[Resolved]  Health And Glow — not a good experience

I had went to health and glow branch of yelahanka; near sheshadripuram college; bangalore.
I have a worst experience there.
I had went to buy a foundation, where my complexion fall under medium to fair tone, the lady over there gave me the darkest shade among all the shades in colorbar.
Then i went n exchanged it, n d other lady showed me loreal foundation's, i told i would like to prefer fit me range, she claims it is for oily skin...
Trusting her i bought loreal true match foundation.
The shade what i tried there looked quiet good but when i tried at home was different.
She too gave me the darker shade again.
Den again i went and complained about it, they refused to re - exchange it..
The shade what they are showing in shop looks different n what i try at home is completely different.
I'm really disappointed by this service what i received in this branch of health and glow.
The other branches where i had visited before was good.
But this branch experience is worst.
The manager there was quite good, he was quite able to understand my problem, but the staff was not good they even didn't allow him to solve my problem..
When i told if i take this product also, i can't use it will b of no use n also it's waste of money, they replied by telling that it's not our problem.. How rude!.. I even asked u either give a lighter shade of same brand or refund my money, but they didn't listen...
The price range what i wanted to purchase was around rs.500 to rs. 600, coz i'll not use much and frequently. Trusting that lady i bought rs. 600 foundation. But it's not matching to my skin tone
And among 14 to 15 shades in foundation, they have only kept 6 shades for testing.
How will a customer make a choice.
Never expected this from a branded store like health and glow... Very much disappointed by this kind of service from health and glow. Hope will never be visiting health and glow stores again...
