Dear mam/sir,
This is to inform you that last year in 2020 i took Accidental and Health insurance for me and husband from HDFC ERGO. but this year policy get matured and the policy automated renewed without my premission. i never wanted to take this policy. Because my bank account linked with the comapny so they have deduted the sum of INR 14696 from my saving account. I wrote many mails to cancel my policy and asked to get refund but no action is been taken yet. They always revert in mails that our concern department is working on it and will be refunded in 7 days. This is fraud way to renew the policy. KIndly help me in this matter. i am sharing my details below-
