Dear Sir /Mam, my dad got deceased on 13-April-2021 . my father (Bharat.P.Rathod ) had taken a car loan no :[protected] from HDFC, which is active and outstanding balance is 1, 72000 approx. IN that loan we had insurance of HDFC ERGO Insurance no :[protected]. We had submitted all the necessary document in HDFC Ergo for claiming The insurance they are not approving the claim due to my father treated for covid . As i mentioned them after 14days my father was covid negative and still he was facing breathing and kidney issue but still they are not approving the claim same . They are not considering covid in critical illness don't know why Request you please help on this we required claim to be pass to survive in this hard situation please help .
