Hdfc Limited — Reverse the amount Rs.11918.00 which was paid for processing charges of home loan

I paid the amount of Rs.11918.00 by SBI Cheque No. 970303 dated 16.07.2020 for the payment of home loan processing charges. Even after the loan was sanctioned, the loan amount was not disbursed and hence I closed the account on 19.03.2021.
I have not received any reply regarding the refund details and only when I had a talk with customer care, I came to know that the amount of Rs.3068.00 only was credited to HDFC Bank account (No. [protected]) which I closed the account on March itself. Neither mail nor phone intimation received from your side regarding the same. Till date I was in blind and unable to know that the amount was refunded.
First of all, the above said account number is related to my firm name and not in my personal name. As well as when I paid the amount through SBI, then you have to refund the amount to the same account. Otherwise at least you have to make a confirmation with me and then you can have further process. But without confirmation of mine, you credited the amount of Rs. 3068.00 in the account, which I already closed.
One more thing that, while I am applying for the loan, your representative of Erode Bank branch promised that the amount of Rs.4000.00 to Rs.5000.00 only be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded, in case the loan account closed, for any reasons. But you deducted the amount of Rs.8850.00.
So, kindly arrange to refund the amount of Rs.7918.00 immediately to my SBI account of which the details follows :
