I, Ujas Dharamshi, have a trading account with HDFC Securities. But due to the non-pick up of POA, I am unable to sell shares/MF. While buying they did not ask for POA but while selling, they are asking.
I emailed 4 times but no concrete response or scheduled pick up of POA, They only have Automated answer. The link provided for authenticating POA does not work. I called Customer care since morning but they dont pick up or call back and comes continuously engaged. Was this information helpful? |
