HDFC Ergo General Insurance — non refund of premium for cancelled application

I had paid Rs 33142.90 as premium for optima restore policy by HDFC ergo health on 20 Apr 2020 vide prospect no NW1A1FE10P.

however i have decided to renew my easy health policy and do not this policy . i have requested them to refund it to credit card account urgently .

please refund at the earliest .
