I recently bought Aloe Vera and Charcoal nose strips from health & glow brand. Must say, that it totally did not do any justice. Neither did the nose strip stick firmly to the skin, nor did it wipe out any black head or white head.
Its priced a hefty sum of Rs.285 and does nothing, literally. Total waste of money....

I bought this lipstick costing rs 499 and the sales person told me that it would last for 8 hours, even if we drink water or eat something it will not go, until and unless we remove it with coconut oil or makeup remover.
Certainly not the case. It is not durable. It comes of quickly.. half a day also it won't stay, the moment you drink water or something half of it will be gone.

I purschase total 6 products from health and glow app...among which one lipstick and one nailpolish turned out to be totally different to that of colour shown in app. When I raised a concern with actuwl product pics, the simply ignored by telling that product IDs are same, so we cannot refund or take the products too. The merchant (HEALTH AND GLOW) details mentioned below charges VAT @14.5% over and above the Max. Retail Prices. of items. Please find attached the sales receipt on the recent transaction.

Please advise if applying VAT on MRP is allowed. If not, then please consider this as formal complaint and request compensation from the merchant.

the staff were unwilling to display the colors available in a certain product and even rudely mentioned " its there, you can take what you want".

When we finally chose the product we needed and requested for a make up remover for the swatch, we had once again endure cold responses...
