This is loan a/c[protected]. Loan applied through online in feb 2020 and it has approved and sanction for an amount rs 14, 24, 000/-. Disbursement request given on 12 th march 2020 through online. Received sms on 19th may 2020 morning that cheque has prepared and executed the document at hdfc ltd hyderabad house and waited more than 2 hours, but the manager refused to issue cheque as it has been applied and notorised documents were more than three months old and fresh documents gain to be submitted through agents only along with free fee. He will not accept online approval and sanctioning. Hdfc ltd do not give contact mobile no's and do not entertain. Manager do not give reply to the mail.
