I had placed an order for a stock through HDFC Securities app. I was trying to modify and/or cancel the order. It did not give me any error. I tried to do the same through their website, no error but the order did not get modified/cancelled. I called their customer care, where I was told there can be a routing issue. I am still on hold by the time customer care calls backend to cancel my order.
By that time the stock reached its upper circuit.
Who can I reach out for help and who will bear the loss for this? Is the explanation that their software does not work properly get me back my money? Was this information helpful? |
