Surveyor say that unrelated to cause of accident as reported in the claim form
surveyor ne mujhse phone par phucha accident kaise hua maine usi detail me bata diya phir usne mujhse damage ke bare me phucha kya kya damage h wo bhi bata diya Front Bumper, Rear Bumper, Diggy, Diggy Light (Four light), Right side complete, Right Mirror phir usne mujhse Car Arch damage h ya nhi maine mana kar diya mujhe car arch ke knwonledge nhi thi kya hota h
surveyor ne mujhse accident time ke photo demand & FIR copy demand wo nhi thi mere pass insurance ke time par mujhe kise na nhi bataya Accident time photo or FIR copy compulsory h
Pls resolve my complaint covid time me mujhe car bhut zaroorat h pichle 7 din se mari car showroom me h
