Money got deducted and got the orderID, still the status showing shipment confirmed. Didn't mentioned how long it will be taking

Hi,

Today i purchased few products in Health & Glow near jayanagar 4th block (next to cool joint busstop) & had very worst experience in billing. The staff suggested me to go for offer to get discount but actually there was no discount.

When i asked them to return offer product, they were not ready to accept & say we cannot accept (please note, the request was made after 2mins of bills generation). When I started repeatedly asking, one of the staff say to other just give 50/- & close this as if they are giving me all the products for free. I purchased products for 2300/- & for 50/- her response was very very rude.

Finally she gave me 50/- where they charged me 100/- for product & she was trying to convince that is correct, when i requested to generate fresh bill for that also she refused & say it will be a problem to them.

Being in service industry they dont know how to behave with customers. they are happy to help only when we are purchasing & once they take money then they just ignore.

When I was purchasing the products, i was very happy in counter as they were suggesting the better choices but after billing its really disappointing & thinking why I went their.

PEOPLE I SUGGEST, please check amount before purchasing the product then pay otherwise nobody will help you later. you will be on loss.

I given one star because the purchase counter was good. otherwise billing counter deserve for negative stars.

Health & glow should give the facility to return when the product is not used or not sure if it is applicable only in jayanagar outlet.

Hope the outlet will work on post purchase customer delight then only it will grow otherwise they should hire better workers who are soft enough to respond customer & help. Street shoppers are better than these people who are kind enough to explain the fact.

I will definitely not visit the store again & thanking outlet for realizing that we should be smart enough while buying.

BAD SERVICE @ HEALTH AND GLOW

I had gone to Health and Glow Pondy Bazar outlet, Chennai. I had purchased for 560/- and handed over 1000/- note to the counter lady. The lady very rudely threw the money on the table and said no change and asked me to return the products immediately. She was least bothered to check if i had change or card would have been the next option. This lady could have asked me to wait for sometime and collect the balance. None of these options were given. A very very bad experience it was, I am a very regular customer to this outlet and was very irate and felt awkward the way she behaved.

I would request the company to kindly train the staffs before they are placed directly onto the counters. I shall ensure that I shall never ever step into any of the health and glow outlets again.

This is highly disappointing to inform about that brands like Lakme cheating customers with products that depict differently and are defective and moreover when you go to reputed center like Health and Glow from where I purchased the product refused to exchange and was too rude in reply. My faith in lakme product has totally been abolished. I feel it as waste of my money investing in lakme product.ANd also I dont undersatnd why the customers in big stores are left unsatisfied with inadequate servicing.

Heath and glow HSR gave me a shock today. the product i bought has passed expiry and still they are trying to fool me saying they are right.i am thinking i should contact consumer court and complain. they kept a fake sticker with new dates on the product. And above all they are yelling at me to prove they are right.Poorly trained local staffs who doesnt value customer even though i was right. Very very dissapointing. They are cheating with wrongs labels. Beware when you buy next time.careful of the flimsy packing

This is to inform u that HSR health and glow has d worst management ever.there was only one lady in d entire store and she was sitting at the counter and constantly giving me a rude look .I had bought close to 3000 rupees worth of cosmetics and when I went to get it billed she came and shouted and in a really rude tone she told me to open my bag and she checked it as she suspected that my son and I had stolen stuff from the store and she humiliated me in front of everyone.she never even apologized and kept giving excuses. I suggest dat this store is not d one to buy products. Such staff should be removed from the store, who have no ethics and do not know how to behave with their customers. I will take this up to the consumer court.

I went to health and glow, hsr layout, 27th main branch, Bangalore. I got products of worth rs.759 and paid it through paytm. The money got deducted from my Paytm wallet but the health and glow people refused to have received it. In my Paytm passbook it shows as success. The guy in the billing counter was an inexperienced stupid and dint even know how to work with generating bills. I called Paytm customer care, they told money has been deducted by health and glow. Where health n glow manager very clearly denied. His name is Pawan. He gave me his contact number and he assured to call me n follow up. But he never turned up. In turn when I tried calling him several times, he never picked up. He is a big cheat. And so his whole staff. Eating up consumers money and cheating on us. These people should be sacked and thrown out.

I had shop for 190 rs., the cashier was talking while billing... And he billed me 784 rs. He didn't even gave d bill. And said online bill will come. Later when d bill came... I saw I was charged such amount... And unfortunately my bank message also came late
