HDFC Bankfastag — extra toll deducted while travelling on ah47 (nh4) | |||
Complaint 1 : on 8th jan 2020 i crossed anewadi toll booth at 19:39:11 hrs. This toll booth is with facility of half toll if return within 24 hours. I returned on 9th jan 2020 at 17:42:31 hrs. Still full amount is deducted from my fastag wallet Complaint 2: on 26 jan 2020 i travelled to kolhapur. At kini toll booth at 11:15:25 hrs toll was deducted from my wallet. I came back on the same day at 17:40:46 hrs. However on 27th jan 2020, even though i did not travel to kolhapur or kini i saw a deduction of rs75 from my wallet. Time of deduction is 11:15:25 hrs, which is same as my 26th jan 2020 I have contacted my hdfc fastag provider, however, i feel they are taking too much time Was this information helpful? | |||

Already sent email with all relevant details to mail address mentioned by you. However I feel the time taken is too much.
One more request to improve the technology. Deduction of toll should be immediately informed on SMS. Many times it takes 12 hrs to receive the deduction sms
