Date : I am ajay mardia, I - wing /201, new p. M. G. P. Mhada colony, mulund-east, mumbai 400081 I ordered sony wireless behind-neck earphone with bose wireless earbud which is cost rs1699. But today i received a box. Outside of the box the item name was correct but inside Jbl tempo ear headphone appears i was shocked &i was cheated by headphone area company i want to have my money back or i will file case against the headphone area company and will take legal action. I have send several emails to the company but no response has been provided. Also The product has a dent mark on the left cushion plus i am not satisfied with the product quality as well as sound. I demand an immediate return of my money from them.
Please do the needful and resolve the issue.
