HDFC Ergo General Insurance — Sudden debit of an amount from my bank account

Hi,

The HDFC bank have debited an amount of 874.27 from my account under the title of depository charges without any prior notice and nor was there any message or email sent after the debit of amount, and clearly i haven't used my demat account for any transactions, hence it makes no sense for the bank to debit the amount, requesting and looking forward for help from consumer forum.
