I hold Policy I hold this policy#[protected] 000 with HDFC ERGO. I have registered 3 Claims with the policy and They are asking me different type of documents. I have submitted documents still they ask for the same document again and again. I do not understand their query and there is no human I can talk to in the regard.
I have submitted all documents I received from hospital they still ask the same document again and again.
Kindly help me by assigning some TPA to claim settlement officer who can help me understand the queries.
