[Resolved] HDFC Securities — Customer service not attending call

Since 4 consecutive days I am trying to speak with customer care executive regarding a query related to IPO no one is attending the call I am waiting in call for 10 -15 mins and call is being disconnected what kind of service is this u guys provide to your customers, I can understand u guys are busy but for whom these customer services are being established i[censored] guys can't attend a customer from 4 days then what kind of service do u provide.Hope this complain may bring any change in ur attention towards our needs.
