HDIL appointed an security agency who have security guards as average age of 60+ years and agency is run by local goons. These local goons has created the monopoly for services (i.e Grill vendor, property broker, milk supplier, cabele connection, internet services... etc). The resident cannot take services from other service providers as the local goons have fixed commission from their suppliers. This all happening under the nose of HDIL. and HDIL representative at site are also aware of this monopoly and nuisance.
