Dear sir.
Inspite of submitting my documents (Cancelled cheque & consent for mode of claim payment) on 30/08/2020 & again on 02/09/2020, i have been receiving same mails repeatedly for same documents.
Both of my mails were acknowledged and service numbers given to me are
37831534 & 37885878.
It is very strange to see that whenever i try to upload the documents via link provided in the mail, your software could not fetch my phone number/email id as well as policy number.
I really do not want to get mentally disturbed anymore.
Kindly look in to the matter and revert back asap.
