Hello sir,

This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.

Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 885.00/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 05 jan 2023 under the name of depository charges jan 2023

Initially when we did not have demat account they forced us to create one without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees and i received the call earlier from customer care i also speak him deny of this service. Now all of a sudden they have charged rs 885.00/-.. This is very bad and disappointing. And i have never used the demat account till now.. If i call the customer care they will not have answers. And they will not communicate that they are charging.

Please do the needful as earliest.

        I am getting daily SPAM mails from HDFC Life, sometimes three times a day just like a doctor's orders. They have hired [protected]@connectinboxx.com to do their dirty job.
        Can you please take up the matter with his cheap company

          HDFC Securities is also in the race for the award of the Spammer of the Year.
          I never expected HDFC to indulge in such cheap marketing through Poonawalla Fincorp alias [protected]@connectinboxx.com

                Despite complaints made earlier, again I have received two spam mails from HDFC Securities regrading demat accounts.
                I don't think HDFC is a good company if it resorts to cheap activities which reflect poorly on the management and corporate governance.

                  Dear sir,
                  As brought out earlier, I continue to get at least three spam mails from daily from HDFC SECURITIES . This cheap and worthless company is in habit of spamming and despite numerous complaints has not stopped spamming despite receiving my complaint through email and through you.
                  I don't understand what they are trying to prove except that they are renowned SPAMMERS.
                  VERY soon they will all come under data protection cat and then will be liable for prosecution. Cheap companies don't care for PRIVACY, Customer Grievances and are only self centered. They have NO repeat NO system of informing them about their complaints if you are not their customer. They have no complaint or compliance cell.
                  It is very sad that the parent org is headed by a renowned person like Mr Deepak Parekh and Mr Shashidhar Jagdeeshan as CEO of HDFC Bank and Mr Dheeraj Reili as CEO of HDFC Securities.

                    Without my notice, the below transactions have been executed by HDFC securities. We would like to know the reason and why its not been inform to us in the beginning.

                        Presently in KSA. When attempting HDFC sec. trading prompt says OTP sent to "OTP successfully sent to your registered mobile number/email id"
                        HDFC Bank has both my registered mobile number as well as email id,
                        Why I am not able to receive it?????
                        Kindly help.

                        I have an bank account in your hdfc... and ur one of employee ms gagan open my trading demat acc for her target after some time i told her to close my account but not giving me postive answer so after that i call ber she told she left hdfc but i think that is wrong.. now after 1 year hdfc sec charged me 900 amc charges without doing any single trade in FY ND NO ANY HOLDING IN THIS ACCOUNT .. i need to take action on that. Nd wave of my amc charges

                              Dear All,

                              For customer ID 59231706 on 10th August 2022 submitted selling 83 shares of Tata steel through mobile application as encash method. As per encash facilities it should be credited on same day itself. But not credited. On 11th called customer they telling only POA customers will get same day credit. POA compulsory for encash is not mentioned in terms and conditions also how it accepted encash facility from non POA customer. On 12th one of customer give false confirmation as will be credited short time. On today ( 13th august) they telling it will credit on 16th august only. For these days I am run out of money and without money I am frustrated. I need heavy compensation from hdfc securities also there is no email response for my complaint.

                                My trading account is 622740
                                Have made Short Term Capital Gain of Rs 0.0109 Crs in FY 21-22
                                (Sale value : Rs 4.2517 Crs and Purchase value of Rs 4.2408 Crs).
                                Realised now that I have actualy made a loss as HDFC's other charges are Rs 0.04436 Crs
                                In addition, Demat charges of Rs 17, 664 were charges

                                Whether this is fair on HDFC Securities part to charge such high brokerage charges and demat charges In this era of highly technical software driven trades and custodian charges?
                                JUST BECAUSE CUSTOMER R LOYAL, THEY SHOULD NOT BE SWINDLED.
                                HOPE HDFC SECURITIES REALISE THIS AND REIMBURSE PART FEES TO THE LOYAL CUSTOMERS

                                  I sold 5800 units of my MF amounting to approx Rs 2, 00, 000 on July 25th, 2022 before the cutoff time, and got a confirmation from NSDLDP on the same date. But it's July 30, 2022 and I still havent received the money. The remaining trades that I had executed on July 25th are fully executed, except for this one
