HDFC Securities — Nre Pis Demat account Disabled

Good day,

Wish to inform that self / Anshuman / is a NRI Customer of HDFC bank and also hold a 3 in 1 PIS account [protected] / Trading Account DP ID- IN301151.
I have seen that my Client ID is disabled. I had visited HDFC security office in Ranchi - Jharkhand and had submitted all my KYC documents on 13th December 2021 .

Wish to seek urgent assistance on this matter . I have been a very old client of HDFC security so please help !
