I have raised my queries for several times to RM and wrote to his boss Mr. Sarvesh Gupta ( Branch Manager-Elite Desk) but least bother to resolve and reply as minimum courtesy to the client, even don't pick up the phone by Br. Manager.
Complaints:
Their Pro-Terminal is free for FnO user, but mistakenly paid the amount Rs.1999/-, which supposed to be returned as confirmed by RM. But always assuring, not returned yet.
The Pro-terminal has several issues mentioned in the mail to Br. Manager but not resolving not even bother to reply.
Their FnO Brokerage charges suddenly increased (Rs.20/- to Rs.50/-) from 2nd December'21 without informing me.
When I square up the positional equity it takes minimum 03days to credit in my account and hold to prevent trade further and forcing to take margin on my amount and charging interest on margin amount.
They don't provide the Margin Benefit for FnO trade which is not traders friendly.
Most importantly "NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT" at all. Was this information helpful? |
