Lady patient around 60 years complaint for abdomen pain was hospitalized and treated in Hyderabad for which bill amount was more than 5, 00, 000/- INR for which we applied for refund against HDFC ergo top-up insurance whose prerequisite was 3, 00, 000 deductable, now we after submitting every single document we are claiming for that 2, 00, 000 request is being rejected stating insurer did not informed about disease at the time of purchase in 2012/2013, after almost 9 years they have rejected? Despite they processed the claim in 2017 for same issue?
