave many explanation and IRDA guidelines of CPA But, they are not ready to accept my things more over they're not provided me any satisfying answers even all rules and regulations are displaying in HDFC website and CPA Prospects also.. still they're not ready to answer which I raised the clear explanation regarding CPA. Now said, we'll provide the rejection letter you can answer that letter
Then, I'm connected to the Customer care on 23.04.2024 customer care person provided me our Claim Officer Number to discuss further, afterwards I'm regularly calling him since 3 days but' they're not attending my call and not replied to my texts in WhatsApp
HDFC ergo Employees it self don't know about CPA Policy or acting like unknown of the Rules and Regulations
