    I have requested them to close my demat account from their end and they shared a link to me to close by myself. That link is not working. Nobody from their team contacted me. And no proper response to mail.

      I am a customer of hdfcsec for more than 15 years. I got my derivatives trading activated and on 18th nov 2021 got an sms saying...

      HDFC Sec: As per your request Brokerage has been revised to . For queries please contact our Customer [protected]@[protected].

      After trading 200 lots, I was shocking to see my contract note that i am being charged ₹2 per unit. To give an example, for trading 1 lot(25 unit) of banknifty i was charged ₹50. So basically when I bought 50 lots I was charged ₹2500. In the market nobody charges this much heavy brokerage. Whereas as per above sms i was under impression that i will be charged 0.025%, example if i buy 50 lot of 25unit of banknifty for ₹500, 50 lot x 25 unit per lot x 500 =625000. So i thought I will be charged 0.025% of 625000 which is ₹156.25. I never knew that nor was explained over email about charges as ₹2 pet unit. And hdfc do have a plan charging ₹200 per year which will charge only ₹20 per order. I don't understand what is above sms means or why can't they default take that ₹200 charge and apply ₹20 per order automatically. If I executed single order of 50 lots I will be charged only ₹20 instead of ₹2500. Is this not looting customers money unknowingly? I requested and explanation of the chargea and meaning of above sms over email and calls. But nobody bothered to explain me clearly. I never got a justification.

      With my ignorance In total I have been charged ₹950.17 for 10th dec and ₹7400 for 13th dec as brokerage. Which is ₹2 per unit. As per above sms if they could charge 0.025%, I might have hardly ended pay ₹1000 or so. Because of this issue I stopped trading in hdfcsec.

      I would be happy to provide more details and proofs if I can get a justice.

        Dear All,

        For customer ID 59231706 on 10th August 2022 submitted selling 83 shares of Tata steel through mobile application as encash method. As per encash facilities it should be credited on same day itself. But not credited. On 11th called customer they telling only POA customers will get same day credit. POA compulsory for encash is not mentioned in terms and conditions also how it accepted encash facility from non POA customer. On 12th one of customer give false confirmation as will be credited short time. On today ( 13th august) they telling it will credit on 16th august only. For these days I am run out of money and without money I am frustrated. I need heavy compensation from hdfc securities also there is no email response for my complaint.

          My trading account is 622740
          Have made Short Term Capital Gain of Rs 0.0109 Crs in FY 21-22
          (Sale value : Rs 4.2517 Crs and Purchase value of Rs 4.2408 Crs).
          Realised now that I have actualy made a loss as HDFC's other charges are Rs 0.04436 Crs
          In addition, Demat charges of Rs 17, 664 were charges

          Whether this is fair on HDFC Securities part to charge such high brokerage charges and demat charges In this era of highly technical software driven trades and custodian charges?
          JUST BECAUSE CUSTOMER R LOYAL, THEY SHOULD NOT BE SWINDLED.

            I sold 5800 units of my MF amounting to approx Rs 2, 00, 000 on July 25th, 2022 before the cutoff time, and got a confirmation from NSDLDP on the same date. But it's July 30, 2022 and I still havent received the money. The remaining trades that I had executed on July 25th are fully executed, except for this one

              I am an Imperia customer of Hdfc Bank & due to their suggestions, i have opened 6 accounts in hdfc security. I do my transactions by telephonic conversation but from last 6 months they don’t pick the phone on a crucial moment & always have a telephonic wiring excuses. Not taking of their suggested policy may be one of the reasons but it’s not fair to do biased behaviour being a professionals. I have complained thrice to even a managar of HDFC SECURITY SABARMATI BRANCH Aakash bhai !!

                My trade ID 4764664.
                I am Vidya . i had tried to buy 3 shares of Britannia industries limited on 7th april and it got expired for which my money didnt get refunded. Also i tried to buy same shares but 5 numbers again on friday evening 8th april 2022 later cancelled the order since it was an offline transaction, but its not reflecting on the software. nor in booked item nor on cancelled item. but the money is deducted from my hdfc account. i haven't even got refund. I lost around 26k rupees in total. please help me in resolving the issue. as per hdfc policy the refund should be done in T+2 working days. At least I should have got refund of the first transaction on 7th.

                  Account locked and hold the stocks

                  Dears,

                  I am unable to login Demat Account, whenever I try to login, it shows your Account is locked

                  If I unlock my Username and try to login, even then I will get same error

                  No response from customer care

                  I sold my shares and not received the credit confirmation, thought of checking my Demat account but I could not able to login

                  Redemption of Mutual fund units

                  I had placed an order for redeeming mutual fund units on 22.03.22. The order later got cancelled but units were not credited back to Demat account. As a result, I can see Nil balance in demat account and not able to replace order to redeem the units....

                  In fact I regret being associated with HDFC securities Borivali west.

                      My mother Anuradha Mukherji held a demat account no 57223737 with HDFC held through Ask PMS . ( ask client ID 0020325) . My mother died 16.6.2019. Demat account with HDFC was held in single name with no nomination registered . Neither Ask nor HDFC ever made any attempt to discuss the matter of nomination or the implications of opting out with her .
                      My late Mother left a will with probate granted in favour of myself as only legal heir . Probate was granted in
                      I started the process of deceased claim transmission with ASk and HDFC in May 2021 and there has been unreasonable delay from both parties . Neither have been helpful . I have sent all the documents as required and upon request of HDFC sent an amended affidavit of assets to reflect current CML . This order was passed by the High Court Calcutta who have also directed that the demat account should be transmitted to a demat account of myself as the legal heir. HDFC are delaying the claim and are requesting that executors open a demat account for transmission. The executors are elderly and unable to deal with the formalities of this . Further this is against NSDL and SeBI rules which note that transmission in such cases should be to an individual demat account . I am a grieving relative trying to deal with this and are appealing to you to expedite this claim,

                        This is with reference to the KYC requirements pertaining to the updating of KYC details for HDFC Securities UCC account which was intimated by NSE vide letter dated Jan 2022.

                        Further to the intimation I have submitted the copies of duly attested Pan card and Aadhar card along with the form in HDFC Securities, Thakur Village, Kandivali East branch first time on 21st Feb 2022. The documents have been self attested and checked at the branch. However I received an sms on 2nd March 2022 stating that the KYC could not be processed due to some discrepancy with no proper or complete details.

                        I was told that there was a discrepancy in the address mentioned on the form and the address proof (aadhar card copy) submitted. While I am pretty sure that the address and the address proof submitted holds the same information, I resubmitted the form along with copies of aadhar card and pan card (this time a coloured xerox copy of the proofs) on 14th March 2022 at the same branch as mentioned above.

                        Yet again there is a rejection message received yesterday (21st March 2022) mentioning discrepancies in the form /documents submitted. However the exact nature of discrepancy is not known. On calling the number provided in the sms[protected], I was connected to an executive. However he could not help with the exact nature of the discrepancy and has promised me that he will get back with the details in the next 2 working days. When I insisted on speaking to his manager, I was kept on hold for some time but the Manager was not interested in speaking to an irate customer. So the call could not be taken further, compelling me to write this complaint.

                        My concerns :-
                        1. If a sms is triggered to the client for any discrepancy, why are the details not provided ? Neither the branch officials nor the call centre executives are able to help with the exact nature of the discrepancy.
                        2. This is adding to rework not only for the customer but also at HDFC Securities end reprocessing the same application/request multiple times without solving the actual issue at the root level.
                        3. The TAT of 2 days for getting back to a customer with details of discrepancy for a rejected form/updation of KYC in my case is way too high in today's time.
                        4. If there are minor details mismatch, the team can always go ahead with the rest of the details if mentioned appropriately. Alternatively they can cross check with the customer on a call and seek for a clarification.

                          I'm complaining about Sarita, an employee in banjara hills hdfc securities bank house branch, I thinkshe is head of operations department. Her character is not good, she flirts alot, she is very rude and very partial in terms of religion. I'm very disappointed... I hope my complaint gets resolved soon.

                            Hi,

                            I received a promised ₹500 amazon gift card activation code recently with reference number [protected] for trading via HDFC securities, but I am unable to redeem the voucher as the activation code is not working.

                            Please send me a new Amazon Gift Card as I already spoke to Amazon Customer Care and they tried their best but found that the code is not working, so they asked me to contact HDFC securities for issuing a new gift card.

                              I have a trading account with HDFC Securities and a savings account with HDFC Bank. I wanted to link my Hdfc Bank account to my HDFC Securities account for which I have submitted the required documents to the local Bank branch. I submitted the Linking/Delinking Account and POA as required to the bank executive. It's been MORE THAN 1 MONTH that I have been trying to link my accounts but to no avail. Everytime I call I am told that my documents have not reached Hdfc Securities as per the Customer care executive. I have called the bank executive several times in this regard but again no solution there.
