Failed transaction

On September 12th while purchasing a car insurance policy on HDFC ergo Website, I did a UPI Transaction of 5205 Rs. From My ICICI account (Mobile Number- [protected], Car Number- DL02C AU 9827) . Money got debited from my account but policy has not been issued(Screenshot attached)

UPI Ref no.[protected]

Kindly revert the amount back into my account else I will contact RBI Ombudsman....

Motor Insurance

RESPECTED SIR/MADAM,

It's MOHAN MALWADKAR, R/o 294/1, Assagao, Bardez, Goa.
I have buy motor insurance policy from HDFC ERGO General insurance, but the policy is not uploaded & updated on RTO M PARIVAHAN PORTAL, Also it is not showing on your online HDFC ERGO'S website.

RTO office Mapusa, goa is not accepting my application because of its not updated on RTO PARIVAHAN PORTAL.

Refrigerator

I bought a policy from the HDFC ergo and at the time of purchasing an insurance representative told me your refrigerator is filly insured and now I'm facing a problem-related o refrigerate and I informed that the same too in July and they are saying like we don't cover this part of the refrigerator.

HDFC ERGO General Insurance Scam

I have tested positive to Covid-19 and have been admitted in hospital. As soon I got admitted at hospital I have intimated to HDFC- ERGO insurance - RRHF[protected]. I have also submitted all the required documents. It's been more than 2 months and there's no proper response. I'm getting lame emails that are completely irrelevant to the claims I have made.

Looks like HDFC ERGO Insurance is doing a big scam looting it all....

Claim denial by surveyor

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a holder of policy number[protected] for my Skoda Rapid HP14B 8799 . My car met with a minor Accident at Dhnaas in Chandigarh due to which it's wind Screen, Left side of Front Bumper, Doors on left side & Lower engine cover got damaged . I am not receiving any update on submitted claim

Team,

I have raised a health insurance reimbursement claim (RR-HS[protected] ON 21/06/2021. I uploaded all files in PDF format through portal only on same day.

As i had not received update after 15-16 days, i have called customer care and asked for recent status of the claim. I was told that update will be given in 7 days of span.

I have waited for more then 10 days. As there was no feedback,...

Scam

I had purchased an online insurance policy hdfc ergo throw policy bazaar. Com, for swift vxi UP43AL0648 on the date 05/11/2020 .Policy no is[protected].This policy should be valid from 05/11/2020 to 04/11/2021, but it's not sow on the transport department official website. This scam has disturb me economically and mentally. I want compensation 500000/- only. I have receipt also....

Car Insurance

My father had taken car loan from HDFC Bank and Insurance from HDFC Ergo General Insurance. My father had paralysis and Brain hemorrhage last year. So we have raised Critical illness, Permanent disability and credit shield claim against our Car Insurance. Submitted all required documents to Insurance company also. Still Insurance company is not processing our claim. Its literally torture for us....

Optima Restore Floater Insurance Policy

I have renewed my health insurance policy on 2:06AM[protected], with number[protected] with HDFC Ergo. It was renewed before due date.
The payment has been made and the policy document as been issued.

I was send a request to IRDA ([protected]@irda.gov.in) for removing my agency code and PAN No AAKPO1061F from IRDA PAN LOOKUP PORTAL because due to this agent Code I am not eligible to join any other insurance company as a Employee.
