[Resolved]  Headphonejunkies.com / Pickrr Technology — complaining about headphone/earphone

I have ordered jbl headphone with 3 combo (Ear phone, head phone & ear bud). But i have received one product of sony headphone product (Wrong product) which is not ordered. Now i have sent the details on their website to take back the product and send the right product which i have ordered there is no reply from them its been more than 48 hours. And i dont know the status what to do with this product which is come and unused.
