798.48 rs debit my account

HDFC Securities, my name is Santosh kumar karn, and I’m using my hdfc securities AC from last 4 years… on 25th sep2024 I received a massage that Net PI to HSL Sec Ac Net PI to HSL Sec A-c 4549564-[protected] is debited with Rs. 798.48? I need to understand this and need my money back ASAP…Totally unacceptable...
Hope will get this resolved and get money hardworking money back...

Amount Debited from Account towads HDFC Securities

I got a message on 8th May 2024, as amount 8223 debited from my Savings Account for Net PI to HSL sec, without any reason there is debit being done by HDFC securities, respective teams from HDFC securities kindly check and do the refund for this amount...

Unknown charges taken by HDFC sec

Hi,
I became a customer of hdfc since 2015
I could find that Many time amount is debited from my account against Net pi to hsl sec a/c 2545405

Transaction :

I was charged so much money since opening this Demat account and i specially mentioned i don't require any demat account, i have contacted hdfc and i am not satisfied with the approach and further they said...

Deduction made in my account under dp charges

This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.

Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 885.00/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 13 april 2023 under the name of depository charges

Unauthorized Trade/ Debit from my HDFC Trading account

This week I had sold off ALL my shares on my trading account, and the correct amounts were then deposited in my linked linked HDFC account.

Today, 30th March, this morning I checked my account has all 0 balance, and the previous sell trade amounts were deposited in the bank. So far, Ok. Because I had sold all shares and I saw the correct amounts were deposited through NET PO payouts.br...

Debited 4000 RS. For net PI to HSL sec? Totally unacceptable

HDFC Securities, my name is Harshit, and I’m using my hdfc securities AC from last 3 years… on 6th feb 2023 I received a massage that Net PI to HSL Sec Ac *****37-******4002 is debited with Rs. 4001.25? I need to understand this and need my money back ASAP…Totally unacceptable...

NO OTP in Mail & SMS

Presently in KSA. When attempting HDFC sec. trading prompt says OTP sent to "OTP successfully sent to your registered mobile number/email id"
HDFC Bank has both my registered mobile number as well as email id,
Why I am not able to receive it?????
Kindly help.

I am unable to login Demat Account, whenever I try to login, it shows your Account is locked

If I unlock my Username and try to login, even then I will get same error

No response from customer care

Client ID disabled

My client ID has been disabled and it’s been more than 15 days that the documents for kyc were submitted. No action. Customer care never picks up the phone. Written so many mails but no reply except auto acknowledgment. There is no provision for e-kyc. The internet says so but their website is horrible. It shows no option or the same. Please help....

Amount Debited from HDFC Bank but not credited by HDFC Securities

Dear Sir,

I had purchased shares on 24th of January, 2022 amounting to Rs. 23, 591.53 vide HDFC Securities and the amount was also debited from my HDFC bank account. However, the Ledger of HDFC Securities is not reflecting the amount deducted from my bank account. Trading Account Number is 69781664. The amount has not been credited, which normally happens the same day.

Kindly correlate with the bank account...

Demat account balance and portfolio error

Please check the my demet account.. i ordered 50 equity share of prince pipes.

Then.. i added money to my hdfc bank account to demet account... and i got a notification for successfully purchase 50 share..

Than i return to home page but right now i couldn't see any share in my portfolio.. my demet account balance is also nil
