I have been mentally bullied and harassed by HDFC LTD's collections team personnel - Mr.Kunal Yadav. In-spite of making arrangements for payments they did not collect on purpose and continued to bully me with threats that they will attach my property. I need help to resolve this ASAP....

My loan account for Home loan renovation is[protected].My loan form was filled by Bank agent and said my home renovation loan will be disbursed within week.My loan was sanctioned on 16th june.i have applied for renovation on 8th june.But my disbursement not done till now.I complaint online so manager become annoyed.so manager changed my renovation loan into TOPUP.Due to which i m getting Much financial loss because TOPUP LOAN rate of interest...

1. I have taken a home loan of Rs 23 lacs from HDFC Ltd vide case File No .[protected] in Sep 2016. I have been charged interest rate from 10% to 9.20% ie Maximum and Minimum rate during Sep 16 to Mar 22.
2. Now during Mar 22, while looking the state of present position of my loan account, I found that there exist a provision of "conversion Inquiry" by choosing the system I have to pay a fee of Rs 1440 and my interest rate will be reduced...

There were 2 months where I was not able to pay my EMI because of financial issues. I tried explaining to HDFC to adjust the amount in my tenure but they are too stubborn. There is no support from HDFC department . Every month they are charging interest .

Sir, I have paid my outstanding amount & HDFC Ltd has not updated the same to credit agencies thus my March 21 CIBIL report is showing 4 accounts with EMI default.

Request your help in contacting my Lender ( HDFC Ltd ) & update the credit report accordingly....

Received alert from hdfc ltd today.
Mandate reference no: hdfc202024*282 issued to hdfcltd with value rs. 90336 and frequency mnth is received today.
I did not authorized any such mandate.
Kindly cancel/deactivate the same.
