Team,
I have raised a health insurance reimbursement claim (RR-HS[protected] ON 21/06/2021. I uploaded all files in PDF format through portal only on same day.
As i had not received update after 15-16 days, i have called customer care and asked for recent status of the claim. I was told that update will be given in 7 days of span.
I have waited for more then 10 days. As there was no feedback, i have again called customer care on 19/07/2021. I was told that Query was raised by HDFC ergo on 11/07/2021 saying that PDF file is not opening. When i told them that i have not received any communication, they stated that it was technical error from their end. With-in 24 hr they send the communication. It is still pending at HDFC ergo end.
Now it is 30 days already past. I have not received a single communication from HDFC ergo. No process was done for my raised claim. And HDFC ergo giving baseless justification for the delay, which is only due to their fault.
Such pathetic service is not acceptable !! Was this information helpful? |
