Hi Team,
I am using multiple services of HDFC and a loyal customer of HDFC having my vehicle, health insurance, fastag and Saving accounts of me and my family with HDFC.
I met with an accident and claimed my car insurance but HDFC surveyor is unnecessary arguing and misbehaving me. He is providing all invalid points and not giving any logical justification for not covering all the damages. I never expected such harassment from HDFC ergo and took policy from HDFC ergo to get better services. Your surveyor is untrained and very rude and not doing his job properly.
Also he is not responding my calls.
