HDFC Ergo General Insurance — Failed transaction | |
On September 12th while purchasing a car insurance policy on HDFC ergo Website, I did a UPI Transaction of 5205 Rs. From My ICICI account (Mobile Number- [protected], Car Number- DL02C AU 9827) . Money got debited from my account but policy has not been issued(Screenshot attached) UPI Ref no.[protected] Kindly revert the amount back into my account else I will contact RBI Ombudsman.
