I attempted online submission of KYC.
I am struck at stage 3 of step 2 where it says "Application with PAN Number Exists" and
unable to proceed further to complete the KYC update.
Customer care weren't helpful at all- pointing to support group and support group pointing to DPhelp and they in turn back to the customer care group- just going around in circles for the past few days with no solution in sight.
Emailed the request to customer care and the Case ID: 05113436 with subject "Trading account activation".
